Came in with the rest of the concert goers for Dave Matthews. Great place for the United Center. Shuttle was fantastic and a great draw to the place. Food was great and surprisingly quick. Only negative is the noise. When the room filled up, the sound filled the room and made it difficult to have a conversation. Will definitely be back!

Was so looking forward to this dinner. The bacon grenades had no flavor; the bacon on the board was "okay". The bomb was exactly that. A bomb of a sandwich (and not in a good way). Our waitress/staff were really nice and the beer was probably the only delight.

The server was nice, but the service was terrible. It took forever to put in a food order and then even longer for the food to come. The server never checked in. We had to flag him down to put in any order. We had to go to the bar to order drinks at one point. We had to ask 2 people for ketchup and then only got it when we went to the bar. Food was good when we finally got to eat it.

We had a big group and made reservations for last minute so we made 3 reservations but requested to be seated together out back. At first all goes well until the manager (I think that was the manager) came and yelled at us for making 3 different reservation, we were supposed to call for groups over 10 and that each table were assigned to a different server and that we can only split checks 6 ways evenly even though we said we can all be under 1 check etc. But the servers were nice enough and said no big deal they can all put us under 1 tab and it doesn’t matter if we sat or move around within our tables. The manager just put us in a bad mood treated us like we’re in high school.

Unfortunately, like most places, they’re short on staff, so, we didn’t have a waiter/waitress. We have to go to the bar tender to place both out drinks and food orders : ( The bar was busy and we had to wait in line to place our orders, not a great set up. The food took a long time, but it was good, and there selection on draft beers was excellent. If you don’t mind self-service and waiting, you’ll be fine. If you’re looking for a traditional “pre-Covid” dining experience, you might struggle a bit.

Was in town to see Duran Duran at the United Center. Was an easy walk from our hotel to Kaiser and then to United Center. Great service and great beer selection. Look for the big orange cat named “Bacon”.

Thoroughly enjoyed a sunny afternoon business lunch at Kaiser Tiger. We were in the outdoor biergarten, ordered a few different appetizers to share, and a couple of .5 Liter Dunkel's. The only downside was that we order too much food for the two of us to finish. It was so enjoyable. I only wish I could have spent the afternoon there. The next time I am in Chicago, in the West Loop, I will be back. (weather permitting)

We ordered the jumbo pretzel. It came out very quick and was hot but it was very dry and hard. The cheese sauce was served cold which was disappointing. I would come back for drinks but the pretzel was very underwhelming and not worth the price.

The hostess was unfriendly, gave me a QR code for the front and then when no one came out to the patio she rudely said “I TOLD her you have to come inside to order” which was actually never said because she barely said 2 words when I was greeted. The only redeeming factor was the bartender who was friendly to my friends and dog.

Went to grab a drink and food prior to the RATM show. They were packed and busy. We had a reservation on the patio and were quickly seated upon arrival. Our server was also quick to get our drink orders and bring water. We ordered food. Hummus, a brat and a schnitzel. Nothing too complicated. The show started at 8pm. Our reservation was for 6:30pm. We got our food order at 7:55pm. We inhaled the food, which was meh at best and rushed to get to the show. Word of advice: bake in 30-40 min extra for food when going there before a show at UC.

The good: Cool location, tons of available parking, and a large patio area. The bad: The place was empty, and somehow the waitress felt like she had better things to do than check on us, the burger was mediocre at best, the poutine was worse than I would have made on a dorm room hot plate, with no gravy and unmelted cheese. The ugly: There are large rats in the patio area. One came up and asked for a French fry - they are un afraid of humans.
