Was visiting Durango and picked this restaurant after i read reviews frim Trip Advisor. Food was great except for the lobster mashed potatoes that came with the Saturday special , my daughter had the lasagne potatoes and they were exceptional. Otherwise great restaurant and great ambiance.

Good food. We had two fish plates and both were very fresh. Wait staff was friendly and helpful but not well versed with the specifics of fish. We got great dinners nonetheless. Kind folks, great service. special touch for our anniversary

Excellent food food start to finish. Very good wine list. Service is wonderful. The Creme Brulee dessert was the best, a must order! Should make reservations, even for a weeknight.

Exceptional! From the unusual and very tasty basket of bread to the yummy sweets, this was wonderful treat for my husband's birthday. The pistachio crusted grouper was melt in your mouth good. The Tuesday special scallops was perfection and had my husband salivating for days! A very extensive wine list with some local favorites - we tried and we liked! Bananas Foster (4 of 5 stars) & Creme Brûlée (6 of 5 stars!) were our dessert choices. Ambience was a bit ordinary, but cozy enough. But the service, staff and food were above the bar by far and we hope to revisit Durango just to dine here again.

I knew we were in for a long night when they shoved 5 of us into a 4-seat booth. To be fair, the restaurant was full, and they claimed they had no other tables. The waiter was friendly, but he spent too much time trying to be funny. He recommended that I try a Colorado sauv blanc (Sutcliffe?) whose taste I suspect is not different from the mud in the Colorado River which irrigates the vineyard. The wedge salad was quite good, but who cannot prepare a wedge salad: cut head of lettuce in quarters.... My entrée was awful. My wife's entrée was awful. I could go on, but I won't. There was no correlation between price and quality. Never again.

Best restaurant in Durango and best meal I've had in a long time. We order the special appetizer, halibut and shrimp pasta dish. Everything was excellent! We will be back.

I have to admit that we were disappointed. I loved that we could get an open table reservation and the menu sounded wonderful. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the description. We had eaten here a year prior and it was much better. Hoping it was just a really off night.

This is always my first choice when planning a special evening out. In the summer it's great to be out on the patio. There's usually a nice mix of couples, families, and groups of friends. One of the more expensive restaurants in Durango, but not stuffy, and the food is fantastic.

This was the second time we've been and the food is consistently very good, service is very good, and the value is excellent. They have a great variety on their wine list and many by the glass. The patio is lovely and well worth waiting to get seated out there.
Make reservations in advance to get in especially during busy seasons in Durango. If you try to walk in during dinner hours 6 - 9p you will likely have a 2 hr wait.
Well worth the visit.

We absolutely love this place! I can recite the entire menu as we eat here at least bi-weekly.
Great seafood dishes , my favorite is the Pistachio nut crusted Grouper! The 8oz. filet is the best in town for the money, $23.95. House-made bread!!!!
Their infused martini is always spot on and of course the martini I always get has hand-stuffed blue cheese olives.
Service can be spotty, but when you go all the time as we do, it's bound to happen a time or two.
I highly recommend this place!!!!

We made a reservation - traveled from Utah for my Birthday. We were seated right by the bar at a table. And the front door. Would of liked a little more of a special place. It was not very
uncomfortable. The rest was great. Fast service - great food.

We had a very pleasant birthday dinner for my wife. The staff were very friendly and treated us well. They even made me a "sidecar martini" which was not on the drink menu. The food was delicious. We had noticed that these folks are usually pretty busy so making reservations is recommended.

Ken and Sues was great again. No question that it's our favorite restaurant in Durango, and the manage to do fine dining relatively affordably. I had the wedge salad, salmon, and creme brulee. My only complaint was that each course was so good that I ate it all and went home for an immediate food coma.

Our food was okay but nowhere near the price. Steak was overcooked and burnt. Pork dish was dry and bacon undercooked. Side dishes the mash was very mushy and watery. Good service was the high light. But overall food overpriced and have high regrets to spend our pre valentine dinner here.

A "must dine" at spot in Durango. Food was superb (try the gnocchi) and the service was attentive and friendly. There are more expensive places in town but few will give you the ame combination of quality and value.

We felt welcome the minute we stepped in the restaurant. The service and food were both excellent. The filet was properly prepared and great quality. But the best was the creme brulee!! Definitely will be one of our favorites in Durango.
