Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria - Rock Hill
It was delicious good, wonderful service, no wait at all, and a really fun night!
Great food, friendly service. Close dining and noise issues.
Food was amazing! Service.. not so much. The place was way too over crowded seating wise but... I would recommend this to people if they don’t mind a loud over crowded restaurant.
Excellent food and drinks, unique twists on pizza and pasta emphasizing vegetables. Great patio on a nice day.
Excellent service, excellent food. Can’t wait to go back!
We always have a wonderful time and meal at Katie's.
What a great vibe! Food was great and they did not hurry us!
Visiting college aged son & daughter.
The happy hour has good specials. Got the neopolitan meatballs and pear pizza. Both were delicious. Good service and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Service was excellent and the food was delicious, as always. The cinnamon roll on the brunch menu is not to be missed.
We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress was great and food was excellent as usual.
Awesome. We will be back.
Four of us ate a delicious lunch here at Katie's during the week. The atmosphere is lively, friendly and happy. Our meals were all different - salads, pasta and pizza - and all were excellent. Our server was exemplary.
Restaurant was busy and noise level was crazy high detracting from conversation and enjoyment.
Very good food
Food and service is always excellent. Loud but worth it. Always recommend making a reservation. Gets so crowded.
loved the food, brought a corporate client, who had never been to Katie's.
she also loved it and the meeting was a success.
food was great. great place to go on a Monday when other places are closed.
Always great food !!
Always a hit! I took some of my staff out for birthdays. Food always on point. Some of the best and favorite in the city. Noise level is high as they sat us next to the bar. If you don’t mind that then it’s great. Probably not conducive to long conversation as we restored elsewhere for dessert simply based on the noise level.
Too dark, too loud, too expensive, my husband and one son hated the pizza. Myself and other son thought it was ok.
We really love going to Katie's. Our college aged daughters alway request a visit when they are home on breaks. However, the last 2 times we've visited as a party of 3 or 4 (with reservations) we've been seated at tall tables. They really aren't big enough for 3 much less 4 people to be comfortable. This past Saturday I was seated in the passageway to the kitchen area for the servers. As guests with reservations we should get better seating than this. Also, we were REALLY rushed this past Saturday. We were seated a few minutes after our reservation time and were out the door in about 50 minutes from the time we arrived. And that's WITH consuming a bottle of wine. I appreciate not having a long wait for food, but each of our courses arrived before we had finished the last one and it really felt like they were trying to turn the table. We had to eat quickly in order to keep up with them. It felt more like a lunch time guaranteed in & out in 30 minutes.
Complimentary flatbread and white bean dip was the best thing I had! Market vegetable salad, house cabernet, and carrot olive oil cake were all just fine. Lively atmosphere!
Pear special martinis were wonderful!
Great arugula/prosciutto pizza, mushroom pasta and cauliflower pasta
Enjoyable dinner before the StL Rep Theater
Outstanding dining experience. My daughter and I arrived at 4:45 on a Friday and were seated immediately. Had the fried artichokes and house special burrata w/citrus slices, both excellent. The bread which came with the burrata was thick and crusty and worth ordering alone! My daughter loved her Classica pizza, she was blown away by the "best ever" crust, I had the Black Garlic Bucatini which was very strong (I was warned by the server!) but also very good. Service was outstanding alll around, Will definitely go back soon.
The food was stellar, and service was excellent. Only negative was that it’s very loud. I’d go again with my husband or other adults, but it was a bit too much with my kids.
We always enjoy Katie's; the food is delicious and the service team is friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere and quality of food/drinks was outstanding. It can be a bit loud, but if the noise doesn’t bug you...you’re good to go. I would highly recommend Katie’s to all of my family and friends!!!
The food st Katie's is not complex but is very good and more than ample. We all had the $15 "salad and.." . Of the 5 of us, all but one got a doggy bag. Good food and good price is inevitably a draw!
Always wonderful food. It is great but WAY too loud even when the place is just half full. Even getting there at 1:45 and asking for a table in the corner did not help. We will pick another spot if we want to visit. At least Town and Country has the fabric panels to absorb some of the noise. Love you guys and a little noise is fine, but when you can’t hear the other person at a 2 top, it is not good.
It is clear from the crowd on a cold, Thursday evening that this restaurant is very popular. I met a friend there for food and conversation. With the outdoor seating unavailable due to the cold weather, the restaurant was crowded and a bit chaotic. Despite having a reservation on OpenTable, we were seated at a small high top table that was wedged between the take-out prep area and another table. Our table butted up to the prep cooks and the open fire pizza oven which made for a warm dining experience. Not a great place for relaxing conversation. On the positive side, the pizza was good, albeit pricey as it ran $63 for two pizzas, water, one dessert and tip. The service and food were good and Katie's clearly has a strong following.
Delicious food- everyone enjoyed their brunch from the biscuits and gravy to the lemon ricotta pancakes! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Reserving a table ahead of time is definitely recommended. It was busy!
EVERYTHIG WAS PERFECT BUT SO LOUD
The go-to casual Italian restaurant in the STL area. We've been there numerous times over the past few years and never disappointed. Reliable, great food. Wood-oven pizza. Home made pastas. Large selection of beer, wine. Restaurant interior is friendly and fun.
Outstanding service and food at this casual restaurant on Manchester Road. Squid Ink Pasta was out of this world--pizza is very good, too. Enjoyed the complimentary hummus and soft pita bread. Greg, our server, was personable and accommodating. Overall, a great experience.
One of my favorite restaurants. Great happy hour values. The home made pastas will have me coming back
So delicious! And the service is great. We are on the older side ;) and the lunch twofer offers are just the right size plus the twofer menu offers such a variety of really good options that it's hard to choose. Thanks for a great lunch!
