About Kenny's Italian Kitchen
Kenny’s Italian Kitchen serves classic "Southern Italian American" food modeled after the "Little Italy" sections of Boston and New York. These Italian American styles of veal, chicken and seafood will include Parmigiana, Picatta and Marsala. Of course Kenny's Italian Kitchen wouldn't miss out on the classic meatballs, sausage & peppers or linguini & clams to name a few.
Kenny’s Italian Kitchen is decorated with red checkered cloth table cloths, dark woods and the walls are adorned with black and white photos of friends, family and regular guests. A cozy patio and full service bar accompany the warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. You will swear you just dined at a neighborhood Italian joint in the Northeast.

Kenny's Italian Kitchen Ratings and Reviews
I continue to be impressed with this place after four visits. I've been in the restaurant biz for 42 years so I know a tad about training, hiring and quality. You guys hit every major mark for a successful place and I know that doesn't happen by accident. The fact that you will split two entrees for one person is a REALLY nice touch. It's old school here and I love that. Every single service person I've had contact with has been well trained and is sincerely hospitable, something that is VERY hard to find now. Thanks for paying attention to the important things.
Our waitress made our experience very special. She was patient checking on our special requests, split our salad for us, made very good menu suggestions - even freshened our martinis with cold glasses! The bread with olive oil & balsamic was replenished - without hesitation. The food was very good - slightly salty - but delicious. I would recommend reservations - although it was not busy when we arrived at 5:45 - it did fill up around 6:30 (on a week night) and there was a waitlist when we left. I will definitely return.
Great food.. great service.. GREAT FOOD!! Love the menu and the fact you can order 2 different entrees and they will half it to make one portion!! (At least someone thinks it is one portion). I had enough leftovers to feed my 2 kids at home!!
We will be back!!
The service was fantastic from the hostess stand to the servers. Angelica and Karl are the best servers around! This time we came in Angelica serves us. She made great recommendations on food and wine and is very personable and sweet. The mussels were delicious and we would go back for them. I had the bone in veal parmisagna which was good, but the sauce was bitter for my tasting. Almost as if it was burnt or had too much tomato paste. The tiramisu was good.
I have been to Kenny’s Woodfire several times and love it. We were celebrating my bosses birthday and the food was very good at a great price point! I emailed them to send me their wine list so I could pre order a bottle prior to arriving (The Prisoner- excellent), I told them the occasion and they did offer a free dessert for her birthday which I thought was very nice. Overall great. The only downside is when we got our bill, they did charge us for he dessert which isn’t that big of a deal just thought it was covered. However, they did give the birthday girl a gift card for either her birthday or first time visit; I wasn’t sure which one. Either way I would recommend it to friends and family just don’t expect the free birthday treat at the end :-).
Not my first time here. Food is always awesome. My friend and I were meeting for Christmas lunch. We held a table for two hours but never felt rushed or unwelcome. Of course there were other open tables so we weren’t holding anyone else up. Waiter was awesome and made us a happy face oil and basalmic which was pretty cute. We had the stuffed chicken special which was absolutely delicious.
Always good food and good service. No more $1 meatballs on Sunday :( as they have moved this special to the Kenny's East Coast Pizza in Plano. But the meatballs are still on the appetizer menu here and good as ever! As always, Kenny's never disappoints and strives to ensure that you are satisfied. The manager honored the meatball special for us today and we did not ask for an exception.
Pleasantly surprised to get a reservation on short notice. A bit busy and crowded at the entrance and bar. Tu the bar server came out from around the bar to take our order and came back quickly with our drinks.
Great service and excellent food as usual although the portions seemed a bit smaller than in the past. The manager visited all of the tables at least twice to ensure all was well.
