   Our server was confident and very helpful for mosy of the dinner. However the manager told her remove a wine glass that wasnt empty . We told her we arent finished. The server apologized and told us her manager told her to remove it. After this happened you could physically see the demeanor of the server deflate, she lost her confidence. I think the manager needs to change their approach when managing the servers. Poor leadership always has a ripplle effect. Food for thought

   Took my love to a romantic birthday dinner. Sat next to a beautiful fireplace and had an outstandingly amazing dinner. The food and cocktails were superb. Tori, our waitress was knowledgeable, attentive and gracious. However, we watched many people receive a little celebratory cake with flare but unfortunately we didn’t receive any acknowledgement about my boyfriends birthday except from the hostess stand when we walked in. Was a little disappointed about this, especially being such a high end establishment. Overall, still a phenomenal meal and atmosphere.

   We hadn't been to your restaurant before for dinner. We had come once in a group from a school get-together. We had a relaxing wonderful time with Dawn, an expert waitress and the best food! Thanks for making our special evening one to remember.

    Excellent service as our waitress explained the details of the menu. Because of her professionalism and listing skills our food was prepared exactly the way we wanted. Each course was brought to our table in timely manner. We celebrated our 40th anniversary and she made a enjoyable evening. I am sorry I cannot remember her name because she did an excellent job.

    I don’t leave many reviews but I feel this experience warranted one. This was my first time dining here and being that it was our 12 anniversary we wanted something special. First we were seated directly next to a very large group (8ish) even though there were many open tables elsewhere. We could here all of there conversations and felt as if we were sitting at their table. Our waiter had no knowledge of wine or drinks in general since he is apparently “not a drinker”. That’s totally fine, but some info is good when purchasing expensive wine. I saw the large group was offered bread, we were not. My husband had surf and turf, I had the sacchetti. My dish was barely warm. My husband knows steak and thought his was a glorified strip steak rather than the ribeye that is usually shaped different, more tender and has some marbling. This did not. After the meals were delivered we had to ask for butter for the lobster tail. Overall after spending over $300 on dinner this is not the experience I would expect to have. I can understand the price if the experience was phenomenal but it was not. Very disappointing. The restaurant itself is beautiful and I really wish it could have been better.

    As is the case with a Ken Stewart’s restaurant, the service was excellent, the atmosphere comfortable, and the menu choice’s amazing! Our waitress was knowledgeable and very accommodating.

    First off the ambiance is EVERYTHING!! It’s the place to dine for a special occasion or if you enjoy a quiet intimate setting. The menu is extensive, and has something for everyone. Really appreciated the great wine list and it’s nice to see fantastic wines offered by the glass. It’s pricey but worth it!

    This is a local favorite of ours. Service, food and atmosphere is 10/10 every time. We normally sit in the bar area, here the ambience is just as great as the dining room. A must visit!

    Went to Ken Stewert's Lodge for Easter Brunch, but they really didn't have a brunch menu available, so it was really more like dinner. The atmosphere is very mountain lodge and we sat in a cozy booth near the fireplace. We tried a grilled octopus appetizer special, which was accompanied by very tasty tomato concasse sauce, but parts of it were very chewy. When our waitress asked us how it was we told here it was a bit chewy and the manager comped the appetizer. The diver scallops with edamame risotto was very good and nicely cooked. The Chilean seabass was a little under cooked and didn't have much flavor the addition of some salt and pepper saved it. I found the accompanying sweet sushi rice with edamame a little too cloying for my taste.

    Always a great experience at Ken Stewart's Lodge. from service to food, all are outstanding. We visit often and never have had any bad service or anything less than excellent food every time. Our server this time was Abigale, and she was very good. Definitely will return again.

    It’s always good. The best ambience of any restaurant around. The food and service are always excellent, as long as you don’t order the oysters. Sometimes they’re so small, you’re not even sure they exist in that shell. A couple months ago I was in Florida and got a dozen oysters for $20 at Hooters and they were about 10 times the size of Ken Stewart’s and tasted much better too. It’s just mind-boggling how hooters oysters are so much better than a place like Kent Stewart’s for about 1/5 the price. Other than that everything is amazing! 😊

    Pricey, food was phenomenal, steaks tasty and juicy, perfectly cooked, love the garlic. Sides were all tasty and plentiful. Sweet potato soufflés was the best I ever had. Waitress was nice, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and attentive. Desserts were tremendous. One of the best places to eat in all of Cleveland and Akron. Perfect evening. We have dined here many times, always leave happy and looking forward to the next visit. Great value for dinner.
