Start your meal with 'zakuski' (little bites) of appetizers like Olivier or Vinaigrette salads, eggplant caviar and our house made dill pickles and marinated mushrooms. Our beef-based Beet Borsch or tart Green Borsch, and the Vegetarian Mushroom Barley soup will warm you on a cold day and, served cold, will cool you on a hot day.
