It was fantastic until our sever disappeared before we could finish our mains. No one checked on us until we flagged someone down - ruined a special night by being careless
Food was amazing, fresh, tasty, each dish was delicious, service excellent and they were very careful with food allergies and personal preferences.
I would say the downstairs tables are too cold at this time of year so not enjoyable to eat there the upper split level has booths and they are big and not efficient use of space, but the only place I like to sit....however booths are family style and harder to talk with friends....the back is too bright and no ambiance feels casual more like a lunch place, back not for me. I like the full dining experience, delicious food, great ambiance, great service for the the full dining experience. I think smaller tables and more of them would create a much cozier ambiance and need to do something with the lower level in the winter blankets are not the answer, need to insulate those windows.....
Lastly I would say it is expensive but the food is excellent!!
Excellent food quality, great selection, the meats are amazing, and also the appetizers, although the price range is on the high high side, but for special occasions it is well worth it
I have been there several times on different occasions, and every time I have had a great experience, will come back again soon.
Service was inconsistent across the various dishes we ordered. Some dishes was over 30 min late. The presentation was lackluster, soup was cold and served in unwashed bowls, and the cake for dessert was bitter, almost spoiled tasting. Would not recommend.
new year eve's food is so bad and expensive
Went for NYE and the service was rather poor. We flagged an allergy (that is severe) and somehow it still got missed resulting in a friend consuming the food and consequently experiencing a severe reaction. Needless to say that put a damper on the evening.
It was okay.
Disappointed to see changes to the menu because of a “new chef”. Since when does the chef decide the menu. Especially to remove staple items such as the hamachi and spicy tuna on rice. Overall great service and atmosphere. Will not be returning due to chcanges to menu
Based on the prices I would have to say this is special occasion place but it really shouldn’t be the food is nice but not enough to fill one up we came for lunch time spent $200 and were hungry after and although I get the quality is there it has to be a little more for the money ... overall I ha s no desire to come here again ... you can go to the four seasons eat like a king for this amount of money ! Sorry
