Nice place with a big bar and indoor seating as well as a big terrace right on the main Street. Good food, bit pricey. The spinach artichoke dip is delicious. Add tbe lobster!
We always enjoy coming to the Kaiser Grille when we we are in Palm Springs. Love the location ... great to see energy and action on the main drag while dining. Food is always superb. Our waitress was terrific ... perfect mix of personality and professionalism.
Customer service was poor. We asked for mustard 3 different times and needed to get it ourselves from the bartender. It was over priced for what you get. $21 for an average burger and fries.
I have been coming to Palm Springs for years. This was one of the best dinners we have had.
Lovely spot for lunch! Food was delicious - great location in Palm Springs - service excellent - good value — high end decor. Will recommend and go again!!
The calamari appetizer was obviously pre-frozen rings and tastless. The 8oz filet mignon was cooked to my order which is the least one would expect at a steakhouse.
Very enjoyable dining experience. The Kaiser Grill never disappoints
Great food and service!
the hostess great even knew it was my birthday......the young lady serving water(bus) person great butTHE server, sullen, no personality....odered 8 oz filet and at $42, that is right up there, I asked for veggie vs mashed potatoes, and although I didnt hear it my table mate said there was an uncharge of $3,50 .....wow, Kaiser stop nickle and diming people..service lackluster, had to ask for more bread. came time for desert, absolutely no mention of my Birthday. Requested check. Now, servers are paid very well in Palm Springs compared to other parts of the USA BUT STILL HAVING TO FORK OUT MORE BUCKS WHEN SERVICE IS SO SO...Probaboly won't go back....other restaurants out there....r
This is a very comfortable restaurant with a nice selection on the menu. what was horrible. our server. Not sure if he was having a bad day or not, but we certainly got the brunt of whatever was going on. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary with family, ordered a nice bottle of champagne, which was plopped at our table in a bucket. We had to ask several times for things throughout the meal, like water. Every interaction felt as though he were clenching his teeth to even deal with it. We overheard other servers at the tables next to us, and the mood was bright, pleasant and made their guests feel like they wanted to be there, so I know it was our server. It made the evening a little off, and where I wanted to relax and enjoy a good meal with family, it felt like we were just in the way and it was inconvenient that we were there.
Food quality was excellent and everything prepared perfectly. The atmosphere is fun and inviting.
Nora was a great server. Kind and nice
Best ribs in town
The hostess was so flexible, we had booked the reservation online but definitely wanted patio seating. We came early, hung at the bar and she secured us a super place outdoors.
Everything was great except the waiter forgot to bring one item (tea).
Great night good job Evaristo
We LOVED it! Haven't been here since it was totally renovated. Big change on all fronts! Great new decor, service was excellent, and the food quality was very good. A true 180 degree difference from what Kaiser use to be a year or so ago. So, if you haven't been recently - you should check it out, for sure! Suggestion: Menu is nice and varied; but, for those of us who like "healthy eating" it's a bit difficult to find something. Even the fish entree Sole is stuffed with cream cheese - yikes! Had to just have a bowel of soup and a salad (which were great; but...). Maybe you guys should try some nice large (but healthy) dinner-size salads (?). Anyway... very impressed with Kaiser and will look forward to going back soon.
We were in Palm Springs on vacation and bought a gift card for this restaurant. Interestingly enough, the small print on the menu says that gift cards can’t be used for early bird specials. We opted to order from the happy hour menu . Both items were unremarkable. Since we have money left on the gift card, we are using the money for predinner drinks only and going to other restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of restaurants in Palm Springs. Choose one with better food and service.

Kaiser is a long-time local favorite. The food is consistently good, though the service can be hit-and-miss.
We had a nice dinner here. Food was good and nice patio atmosphere. The service was not the best compared to other places and could be improved.
We had poor service during street fair... lighting on side of restaurant was over bright shining in our faces...kabob menu food was dry and charred ... overall not a high end experience
We had skipped this place in past but wanted to try it based on reviews. Across from LuLu which we had eaten in a couple times. Felt the food didn’t quite measure up to them, and some work needed. Good service and very dog friendly and accommodating to our furry pal.
Good food, but service really only ok.
Just OK! Nothing stood out ... drinks were watered down ... nothing special! In New York they wouldn’t make it a week!
I had dined here a year ago during a quick trip to Palm Springs and had another great experience again. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent!
The waiters where more less wanting to get out
Service was sub par.
Our party of 4 got a great seat on the patio. They were out of the entree I ordered but the sea bass I selected as my second choice was really good, as were my husband's BBQ ribs. Prices aren't cheap, but for the quality of food and the location right in downtown Palm Springs, I felt the value was good. Atmosphere was really nice with torches burning for heaters. We'll go again, and our out-of-town guests really liked it.
We enjoy Kaiser Grill & return regularily.
A great combination of attractive patio, good service, not too formal, good food & happy hour..
We shared quesadillas, & broccoli w Hollandaise, delicious shrimp Scampi w pasta, excellent steak and a lovely lemon cheesecake.
We'll be back.
We ordered the lamb, salmon, and kofta kabob mezze's for lunch. The meats were over cooked, and the accompanied rice was dry. I wish that the cook/chef paid more attention to the foods before they got delivered to the table. We've been to all the restaurants at this intersection this past week and the Zin American Bistro was a much better place to eat at. Lulu and Kaiser got too complacent.
Bought a “prime 14 ounce ribeye.” No way this was a ribeye, was tough and lean like a New York strip. No way this was prime, tasted like a six dollar stater brothers steak. Was about half an inch thick. And absolutely no more than 10 ounces. Extremely disappointed for 54 bucks. The only saving grace is they gave us 25% off. But it should’ve been comped.
Too expensive for what it is.
Host was pretty rude. Food was great.
The host was a train wreck. We had a reservation. They told us that we had to wait in a long line with people that did not have reservations. When we got to the host they said there weren’t any tables and told us they would text us. We waited at the bar where we observed them seating other people that came after us and did not have a reservation. After 20 minutes of waiting I went back up there and voiced my frustration and they seated us.
