Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Would 100% go back!
Fantastic food! Late being seated for our reservation, though.
Food was lackluster and barely warm.
Great ambiance. Sashimi was t great to be honest. Salad and onion soup were great, drinks were great and filet was ok- a bit overdone and bland to be honest. Service was really good. Overall ok-good experience
Our waitress was outstanding. She made the experience exceptional.
Far overrated and food was marginal. Very disappointed.
Good overall but both hamburgers were not cooked well enough even after asking plus we had a dairy allergy and asked for no cheese but it came with cheese on it so then they rushed to bring out another one and didn’t cook it enough. Totally Raw in the middle. Otherwise great experience
The lobster tail was soft and not meaty. The rice was not cooked properly. There were 3 tiny pieces of limp bok choy.
My husband had the risotto and I tasted it and it was very rich - his comment “my risotto is better”. Very disappointed - canceling future reservations.
Fly’s were buzzing around the table as soon as the food came - very annoying. Makes me wonder what’s happening in the kitchen.
Service was okay.
Great atmosphere. Classic Hawaii.
Amazing! Great food, great service, and great setting!
Live music, tropical open air dining area, delicious food, and my cocktail served in a pineapple made this my favorite dining spot in Kauai.
Don’t buy your drinks here. Must be new bartender and wait staff. Took forever to get our drinks and waitress had an attitude about replacing them because they tasted bad. Food was okay, fish was over cooked and overpriced. Hula pie was amazing!!!
Great dinner and service. Keoki’s was able to accommodate our family and when they heard we were celebrating our mother’s birthday, moved us to a fantastic location near the waterfall. My mom enjoyed the new location and attentive service. Thank you to the entire staff!
Best customer service from the moment we walked into the restaurant. These folks (everyone) go out of their way to accommodate and satisfy! The striped marlin was the tastiest fish ever! A must when visiting the south shore.
Taylor our server was amazing!
Staying near by, we stopped here on our first night. It was excellent! From the service, ambiance and food itself, we really enjoyed it!!
My fish was tough and the rice cold. Appetizer was not good coconut shrimp. Main hostess was rude when I told her I had forgotten my mask at hotel. Of course she didn't have a disposable one. Told me to go buy one. Ridiculous! The restaurant across the way gladly gave me one at no charge. No chance I'm ever going back!
Awesome food, great music and relaxing evening.
An unexpectedly wonderful experience. Food and ambience were excellent, and our waiter Raymond was outstanding… attentive, knowledgeable, and patient.
Water aerobics group
Our waiter was great! But the food was mediocre at best and served undercooked. We had a reservation but they skipped us and seated us 25 min after our reservation. They were very kind and gave us a free dessert as an apology. The people overall were wonderful but the food was just ok and overpriced. Won’t be a repeat for us.
The Chef Menu was an excellent choice. We had both the Fish that were on the menu. Both were excellent. The Kailua Pork Fries were fantastic with the pickled carrots and cucumbers.
Coming back to Kauai after things started opening up, we were prepared for staffing/food to be lackluster. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious. Timing for the food to come out after the appetizer was pretty long 30+ minutes but we understood and set our expectations to be patient in the process. Decent Mai Tai (I judge all island Mai Tai's against the Honu Bar at the Waiohai where the bartender makes the BEST). We were able to get some great family pictures and were too full for the hula pie. We always make it a point to eat at Keoki's when we come to Kauai.
Server very nice. But wait time for food was too long and when arrived it was cold. Apparently there were new chefs. Meaning unexperienced. Have eaten there many times before and never experienced the restaurant like this. Manager and server did apologize which was appreciated.
This was a great experience. Food was good. Atmosphere terrific. We would definitely come back.
Attitude of people seating you is horrible. Food was not good either. They give you as mush carb as they can to fill you up instead of fish and vegetables! Also sweet muffin before food!?
Ambiance is awesome but all food was cold from the crab cake appetizer to both entrees of ahi and prime rib. They were also average or below average taste wise. They also forgot the side of lobster (but brought it about 10min later at no additional cost). We were just completely done eating at that point. Wait staff was very friendly but overwhelmed with several large tables. Also, we had a reservation but had to wait an additional 10 min past our reservation time to be seated.
Friendly service and great ambiance!! Went twice this year!!
Great food and great service. Keoki’s was a nice way to wrap up our stay in Kauai.
Great food and atmosphere. Service was a little slow
Very pretty setting and this may be a good place for young kids. Went with our older children so the Disney like ambiance wasn’t as thrilling. However we were given a nice table by the gardens. Service was very rushed. Appetizers were pretty good and I recommend diners stick with those. The fish was terrible-over cooked to the point that I thought it was chicken. We won’t return but had to try with all they hype.
Food was okay. Fish was overdone. Ambiance and live music were excellent.
Our dining experience was outstanding. The food, service, server’s & ambience were excellent Wonderful!!
I was not thrilled with where we were seated. Made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and were seated in a back corner, along a busy road. Asked to be moved and they wouldn't accommodate us. We were a party of 4. We also got eaten alive by mosquitoes where we were seated. Other parts of the restaurant had a lovely setting. The burger was just ok. On the positive side, our server was very nice and allowed us to substitute salad in place of fries for a $3 additional charge. Would I return? Probably not.
It’s the real deal.
