I had a reservation at 7:45, and been told that my table was not ready yet. So we wait for like a 10 mins outside the restaurant. We been told our table was ready, but I don’t know why the server bring us to the bar sitting. My reservation was stander table,indoor. I have never been to another restaurant that the stander table is actually a bar setting. Probably was my misunderstood. And we ask for a table, he was willing to help us find a table that was nice, he said, “you can continue to wait outside for the table or wait here.” 8:15, we finally can sit down and star to order. We ordered the Chef’s Menu. It’s like an Omakase. Appetizers, for the seafood, uni and scallop was not fresh. After we finished the appetizers, we wait another 30 mins for main dishes. Other dishes was looking nice but the taste was so so. The Pomme Anna was nice. The fish was nice but the flavor of petits pois doesn’t match with the fish. The risotto was cooked outside, a little bit rare inside. I came for celebrate the Father’s Day. I asked for the restaurant to write a note for my father, they didn’t write anything. I came from high expectation, leave with disappointing. Never want to came back again. Btw the ice-cream was probably the best dish in this restaurant.

Came here for my birthday. Was greeted with pleasant customer service. We went with the chef's menu with the wine pairing and it was such a divine experience.
First class experience. Every dish was amazing. Four of us shared 4 first courses, two main courses and two desserts. My husband and I shared the duck entree which was lean and succulent. The charred avocado, agnolotti, and barley risotto are standouts. The meringue gelato is the perfect dessert. The outdoor dining is very nice and they have opened indoors as well.

It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant for the "experience" rather than easing my hunger. Since I'm a tasting menu freak I didn't have a lot of options during the pandemic. And I personally want to see servers, runners, and all FOH staffs face during a 2 hrs+ dining experience. This is extremely important to me because when you dine at restaurants like these all the dishes will be explained to you in detail and its been extremely hard to understand FOH staff since last year June 15. So I was actually waiting masks and 90 minute dining limit rule lifted off to finally dine properly.
With all these emotions got there a bit early. Jeremy, who was going to lead the way throughout my culinary journey greeted and seated me and mentioned for today Chef had a special 8 Course Tasting Menu; he had me at "8 co"
I'm not going to details about every dish but the live uni, steak tartare and the duck were outstanding. Service was casual impeccable. Especially the runners who all had English as a second language described those complicated dishes in a fashionably manner.
What an amazing place! Beyond happy with how dinner turned out. Chef Kevin is the man! Can’t wait to come back for more! :)

Was rated as 1 star Michelin but not at that standard. Did tasting menu. Overall OK but not at that level and was relatively expensive. If at a 1 star level it would have been OK on pricing but for the cost was disappointing. Could be COVID restarting issues, so can't judge pre-pandemic quality.
Outdoor patio is super cute. Staff and service was great and the meal and wine list were spot on!

A great experience with fantastic food and excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed all courses and the beverages chosen. I opted for the pea and ricotta agnolotti, sourdough, dry-aged Sonoma duck, and meringue gelato. All tasted superb and I chose a slightly unconventional but delightful cider Sur La Mer to accompany the food. The only diasppointment was the Californian weather - could have been a few degrees warmer. Will definitely return. Thanks Chef Meehan and the team.
