Absolutely wonderful!!!! Food, service, atmosphere! We had company in town from Dayton and they loved everything. Anxious for another visit so they can return to Ken Stewart’s Lodge. Thank you so much!
We loved the Halibut. It was a very tasty filet! Our server was very attentive. Of course, we'll be back soon.
Great friendly service
All personnel were courteous.
Food was amazing
Great food !! Everything was exceptional!! Ambience was wonderful!
We’ve been to Ken Stewart’s many times. The ambience, expert and knowledgeable staff along with vast menu options never disappoint. I highly recommend that you go there whenever the opportunity presents itself. You will not be disappointed.
The food was amazing the waitress was very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations
The Maker's Manhattan was prepared to perfection. The steak was delicious. The service was great! I would eat here every day if I was extremely wealthy.
We went to Ken Stewart’s Lodge for Easter brunch. The menu provided lots of options. Our group enjoyed the oysters Rockefeller and calamari appetizers - - both delicious. Several of us had prime rib, cooked perfectly to the desired temperature. Dessert did not disappoint - - especially the homemade banana split ice cream. Service was terrific.. Always a special day at Ken Stewart’s.
It was Fabulous!
The filet is always perfectly cooked.
One of my favorite places.
Easter Brunch.
Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious
We asked for the quietest Room and we were given the wine room which is an increase self in a closed room in the restaurant which was absolutely perfect for us. Waitress was spot on good and the food was excellent I would heartily recommend this restaurant
Very good service and food was excellent.
Excellent food, drinks and service
Service was very slow. Would take a long time between visits from our waitress. Took almost 3 hours from the time we were seated
Staff was great and food was good but not worth the prices charged. $70 for a filet with a couple pieces of crab, asparagus and sauce is too expensive. Old school. Paying to say you went to Ken Stuart's.
Party of 4...most of the food was wonderful, but my steak and mashed potatoes were cold. Food was way over-priced. I’ve been here in the past and was shocked by the price increase. I won’t recommend it due to the over-pricing. With prices that high, the food should of even quality.
A little on the pricey side but worth it! My husband and I come here for special occasions . Good wine and food and pleasant atmosphere . Excellent service every time . The manager always comes by to make sure everything is to our liking.
Great service and food great tasting and nice presentation. Good wine list. A bit pricey for the quality or would have rated value with more stars
Great table with Rebecca, excellent meal and service again.
Overpriced for poor food execution. Great place for a quiet business meeting.
Food always good portions right on.
Pricey bit worth it.
Celebrated my Birthday/Valentines Day at Ken's. Had a fantastic time! My surf and turf was exceptional. My son's strip steak was cooked to perfection. My husband's favorite is the walleye.
Loved dining in the wine room.
Very attentive wait staff.
Truly an exceptional evening!
Your food is always delicious, and prepared with individual and professional care. It is apparent that the wait staff and the kitchen work together as this was a seamless yet still personalized machine that never intruded on a special occasion. We really enjoyed our server, Terry, who was nothing less than outstanding. Without doubt, he is one of the finest servers we have ever enjoyed and appreciated at any restaurant - anywhere. (And I don't think he even felt well that night, but certainly pulled it off - we will come back and request Terry again!) Everything about the evening was perfect. Thank you Terry, and thank you Ken Stewart!
We loved this place. Great food and service. I had requested to sit in the wine room or by the fireplace. We got the table for two by the fireplace. It was awesome. We will definitely be back.
My boyfriend & I went to Ken Stewart's Lodge for our Valentine's celebration. We had a quiet, cozy booth near the back of the restaurant. The food & service were excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Very nice high end restaurant! Excellent service and food!!
The lobster tail was burnt. I have never had a lobster tail that was burnt. I showed it to kour waiter. We were given a bottle of wine upon departure. Not sure if it was for our anniversary or for the burnt tail.
Excellent service and atmosphere. You will never be dissatisfied nor disappointed. A planned dinner for 2 or impromptu Ken Stewarts is the choice hands down. Reasonably priced for what you get
Awesome! Next to the fireplace. Loved our waitress, sorry I don’t remember her name. We frequent here, one of our favorites!
Superfantastic food and service! Thank you for making my wife's birthday so special!! PS You made me look good!!
My three daughters and I sat in the wine room it was very loud on the outside of the room but very quiet and cozy in the wine room. It was was exceptional!
There were eight of us. 6 out of 8 entrees were great. My medium filet was medium well, so not great but acceptable. Wasn't bad enough to return it. One of the bone-in rib eye steaks was returned for more grill time. I also had scallops and found them slightly under cooked to my liking but then again not bad enough to return. Sunday nights was a great time for a larger group. We dined and visited for 3 hours with no pressure to leave. Service was great too.
Have never had a bad experience at the Lodge. It’s our go to place for special occasions
I had Filet Medallions and Scallops special. Beef was a little dry and pasty. Scallops were really good. Our server was really good. Something on the other side of the wall kept thudding against the wall. Stopped after we told someone. Lots of options around NEO and this just seems a little too high priced now.
Nothing bad to say about this restaurant. It exceeded expectations. We had a great time and will be back!
This was a BAD experience and changed my opinion as you being one of my favorite restaurants. We had 6:30 reservations and did not get out food until 7:50. We did not order appetizers either. It took over twenty minutes to have our order taken and in the middle of the order the waitress left and did not come back for another 10 mins to complete it. We are new to the area and have dine there in the past and we had good experiences. It was our one daughter's last night before going back to college and I wanted a special dinner for her. Our other daughter had an out of town guest coming and wanted to check out your restaurant. After our negative experience, she said the service was so bad so would definitely NOT go there. That was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had in a restaurant.
Warm, quiet atmosphere. Excellent staff and service and excellent food. Ken's is not an inexpensive restaurant but you get what you pay for! A true quality place to eat - not a pathetic chain...
Our experience at Ken Stewart’s Lodge was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious, one of the best meals we have had in the Cleveland area. Our waiter, Jerry, was very personable and attentive. We will definitely be back.
Went on New Years Eve so it was probably not your typical evening. Their menu had advertised table side Caesar salad but they were not doing it because of New Years.
Food was overall very good but everything was very expensive. My wife and I one bottle of $ 40 wine , salads , entree and split a dessert and ended up with $250 bill.
Not sure it was worth that much.
