(About 150 pcs) Kansaku Supreme ($300): Nigiri (About 100 pcs) includes Sea Urchin and Sweet Shrimp. You can also mix and match in between packages to create and fulfill your catering needs. We do off-site catering

Our service and the food were excellent, especially the fish dishes. It's a great place to enjoy a Japanese meal with many choices. The noise level was low, so conversations were easy. We loved it!

The food was outstanding. I had a filet mignon entrée on rice and vegetables with teriyaki sauce. That was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten! The coconut Shrimp appetizer was wonderful as well. Server was very attentive and we felt very well attended to. Highly recommend this restaurant.

All fresh and perfectly cooked and delicious. We love Kansaku for both lunch and dinner. The bento boxes are amazing and so is the ramen. Appetizers are delish too.

Was visiting from out of town. Hotel staffer recommended this restaurant. I really enjoyed the freshness of the food. Veggies and black rice were a nice compliment to my teriyaki chicken. I’d eat here again in a heart beat! Service was nice too. The waiter was not overbearing and trying to rush us out. It was just overall a very nice experience.

A lovely dinner with friends on a quiet Monday evening at Kansaku. As always, the food and service were excellent. We continue to make this our go-to Sushi restaurant.

We have been regular customers of Kansaku for years, and the service, the quality of preparation and the food have always been superb. We travel from Highland Park to Kansaku in Evanston because we believe Kansaku is the finest Japanese restaurant in all of Chicago and the Chicago Metropolitan Area.
