Our server Mark, was better than prior servers, being very attentive and anticipatory to any need, personable, friendly, courteous (which is rare in Durango). Dinner was served in a timely
manner, there was no waiting for him on anything. I'll ask for him in the future. Others have been good to not good at all, so hopefully K&S will recognize this importance. The music is always too loud, forcing customers to strain to hear conversation and need to raise their voices to be heard. Music is a part of the dining experience, if I want a loud bar, I'll go to a loud bar. It would be nice if pleasant background music was a consistent K&S quality. I am glad for this opportunity to point out, in addition, that Durango has a nasty habit of their 'servers' also bussing tables, a certain spread of germs and contamination, then delivering dinners. K&S does this as well, hope you rethink that. Otherwise, we enjoy your restaurant.

Another great meal at Ken and Sue's! Been here several times and were in town with some friends who have never been to Durango. One is gluten free. Menu clearly shows what is GF and had many dishes to choose from. Our server, Sara, was excellent and the food was perfection. Excellent value. I highly recommend it and we consider this a staple for dining out when we are in Durango.

Food was excellent. They were very accommodating when it came to my food allergies. They don’t change how food is prepared (for example the sweet potato smasher have cream and butter; they wouldn’t specially make it without) but they helped me navigate the menu to pick and choose items that were GF and DF.

This was our 3rd visit to Ken and Sue's. It never disappoints. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was delightful. We will definitely go again.

We were seated waiting on another person, which we told the hostess. When he arrived he was told we were not there so he walked around to surrounding stores looking for us. Just completely rude. Food was over cooked.
It was our first time and anniversary dinner. Was excited to dine there. No desire to return

It was good. I don’t believe it’s worth the hype of being the best in town because we actually had a better meal elsewhere. The appetizers were good( especially the calamari) . The menu was impressive and I was so excited about steak and lobster mashed potatoes but the steak (filet mignon) was tough and underdone. Good service. We were at an awkwardly placed table but glad we weren’t out on the patio in the tents they have set it for the winter. I don’t think I’d rush back next time I’m in town.

As locals, this remains our favorite restaurant in Durango. The food is always exceptional, and there are always several good gluten free options. Even with the marvelous food, they somehow keep the prices quite reasonable. We like to celebrate special occasions here; we feel like we’ve splurged without overspending. Do reserve in advance or you might miss out!

All the food except for the salads was interesting and delicious. The salads were large but flavorless. The waiter was fun and it was a good evening. I loved the calamari and the mussels. Yummy!

Dinner was excellent as always. This was the first time that I tried the mussels appetizer. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely try that again.

If you have kids their kids menu is fantastic. If you don't it is above average. Good stuff will come again!

We had excellent dishes and a knowledgeable helpful waiter. Excellent service. It was a lot of fun with a large varied menu.
