Kaiser Grille Palm Desert
WINE CELLAR , FULL BAR, ENTERTAINMENT
For our last night of vacation in Palm Desert, we chose to go back to Kaiser Grille for a special meal, knowing it would be a great experience. Thankfully, we were seated far away from the lounge area and could have easy conversation. As always, the staff was friendly and attentive. Kaiser Grill is one of our favorite restaurants in the Palm Desert area, and we always plan to eat there at least once during our 2 week visit to the area. I highly recommend Kaiser Grille for a special and delicious meal experience!
Call me like you said you would, been 2 days already
Great service and outstanding food.
This was our first time at Kaiser Grill Palm Desert. The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the noise level. It was very difficult to talk to the people around your table without raising your voice to an uncomfortable level. Other than that it was a very nice experience.
Great food and service
Food wasn’t good prime rib was very tough. Salad was very cold as if it was pre made and flavourless. Tomatoes were hard and woody. Dessert was terrible. Noise was so high it was impossible to hear the pianist.
However the next day when went to a different location in old town Palm Springs for lunch and it was perfect.
The Kaiser Gill was recommended by friends its is important to choose the correct location.
We’ll be back.
Kaiser Grill is always great. Food and service are wonderful!
Very nice experience. First time trying Kaiser Grill and will definitely return. Food was excellent and well prepared and the staff was great, friendly and professional.
As always, our dining experience was exceptional. The staff is so friendly and helpful. One of our friends has a food allergy and the staff investigate the options available for him.
The ambiance is wonderful and relaxing.
The steak and fish dishes are cooked to perfection, soups piping hot. We had the sea bass, sole, and the New York steak.
Great evening! Had a wonderful server, Jennifer, who had great recommendations and made our experience a lot of fun. I started with an Antioxidant Martini. It was good but too sweet for my taste (yes, I still drank it!) My husband had the Coachella Blonde Ale, which he really enjoyed (said it had a light, slightly citrusy taste). We then tried the Cream of Artichoke soup and the Brussels Sprout appetizer. Both delicious. The soup was creamy and taste, the brussels were crispy with a yummy Asian chili sauce. Hubby had the Citrus BBQ Ribs, fall-off-the-bone and the sauce was delish. The french fries were batter-coated and addictive. I had the Wild Ahi tuna Tataki seared rare with the Coconut Risotto. The Sriracha remoulade paired so well with the ahi. A delicious bite of food beautifully plated. We finished up with a creamy Creme Brulee and two Irish coffees before heading out into the rain. Good food, fun evening, couldn't ask for a better night.
Ok but not a trip advisor 4.5
Could use a better decor
we have very good experience in Kaiser Grille Palm Desert. Jacky's smile and warm services made our night. and the food is great. we order prime rib, it's perfect. And the new york steak is excellent too. We definitely will come back when we visit Palm Springs again.
Great music, great food!
We shared a beet salad and it was still too much for us. The Citrus BBQ ribs is a giant full pork ribs (not baby back). Fall off the bone soft. It is so big I took half home.
Everything was very good. My steak was slightly overcooked but still delicious and not bad enough to send back. The manager gave us a free dessert to make up for it.
Food, service, menu were all very good. Only negative was the noise level. The restaurant was packed and it was difficult to carry on a normal conversation.
We loved the sea bass and great service. The NY steak was yummy too as were the au gratin potatoes and asparagus.
Kaiser Grille went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely return!
We had dinner with a party of 6 and the group was happy with our table and service. The food was very good. I will be back.
Had a great visit at the bar. Service and steaks excellent
Nice dinner at Kaiser Grill. Food and service were very good and they treated me to a nice dessert for my birthday. Very crowded and loud, but other than that it was a very good dinner.
A bit noisy for dinner but good food-
Nice place for a business dinner
Very nice, food above average and service was great.. atmosphere nice, but a little loud if your looking of a romance dinner.
The service was excellent, we have had a great experience each time we have been there.
Excellent food and service.
One of our favorite spots in the area. We have had consistently good food and service. Be sure to try their cream of artichoke soup!
We have dined at Kaiser Grille when we visit the desert around New Year's for each of the past 3 years and enjoyed it each time. Although their steaks are outstanding, we and our friends had eaten a lot of beef in the week before we dined so we enjoyed the seafood and pasta items on the menu. Each was well prepared and each of us enjoyed our entree. Three of us started with their artichoke soup, which is delicious. Our server, Page, and the rest of the team delivered excellent service in a friendly but not overly intrusive manner. The manager stopped by the table twice during the meal to ensure that everything was going well.
We'll be back.
We were there for my nephew's birthday and food was exceptional ... and service amazing.
Thank you !
Great food for a good price. Nice ambiance and a cozy setting.
The rib eye steak was underwhelming but the service was amazing!
Great Friday dinner spot.
Try the new “Crispy Brussel Sprouts”
Nice food, nice place, very good service and prices.
This was our New Year’s Eve celebration dinner and the restaurant was not prepared for the volume of reservations booked. The kitchen staff could not keep up with the sheer volume of orders, which made the overall experience and value well-below our expectations. For a pre-fixe menu requirement, the restaurant should have been able to handle many tables at a given time versus patrons ordering off the regular menu. The Palm Desert location did not meet our holiday expectation. We still prefer the downtown Palm Springs location.
Food was pretty good. Food was served quick for a busy night but my cheese grits were dry.
we had reservations for 4 people for New Years Eve. We arrived on time and were seated in the bar and not in the dinning room. Very noisy and unpleasant.
Food just average price very high.
We arrived one or two minutes late for an early New year's Eve reservation. We were taken to our table immediately. They had honored my request or a table in a quieter area, and I am very glad they did because the overall noise level was really pretty high.
Service was superb. Our server was a real pro. As for the quality of the food, my companions salmon was beautifully prepared and my medallions of beef were beautifully tender although the cook was a little uneven. I had requested medium rare. One was medium and the other was rare. Fortunately, the quality of the beef was such that both were very tasty.
I had been to the Kaiser Grille before on New Years and loved it. So a few years later we returned again. This time it was not the same. Even though we werr early eaters, it was very crowded, and very noisy. It was not relaxing and we felt a bit rushed. The food was ok but not wonderful like last time. This time they only served a special New Year's menu.. Last time we had a choice of regular or New Year menu. It was a little disappointing this time.
The food was good and the service was great. Location is not the best and our window over looked an Arco gas station. Not upscale at all with that view. They need to move this restaurant to a nicer location. This is a good place for groups and special occasions.
