The menu has changed, and not for the better. There is a smaller selection. Prices are relatively high.
Beautiful decor but since it was open to the outside it was a bit chilly.
Rashida was our waiter and she was so attentive and helpful. The food was delicious.
Freddy was a great server! Amazing Navajo tacos and coin margaritas.
This restaurant, although located in a hotel, is a delightful place with a warm southwestern décor. The food is also remarkably good, again, for a hotel location.
Always enjoyable. Food and service are always too notch.
menu keeps getting smaller but the good stuff is still on there like the tacos and Brussel sprouts
Between the pandemic and the opening of their second location Kachina has reduced its menu. They removed many of my favorite items - things that made this restaurant different and interesting. The food is still good but the restaurant is no longer on my list of top places in Westminster.
We return here often because Kachina Southwestern Grill has it all; wonderful atmosphere, kind servers and host, excellent food, excellent cocktails (Prickly Pixie). After dinner, we sat out on the patio and watched the sunset and then walked around the ponds to check out the Promenade area.
I'm wondering why reservations are needed? Not really busy for a Saturday night. Not much on the menu, not really tasty either. Sodas are not on drink menu?
Great tacos and margaritas! A favorite date night restaurant.
Food was very bad, drinks were ok, and the service was just odd
Everything was good. Server was funny and friendly. Food is always good (chips needed salt). Had a great evening! Tjanks
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, Guest! Thank you for choosing Kachina Southwestern Grill and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Kachina is a favorite restaurant of ours- came this morning for husbands birthday with son and family. Like the atmosphere and food, drinks and service generally quite good. 2 comments from today- sat at a table that had not been wiped down - was cleaned at our request. Food was unique and good as always - but temperature warm - not hot. All said - we will be back.
Great service, food, drinks and atmosphere! We will be back!
Best margaritas ever!
great food, nice servers and ambience. definitely check your alcohol billing for accuracy...multiple attempts to serve and bill us for higher end tequilas.
We had a very nice evening! Our server, Nick, was informative, knowledgeable, and timely. Friday night ambience was super!
Lobster/Crab tacos were fantastic. Steak was cooked perfectly. Great chips and sauces. Love the decor.
We came to Kachina for brunch. I had the Benedict, and it was the very best brunch item I have had in a long time! Service was OK, but they probably are short-handed like most places. Overall, this was a winner! Love the patio!!
Excellent service and great food.
We always enjoy Kachina, plus their coinhouse margarita is excellent.
Good was excellent. Restaurant was a little dirty. This isn’t ty
Great food, just wish there were more options to choose from for dinner.
My meat taco was not prepared correctly, sauce were cold, maybe that is how it is prepared?
Same thing happen to my friend who order tacos as well.
Good food and excellent service! Went there for Sunday brunch
The food was good and the wait person and hostess were extremely nice. However it took over an hour for the food to come out and the outside umbrellas didn’t cover the tables very well. Food was good but we had to eat it in five minutes because after an hour of waiting we were running late.
Too loud. Food bad. No service. Terrible experience
Smoked Chicken Quesadilla is excellent! Calabacita Stuffed Poblano has a combination of roasted corn, mushrooms, black beans and pepper jack cheese making it a flavorful dish. We also enjoyed the Pueblo, El Pastor and Santa Fe Navajo Tacos. The Coinhouse margs were good, a bit limey, but that is because they have lime cointreau. Service was great!
The appetizers and Navaho tacos are a perfect meal size - like tapas for New Mexican food. Everything we had from the house margarita to the house guacamole, from the Navaho tacos to the asada steak - all were excellent. And fir a resort hotel restaurant, the prices are friendly!
Food and Bloody Mary's were very good.
Good food, cool atmosphere. It wasn't amazing and I probably wouldn't choose to go there again, but it wasn't terrible. I guess I was expecting more of a Southwest vibe than an Americanized Southwest vibe. The food wasn't as authentic tasting as I had hoped it would be.
It is always good but they have gotten rid of a lot of the vegetarian options that we used to go for.
i have eaten here before and it was much better. Way too hot in the restaurant and the food was only ok. Very dissapointed.
Excellent and fast service! Beautiful scenery and theme of the restaurant is gorgeous. Definitely recommend
Food came out cold, as if the kitchen can’t keep up with a full house
The thing that they’re known for most the puffy Indian tacos Is just OK. Barely have any meat in it compared to how big the taco shells is. The smokiness of the meat is overpowering and that’s coming from somebody from Alabama who eats smoky food all the time. It’s OK to have a kiss of smoke on something when you say it’s small but this is like wait to much. Best thing about our meal was probably the kids chicken strips that my daughters got
When we arrived we were told a table outside is first come first serve and they only had tables inside. Then the hostess asked if we still wanted to eat there. I said if it’s our only option than yes. Just came off bothered we were still dining even though our request wasn’t possible. Later to find out we could’ve still dined on a couch outdoors with a full menu. Food was not what it used to be. Maybe they changed the menu after the pandemic.
Food is ok, service is slow, drinks weren’t great. Cute place though!
We had a great experience. This was our first time here and enjoyed everything we ate. The corn/quacamole and the Tamitillo Salsa with chips are a must have. My husband had the enchiladas 😋! My daughter had the burger with fries. I have to say I had some fries and they were sooo good. My mom had the tacos! Wow and I had the Adabo Steak. All sooo good. Also, the Margaritas were made very well. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience and service
