Overall a very good experience at Kachina. There was some confusion about the all day Sunday happy hour prices as that is only available in the bar so pay attention to the details- my fault but the manager made it right and honored the discount to us. Michele was a wonderful server! We’ll be back
The service was what brought my rating down. We ate there for lunch, it was not busy with people. We had to ask for refills on soda and water several times when we were empty. Waitress was very nice, never saw a manager.
This was some of the worst food I’ve eaten in a long time. I would strongly recommend the drive to Denver or Boulder for food long before eating here again.
What a great find! Beautiful and interesting restaurant with gorgeous decor, fixtures, etc. Delicious food that is not run of the mill. I was kind of surprised that it was in a Westin hotel, but that also explains why it's a notch above a regular restaurant. Nicely done!
My son took me and my wife there specifically for the Chicken Enchiladas - and we were told they were out!! So how do you run out of Enchiladas on a Sunday afternoon?? Real disappointed. We should have at least received a free meal or a voucher for a free meal or two to come back. Nothing except a Nice Sorry from the waitress, who was great.
The food was different and delicious. You could tell it was prepared fresh. Our server was very kind and patient even though we had 10 people in our party.
Great food, and good service. Always a good choice for dining.
Waitress seemed overwhelmed. It was busy but not swamped. Our food took over an hour and the unlimited mimosas weren't due to we could never find our waitress. Had to ask for creamer three times for coffee and when it was brought the coffee had gone cold. Then had to ask for hot coffee. But food was good when it came. And atmosphere is nice.
A good restaurant, but the location of our table was towards the back of the restaurant and not one of the best. We waited a long time for a drinks. The foods was good and the menu creative.
Food is pretty good. Fry bread tacos are love or hate. Service was terrible the one time we went.
Hotel was very busy with a conference and the bar portion of the restaurant was very crowded. But we were sat right at our reservation time, our server was attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic. We got the mixed grill and a filet. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Will go back.
The food was such low quality,
We didn’t eat hardly any of it....
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here...
Food, service, and ambiance are outstanding. Might have been the best steak I’ve ever had. Very good bar. I’ll be coming back!
Best pork tacos anywhere!!
Tasty food. Delicious drinks. Gluten free options. A great way to spend Easter Sunday with family without having to cook or clean.
Roger made the best crawfish fondue
We came for the Easter brunch and had a great time. They put a nice Southwestern flair on your typical brunch with a nacho bar and a carving station with pork and lamb. This is one of our go to places for holiday meals as they always have something fun with a very relaxed atmosphere.
We celebrated our anniversary at Kachina Southwestern Grill recently. They did a great job making our anniversary dinner special. The food was amazing (as always), the staff friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. We highly recommend the Navajo Taco Plate... the shrimp tacos are amazing and the Kachina mule was a perfect compliment to the food! Thanks again for making our anniversary special!
Service was really slow. Food was marginal and drinks were horrible.
Great service, amazing food and a good atmosphere even if a little loud at times.
Went for brunch with the girls, and food was good (and made just the way I requested). Drinks were good, and lots of energy!
Great service, amazing food and the greatest atmosphere .
Food and service was amazing! My friends and I are definitely going back...thank you for a enjoyable evening
The menu very creative and excellent quality. We had the smoked chicken enchilada and the taco plate with beef and duck confit tacos. Everything was delicious but by far the duck confit taco was the best!
Gorgeous dining room and patio. Our server was conscientious. I highly recommend the tacos!
I was so excited to go, but when we arrived my family was sat close to the very loud bar. The Navajo tacos were okay...but nothing special and only partially filled. With another scoop of food and some bright and fresh toppings, the food could have been lovely. If I am in the area, I would go if friends are going, but I wouldn’t ravel out of my way for this. Also, too much cash for the amount of food quality presented.
Loved the different salsas and the Indian Tacos were delicious! My daughter got the coconut flan to take home and loved it. Don't remember the name of the dessert I took home. Round puffy (reminded me of the flavor of a churro) and came with a sauce. I loved the pastry, but wasn't crazy about he sauce. I think it was considered a jam or berry sauce. But loved everything else.
Navajo tacos were fun and playful. Good wine selections on menu. Sat outside so beautiful mountain views!
This is our second time at this restaurant and we can’t say enough good about it. The service is excellent, the margaritas are on point and the food is great!
Great service, good food. Noisy from big groups that day but overall it was great.
A unique restaurant as not too many Southwest style places as the main venue in a large hotel like the Westin. But it worked. We had lunch and the food was very tasty, fresh and abundant.
I would recommend it without reservations.
I saw the ratings for this place and decided to go. First, it was hard to find as well as parking as it’s attached to a hotel;which wasn’t mentioned) Anyways, the food was ok, I got shrimp and scallops with rice and beans plus the Sante fe chicken taco. The taco was ok had a weird taste to it and the scallops I didn’t like, rest was fine. I’m sure their other stuff is better but I will most likely not be paying another visit here.
Food and service were awesome! We sat in the bar, had a great meal, great service, great drinks, great experience!
Service was terrible, food was cold. When asked if I wanted something else, I did not. We were there too long as it was. Did not offer to take it off my bill, but did give me a "discount."
The place setting were filthy, cups had lipstick.. it was gross. We dine here 15-20 a year maybe more - and I have never ever experienced anything like this.. so sad
Warmly greeted, good, flavorful food and friendly, knowledgable service.
attentive yet not too much. Recognized this was a business lunch and we needed to handle business while eating a fabulous lunch. Thank you!
THE FOOD WAS NOT THAT GREAT THEY DIDN'T HONOR THE SPECIALS AND FALSE ADVERTISED.
Food was amazing! Queso, tacos, and enchiladas all worth going back for!
After we made a reservation, they sat us right by the door on a cold night, so every time it opened my wife got cold. I ordered a filet mignon medium rare and it came out medium well, it then took 35 minutes for them to replace it. They did comp our desert, which was a plus. We had heard so many good things about Kachina, and that it was rated one of the best restaurants in Westminster, so maybe our expectations were too high, but I doubt that we'll ever go back.
