Good sunday brunch
Kaya is always a colorful, fun, delicious meal! It was the first time my family ate there with us, and they loved it as well. We can't wait to go back!
We were delighted that Kaya was even open under the present circumstances, but the warm welcome, topflight service and excellent food made the escape from the pandemic even more enjoyable.
Great drinks and delicious food. Quiet ambience
Very prompt and attentive service.
Great food and team!
Unique and fantastic food and drinks every single time we go.
It was good, good food, quick service, friendly staff
It is the best! I'm sorry that you have to close for 3 weeks, but I'm sure you will be back better than ever!
Crispy tofu and lentil beignets were amazing and wonderful service
We have been to Kaya several times. Our experience has been consistently good. They are setup for Covid. All diners are required to wear masks when not eating/drinking; the staff had masks on and the diners were appropriately distanced. We felt very comfortable dining there.
The island inspired menu is always interesting with seasonal and some times weekly updates. The appetizers were excellent. The corn and lentil beignets in particular were outstanding (we had to order a second round). The entrees were also really good. The service was friendly and attentive.
Overall, a great experience. We will definitely return.
Hadn’t been to Kaya since Covid began. My wife and I, and our children, have loved it here for many years. The Vegetarian Prix Fixe monthly menu is always amazing and tonight was no exception. Every dish was truly amazing, service is exceptional and the safety protocol is so reassuring without at all detracting from your meal experience. Will be back soon!
Seated at a table 45 minutes after our scheduled reservation. Specifically they do not take reservations for outside seating, but confimed the reservation for outside seating in advance. Better off taking your chances just walking in to see if table is available.
We had brunch and sat outside. The food and drinks were great especially the mango salsa with chips and the wings.
We love our Kaya! So happy they are open 💕
Consistently great food and service. We come back again and again.
Four of us attended on the first day of reopening. Everything about the meal was efficient, delicious, and reasonably priced. Sadly, we had hoped to eat outside, but the 90-degree-plus weather kept us indoors. Every item looked and tasted excellent.
Always satisfied except for when they ran out of fried chicken on a Thursday.
I love that when you walk in they immediately come to you and seat you. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. I definitely will be back again
Excellent food and exceptional service. We enjoy our dining experience.
The food (I had the jerk chicken) was outstanding. It was only bested by the service crew who were out of this world amazing.
Always a great time when eating at Kaya. Brunch was awesome.
Great tastes as usual. Kaya is our goto place for introducing out of town friends to unique Pittsburgh cuisine.
Always love Kaya. Enjoy the food and the Happy Hour is such a good deal, it’s something that keeps me and my girl friends coming and excited! The other night, I had two glasses of wine in 1.5 hours and the waiter referred to me as “power drinking” and was very rude when my friend ordered a drink minus an ingredient she didn’t like, questioning if she even knew what it was. He was rude and patronizing and makes me question coming back. An establishment shouldn’t have Happy Hour if they don’t expect people to take advantage of a good deal. Especially on a Friday evening.
Return customer. Love the food here. Had the salad with chicken, guest had the reuben. Both great. Service was exceptional. Lunch was a bit pricy at $55 for 2....and tables are a bit close together. Cuisine is creative and flavorful.
The rainbow salad with jerk seasoned salmon was one of the most unique and well presented salads I have eaten. The paella was nicely spiced and full of meats, fish and vegetables. It was our first visit but we will be back again.
Food was awesome. Great seafood sampler. Wanted more bread to soak up the great broth.
The experience was very nice
Birthday celebration for my husband. Awesome as always!
Great food and drinks! Service by Danielle was the best part!
Great food and service!
Food was good except the bean dip was like warm and the service - especially getting g our drink order and drinks - too way too long.
I love kaya and the food, ambiance. It’s been one of my favorite places since I moved to Pittsburgh ! Great options for all dietary needs. The best fish tacos ever !
Always an awesome meal at Kaya.
They never disappoint. All around 5star.
It was my son’s 21st birthday dinner and this was the place he picked for the dinner. So, that alone says something! The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and responsive.
The food was outstanding and the server very attentive. Third or fourth time going there.. will be back.
Once again, another great meal at Kaya. Staff is always friendly. Drinks are varied and good. And the food is excellent.
Amazing vegetarian Valentine dinner! Highly recommend. ❤❤❤
Great food and friendly staff. Great options for both non vegan and vegan options. Awesome feel inside. Great overall experience
Always an awesome experience!
One of the few nicer restaurants in town that gives vegetarians an actual thought. Great drinks without being poisoned by hipster bartenderism.
