Ken Stewart's Lodge Ratings and Reviews
What an amazing dinning experience! The service couldn’t have been better and the food was awesome! I have learned one word that they don’t know at KSL and that is no, if you ask for it they can make it happen! We have tested them time after time! Just amazing! Thank you to the entire crew.
The best part of this restaurant was our waiter. Food was way over priced for being just ok. At these prices it should be the best that one has ever had, and it was far from that.
Don't get me wrong the food was good, but not knock your socks off good like the prices would suggest.
The drinks were very good and our waiter was fantastic. I wish I would have remembered her name.
Excellent food and service. My wife and I️ had dinner on Saturday evening for her birthday, our third visit. The Lodge is pricy but you generally get what you pay for. My only negative comment is that the ambiance is generally excellent - Friday, however, featured many loud children, complete with rampant coughing without covering their mouths. If I’m going to drop $300 on dinner for two, generally I don’t even want to think of a child, let alone listen to them. I hope this changes next time.
Excellent Food, Service, and Ambience!
My only gripe was that we showed up 5 minutes ahead and they shuffled us into the bar. The place was not wall to wall so I felt it was a push for drinks at the bar.
The meal was expensive but the splurge was worth it to me. This is our favorite high end restaurant.
Visited years ago. Not a thing has changed except prices are even higher. Totally outrageous for the quality of food served. Restaurant is old and dated. Food offerings on main menu boring. Specials extensive and the server took 5 minutes to review them all, wow, glad we were patient. 8 oz strip and fries was 51 and 3 oz filets medallions were 62. 1 beer, 1 app and 2 sides later we hit 200. Maybe on an expense report or a government employee wasting taxpayer money spends this much but not many others.Host staff seemed bothered we visited.... Server was very good but disappeared when we needed something. There are too many other local restaurants at 1/2 the price with better food to even consider a return visit for a few years. Restrooms over fragranced trying to cover up sewage smells at this tired run down establishment. Good luck if the economy ever slows down and business travel dries up. Try Vaccaros one exit away, Crave in Akron, Sylvesters in North Canton, or 35 Brix in Green and go twice for the price of a visit at Ken Stewart's.
Fantastic, from cocktails to dessert. Lobster deviled eggs were excellent and the potato crusted halibut (a guest favorite we were told--and understand why!) and scallop special were amazing. Two of the best seafood dishes we've ever had. And you MUST get the Au Gratin potatoes. Ridiculously good. And if by chance, you save room for dessert, the peanut butter bomb is beyond words. Excellent service as well. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive, without being overbearing. Will definitely be back for special occasion dinners.
Love this place. Never had a bad meal. It's pricey but The portions are large and worth every single penny. Our waitress was phenomenal. This is the first time I sat in the "lodge" area and I thought it was beautiful. Must try the truffle fries appetizer. Yum!
