Kayne Prime Ratings and Reviews
Kayne Prime lived up to expectations as a spendy, special occasion place. The food was delicious, the service was on point and the atmosphere was, well, cavernous. It was a real experience, with plenty of local flavor. The steak was fantastic and the sides were inventive. Highly recommended for a splurge.
Made reservation 2 months in advanced. Arrived & promptly seated. Hostess was very pleasant. Wait staff was excellent...Brian was knowledgeable did a great job guiding us through the menu. I had the feeling we were in good hands throughout out experience. Food arrived in a timely manner...Appetizer, Entree, Desert.... all perfectly prepared, seasoned, & delivered. Special mention goes out to the Cream Corn Brulee....I would not hesitate to order it as a side and a desert! Overall I was very pleased but not surprised as I had heard great things about Kayne Prime! Thanks for making our Valentines Day Dinner a memorable one!
Our food was amazing!!!! And so was our service!! Patrick was our server and I would highly recommend him and Kayne Prime!! The food is expensive ($240 for 2 people....1 appetizer, 1 dessert, 2 entries, 3 shared sides, 2 drinks, and tip) but this was a great experience for a special occasion and we will definitely be back!! Absolutely worth trying!
I can here to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day. Omg! I had the Wagyu Strip and the Macaroni gratinee! It was absolutely amazing! The Wagyu strip was soooo tender and well seasoned and juicy. The macaroni was to die for. It was extremely cheesy, creamy, and very flavorful! I will definitely be return again!
My girlfriend and I made reservations for Kayne for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. The food and service were absolutely outstanding. Everything that our waiter had suggested was a 10/10. The house made bacon is a must have! By far the best dining I have experienced. It was well worth every penny.
This place started out fantastic. All the servers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They have the customer service and experience nailed. I don't think I have ever gotten better service anywhere else to be honest. The appetizers were amazing, and the food was very good. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they brought our steaks out cold twice. The remade them and they were still cold, but we ate them. Normally, a steakhouse would have comped one or both of them for this error, especially at those prices. They took off our Bearnaise sauce ($3) and acted like they were doing us a huge favor. We also had asked them for another piece of bread with our bone marrow and to keep the marrow warm, but I guess they put it back on the fire and rendered the fat out - that was a huge fail for us. All in all, aside from those two things, this place is amazing and we would definitely go back.
Great food and great service! My only complaint was where we were seated. Kind of in a closed off room. Away from the general dining area and atomoaphere. Plus we were at the table right near the front door so it was pretty chilly the whole meal with people constantly in and out.
Overall we usually love Kayne Prime-As the restaurant has expanded, the noise level in the new area is loud, difficult to have a conversation. The waiter we had for our table had a very strange mood shift midway through, and became somewhat unpleasant and rude. The pepper dish is extremely hot (not at first bite) and caused upset stomachs for all 5 of us, later on. I am going to say this must have been an off night.
My boyfriend and I have attended here twice as a couple. He’s been more times than I have, but both times we’ve gone together have been amazing. The staff have all been warm, inviting, and personable. They all make a point to learn things about you and have conversations with you. The food is stellar and wonderful. I would recommend Kayne Prime to anyone looking for a great place to celebrate a special occasion or anyone looking for food and service that is worth talking about.
This is a fabulous restaurant, but, unless you have a generous-sized restaurant budget, not an "everyday" restaurant. Still, it's worth the price. Just make sure that when you make your reservation, you tell you them you don't want to sit at the high-top tables in the bar area, unless that's what you like. Luckily, we were there on a Sunday evening, so it wasn't that big of a deal for us and the servers were wonderful, but you definitely wouldn't want to sit there on a Friday or Saturday night, because the bar gets packed and it would make it very hard to hear others at the table. (FYI - bachelor/bachelorette parties - this is where you'd want to be!)
Every dish that we had here was amazing. The appetizers were creative and fun, the entrees were absolutely delicious, and we had the banana bread dessert. The side options to order were also great. This place is definitely a special occasion place for me but well worth it.
I was first introduced to the restaurant a little over a year ago by some close friends. I was hooked from the beginning. The popcorn lobster and cotton candy bacon is amazing. On one occasion I got 10oz of a special steak that there was only 75oz available for the entire restaurant. Once it ran out there was non left. They seasoned it and prepared it in front of us on a hot stone. The best steak ever and an awesome experience. The sides are something to die for... corn brûlée was delicious, especially stuffed in the bread. The service is always impeccable, the staff goes above and beyond. One of my favorite has become the dark chocolate Martini afterwards.
I recommend this to anyone wanting a experience like no other, comparable to something you would find in New York or Chicago.
