Great environment. For a couple's night out this is a great choice.
As always, fantastic atmosphere for wonderful evening!
Very good food and servers were very kind.
Took 10 minutes for someone to come see us at the front and then they couldn’t find our reservation. After sitting we learned they only had a buffet so we ended up leaving
Amazing. Would highly recommend
This restaurant was great but Open Table is the worst. On the website, it said the restaurant was full to capacity but we got there and it was totally emty.
Great food once again. The curry dishes on menu are the best. The Lamb curry with coconut rice is a great combo.
As usual, food was amazing!
Good food, wonderful service. We’ll definitely return
Went for the Wednesday night buffet, it was excellent! Food was hot, and solid selection. Great service as always too.
I had the Vindaloo curry with chicken. I like spicy hot and wasn’t disappointed, very good flavors. Could have used more chicken in my opinion, but I’m not familiar with Indian serving sizes. The coconut rice was nice and complimented my wife’s butter chicken well.
The restaurant took and confirmed through open table, our reservation and we were excited to try out the new operation. We arrived on time and found the place closed. They are clearly not ready for business and why they accepted our reservation is not apparent to me. Maybe they don't intend to open at all. This location has had several restaurants over the years and none has stayed very long.
We wont try them even if they do open.
We didn’t actually get to eat at the restaurant because it was booked for a private function. That’s their prerogative, but they really shouldn’t take reservations through OpenTable for a time that is clearly unavailable. It’s a first world problem, but it really messed up our night.
Food was very tasty and flavorful.
Reasonable price and pleasant ambience
Khazana was wonderful! We loved the atmosphere and unique decor. We were seated right by the fire and it felt so cozy. It was so cool to see the kitchen through a big window. The service was exceptional. The food tasted delicious and authentic. Would definitely recommend!
This was our second time dining at Khazana, and both times were a delight. This time, we brought our two younger children with us (aged 7 and 5). The atmosphere is wonderful, the service was fantastic, and the food was so delicious. My kids LOVED it and loved being able to see the cooks making the naan bread and meat in the corner of the restaurant (which, of course, they played up when the kids went up close to have a look).
I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some great tasting Indian cuisine. The drive from our house is worth it, and we will definitely be back again.
Overall was not a fan of this restaurant and will not be returning. The daal was a bit watery for my taste and there was too much syrup and bread/flour on the cauliflower. The flavor was good but too sweet. The fire features inside the restaurant are a nice touch but overall will not be returning. The samosas were quite larger than what I’m used to. The amount of dough to filling ratio was also not quite right and the filling could have used more spices and vegetables and less bland filling.
Great as usual
Excellent food, great value.
We went for the buffet on a Sunday evening and found the food to be hot and fresh and very delicious. There were many selections to choose from including cold salads and fruit as well as hot choices like tandoori chicken, dal and samosas. The dessert bar was attractively arranged and the chai was tasty. Our server was attentive and served us ivy cold water and a lovely basket of fresh naan to round out the meal.
Valentine’s Day is always over priced every where , if they would of kept there normal pricing they would of got 5 stars, everyone should go here , it’s is a first class place
The staff was friendly but there was a lot of pressure to order even though we indicated, a few times, that we wanted to have a cocktail and catch up. Our reservation was for when the restaurant first opened, so there was definitely no rush as we were one of only two tables in the place, at the time. They need to learn how to make a proper Old-Fashioned, the drink was done terribly; I sent the first one back and the replacement wasn't much better. As for the food, I wasn't a fan of what we ordered as it was extremely spicy. That being said, I do like the dishes that I normally order from their Windermere location. I would order through Skip The Dishes again, but not eat in the restaurant.
Some of the best Indian food in town! Enjoyed the buffet and the service is outstanding. Can’t wait to eat here again.
Great food love the flavours and ambiance my favourite India restaurant
Service was slow
Food was acceptable but not great
Butter chicken was weird tasting
Lots of sauce not much substance
Muy bien ambientado y buena carta de comida y bebidas. Los platos llegaron muy fríos y tuvieron que llevárselos para recalentar. Delicioso Kulfi
Great value. We will be back.
Refreshingly good food with lots of flavour. We received impeccable service and felt that the meal was very good value. A very enjoyable evening.
Food was authentically prepared and was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor
It had been years since going there. While the service wasn’t very attentive or polite, the food was as I remembered it, amazing. Tandoori Salmon was perfect, lamb curry had a real kick but the heat didn’t overpower the flavour.
Coconut rice, naan, perfect.
Everything was excellent from the warm ambience of the fire places mixed with the the wooden decor to the very attentive wait staff and chat with the owner.
The food was outstanding! Each Indian dish had its own wonderful mix of spices from the butter chicken to lamb to beef vindaloo. All of the dishes were large and with ample sauce for dipping the fresh soft naan bread.
Some of the best Indian food I have had anywhere and definitely will be back soon!
This is a great place for authentic Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are helpful and the food is amazing. They offer a great buffet if you want to try multiple items.
great food and great atmosphere,. Would recommend it for anyone looking for high quality Indian cooking.
Service is very very very sporadic so don't be afraid to wave someone down 2-3 times for one question, refill, or order.
Food is great! Atmosphere is awesome!
Good was fantastic as always and staff delivered exceptional service. The Khazana daal is still one of the most delicious dishes - velvety, rich and flavourful. Thanks!
Wonderful ambiance and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend.
Best Indian in Edmonton. Period.
The food and service were exceptional. We were with friends who love Indian food and said Khazana's fare was the best they had ever had.
Best Beef Vindaloo in the City - lots of foot for the price, Excellent Garlic Naan, Lots of service. Live in Bon Accord tried several places in Edmonton, St. albert and South Side. By far this one is my favorite.
Oh.. My... Goodness! What an absolutely amazing meal we had. We have been here a few times, and always ordered our favourite curries along with their amazing garlic naan bread, but this time we decided to throw caution to the wind and order the vegetarian plated meal. I am so glad we did! Every dish on that plate was amazing and a taste explosion! We were going to order an extra order of the garlic naan, but our server wisely told us to perhaps wait until later, and if we still wanted it, it could be made fresh to order. Good thing, as I couldn't even finish the naan which came with my order. Will definitely be ordering this again
