After we complained about the long wait for drinks , and meals we were informed that a number of servers did not show up. We waited fifteen to twenty minutes between each course and it took almost 30 minutes when we arrived before we got our drinks.
The place was nice as usual but so noisy compared many prior years
t hat it wasn’t enjoyable or a pair of seniors.
Comment: You really need pictures or murals on the walls---they look very plain and barren.
The ritz cracker covered grouper and sea bass were outstanding . The service was fine but server not very friendly or accommodating. The restaurant was noisy and not very relaxing or appealing. Seafood was very expensive but worth the price. Salads were quite small for the price.
Wonderful food but we experienced service that seemed intended to turn table quickly
Not much in way of decor and the restaurant could use some soft surfaces or sound absorbing material to reduce noise levels
Food is among the best in Naples area. Very consistent quality. Still noisy after renovation.
We had not been here for 2 years and glad we returned. Food was great and service was friendly and helpful. Could not make up our mind on wine selection so our waiter offered us a taste of 2 different ones which was fun and helped us make a decision on a very good Malbec.
Delicious food and lovely service. Can’t wait to return.
The food was very good but we all found it very pricey and had a very small table
Six of us dined at KC Bistros and all loved their entrees. Service was excellent.
Very pricy, but to be expected in Naples. My ahi tuna was outstanding, however my husbands’s grouper was good, but not worth the price.
Our Go to place for consistently excellent cuisine. The Ahi Tuna and pork chop were wonderful. Jam packed at 8:20 but no flaw in service. But they do need artwork on the walls
Late night meal after movie. Eventually, last table. Service OK, good waiter, terrific food. Old layout was better; new design creates too many hard surfaces & noise. Needs more dinner specials. More tables, fewer booths.
First time back since the remodel. Wood floors are now bare, ceilings high, open and exposed, no sound-deadeners anywhere. It was MUCH to noisy to carry on a conversation with just two of us; I can’t imagine going there with more people if the goal is to catch up and share conversation. The food was good but VERY expensive. There are other local restaurants to choose from at those prices; we will go elsewhere next time.
When we arrived for our reservation I asked for a booth.
We got the booth and it was very quiet there.
But since we basically opened the place, as people arrived the noise level got higher.
Sitting in a booth by a wall did make a GOOD difference.
The food was excellent as was the service.
A tad expensive though.
I would recommend it.
