Very good selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Furthermore, the food is well prepared and pairs perfectly along with the drinks. Service was great, and hopefully while you are there you meet the friendly restaurant cat Bacon.

The service was amazing and the curling was really fun. We actually learned a lot about the sport from Dan, who was super helpful and knowledgeable.

The restaurant is doing a great job with COVID protocols, and it was actually to sit outside comfortably in the winter. Our server was attentive and even took our drink orders while we were curling.

We had such a fun time curling and getting drinks. Outdoors was warm under the heaters and there was plenty of space and airflow to feel comfortable from a covid perspective. Would definitely come back.

With the recent changes in allowing more people in restaurants, Kaiser Tiger should be allowing people to sit inside to enjoy their food rather than forcing them into the Beer Garden under patio heaters that weren't on. I understand the temperature was extremely cold, but certainly the heaters could have been turned on or more heaters brought out to the patio.

False advertising about the outdoor heaters. It was too cold to enjoy.

The service was slow and the food was cold. Heating was insufficient for Chicago weather- our food was frozen before we left.

Outstanding service and fun place to eat. I travel for work and it is just the perfect place to enjoy a great dinner and wind down after my morning flight.

Excellent service and great beers. Good bar food, but I would go there for the ambience and atmosphere. Very well equipped even for cold, wintry winter days!

Unfortunately our food was either undercooked or overcooked at our table and the curling was way too short for the amount of money it cost. They have a beautiful patio but it certainly wasn’t a good value.

We've eaten at Kaiser Tiger maybe 20 times in the past three years...always good, always consistent. We were comforted to learn they had safety measures in place since this was our first restaurant visit in the city since the pandemic. Unfortunately, our visit was anything but enjoyable. While we appreciated the safety measures in place, we felt badgered and disrespected throughout our dinner. Our waiter was overly-consumed with telling us to pull our masks up every time HE approached the table, whether we were drinking, eating or talking. We had our masks on before, during and after the meal, which made it impossible to enjoy our food and drinks. Another waiter came to deliver a drink and dropped it off at arms length as if we had the plague. It was embarrassing. Don't get me wrong...I greatly appreciate the lengths that restaurants are going to in order to protect customers and staff during the pandemic. But badgering paying customers who are following protocols and making us feel that we are doing something wrong or risking their safety is disrespectful. We spent $295.00 on dinner and felt as if we had done something wrong. If the management and waitstaff can't maintain high quality and respectful service in an enjoyable environment while practicing safety measures, perhaps they shouldn't be open yet. We felt so uncomfortable and were treated so poorly, we forfeited the additional pre-paid $50 reservation for curling. This is particularly upsetting to me because I literally logged on first thing Saturday morning last week to ensure we could get the reservation for curling. THAT'S how much we love going to Kaiser Tiger. I'm saddened and disappointed that we didn't enjoy ourselves at our first outing since the pandemic. I hope the restaurant can get it together so others don't feel as shamed and mistreated as we did.

Great outdoor atmosphere, service, and food. Only knock is that the food was a bit expensive i.e. burger was $13 and didn't even come with fries.

Kaiser tiger was a great place to go for a Covid night out. They have all the safety measures in place so that you can relax and have a good time. Their outdoor space has great lighting, open air, but mist importantly warm heaters hanging from the ceiling shooting right at you. Curling was a blast. All the staff were so helpful and fun. I can’t wait to go back!

There seemed to be only one waitress and we had to wave her down multiple times. She never came to check on us. It took us forever to put orders in. But, the place is very cute and great ambiance.

Felt safe from a social distancing perspective. The service could have been friendlier and more attentive. The space was considerably warm but could use a little more ambiance such as evergreen planters or something. Food was above average.

Very fun experience and awesome service. It was a great meal followed by learning how to curl! We reserved our table for 8:30 and had a curling lane reserved at 9:45.... not quite enough time to finish our food but they let you bring drinks to the curling lane.

We were drinking and looking at menu when we were yelled at by manager to wear our masks. How do you drink with a mask on? Also, when servers put your food and drinks down they back up like you have the plague even with masks on. Felt very uncomfortable. Food was not very good, beer was tasty. The curling was a lot of fun and the guy running it was nice.

Lovely place. Their beer garden has huge fans for the summer and huge gas overhead heaters for winter. Still wrap up because it’s outside for COVID and the tables block the heat from your legs and feet. Overall Excellent spot. My husband and I went on a Monday evening and to our surprise it was busy. Has free parking in the front, Curling to play and a friendly cat hanging around.

Service and everything was great especially considering the covid situation. If I were to go again, I would specifically ask for a table under the lamps. They have heaters but some of the tables are situated between where the heaters are, and it is a huge difference. Later we asked for a heater table to finish our drinks and they were accommodating.

What a fun and unique winter evening! Had a tasty dinner under the tent before trying curling (which required a separate reservation from dinner). Dress warmly, the tent is covered but open air. There are ample overhead heat lamps but it's still a bit nippy. It's really an ideal winter/cool weather venue!
