The server Naomi was excellent. Food was great.
This is my son's favorite spot. The food, service, and atmosphere is pretty good. Portions are on the small side for the price, but overall a nice experience. We will continue stopping here for an occasional gathering. The "One a Table" feature is awesome! Table is waiting for us, on time, every time. Thanks
One of my favorite "Corporate" Sushi places! And this past visit was certainly no exception. Linde (Hope a spelled that right), our server, was flawless! The food was amazing.
SUGGESTION: Try the Baja Roll and Lobster Roll
My date and I had a great time visiting the restaurant for the first time. Would definitely come again.
-Good place for a date
-Took 40 minutes to get our food
-Sort of pricey for the amount you get.
Kabuki is always busy for a reason, the service is very good, and more importantly, the food is always amazing.
All of us really enjoyed our food. Yummy sweet potato fries, good sesame chicken starter. Loved the Vegas roll. Service was not great-slow to get to us and really rushed when they were helping us. Better service would’ve made it perfect!
Good food tables are a little close together
Device was good
I believe the wait staff was overloaded. Not so frequent visits to the table, otherwise they were friendly and good food.
Incredible menu selections, very friendly people, TASTY, quick service. Everyday eats!
Although it’s a drive for us to get to Kabuki, food is worthy it. The beef ribs is a “must order” for me. Jasmine waited on us and delivered wonderful service. Other staff are wonderful as well. Enjoyed every meal every time we come here.
Had an amazing date night! We love sushi and Kabuki definitely hit the right spot! Can’t wait too come back and try everything and more! Amazing service and spectacular food. Thank you!
Every friendly staff great food. Would dine here again
This place was just ok at best. Wing were crunchy but not flavorful, mushroom miso soup had zero flavor, kabuki fried rice was bland and on the cool side of warm. Had reservations arrived two minutes early and was told that were too early. The hostess made us wait an additional 15 minutes past our 7:00 reservation time.
Better service would have made it a more enjoyable dinner experience
Sushi rolls were ok. Significant use of imitation "krab". Ordered "fancy lemonade" thinking it was fresh squeezed onky to find out it was Minute Maid.
Going to this restaurant was a mistake - wasted an evening of my trip. I wanted to take my host out for a great meal and was highly disappointed. Lack of knowledge of the menu by the serving staff AND manager made for a very awkward and annoying experience. Worse was the quality of the food - it was akin to poor mall sushi - no flavor except maybe improperly stored fish. Blech.
We took the kids for a dinner treat and had sushi, grilled sizzling pork belly, calamari, Brussels sprouts, and mussels—all from the happy hour menu. The portions were perfect for the prices. Everything was awesome. My favorites were the Las Vegas roll, Brussels sprouts, and grilled pork. The server and sushi attendant (Christian) were very kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely return!
Our server was really lovely and funny. The hostess was friendly as well. Only let-down was the mochi ice cream and the alcoholic drink we ordered but the food was delicious. Would definitely visit again.
First visit. Good food. Had to catch a show and they had us fed and out of there on time which was very much appreciated.
Kabuki seems to be cutting back on the small things. Have dined there at least a dozen times in the last two years, and this was the first time that complimentary edamame was not offered. My husband's Manhattan was half the size it usually is, so they appear to be trying to save on liquor. Finally, the mints at the front counter were gone! If they think that long time customers won't notice, they're wrong! The food is still good, but don't cut back on the little things.
Great food and good service. Energetic and always busy.
Great food! Amazing, friendly and helpful staff!
First time went with my 4 kids they loved it! Kids menu was very good with hearty portions. Sushi was delicious.
Awesome restaurant, food was amazing!
Service was great. Server was very attentive to our needs. Sushi was awesome!
Glad I made a reservation, because of the Ed Sherran concert is was packed. My sushi roll was delayed getting to my table by at least 20 minutes, the manger took care of my meal. The food was great, it was nice start to the evening finished off by the Ed Sherran concert.
I've come here on many occasions and always leave completely satisfied. The food is amazing and the customer service has always been outstanding. Be cautious of using open table as the restaurant doesn't take reservations on the weekends and does not always work as I was notified upon arrival that the hostess was not aware of my reservation.
It was my second time coming at kabuki and it still never fails to satisfy me. The employees were very friendly and often asked if we needed anything else. The food is always presentable and I'm sure to come back again
We had a great experience. The waitress was friendly and on top of everything. Our food was delivered quickly, and it was delicious. We will be back.
We enjoyed the sushi sashimi platter 54 pieces. Fresh and tasty. Our waitress was very thoughtful and brought the staff to sing Happy Birthday. Thanks for that. It was fun and memorable.
We ate the sushi and it was the best sushi I have tasted in Phoenix. It was a problem with the booking, they had not received it. But we where able to get a table after 20 minutes. The atmosphere was great and we got a table near the open kitchen so we could see the chefs making the food. We will definitely go back on a date night.
The restaurant is great the only problem is they are new to open table and we made a reservation on a friday, got a confirmation but when we got there they said they don't take reservations on the weekend I showed them the confirmation and they accepted it with reluctance.
Great sushi for a state no where near an ocean
The experience was good. Our reservation didn't go through but it was only a 10 minute wait for a table and our waitress was with us in minutes. The food was delicious except for spicy tuna rolls that weren't the best quality.
Best sushi in town. Love the outside any time of year. Great service and very clean.
Great service and excellent value for your money. Excellent location and a super place to bring out of town guests.
Made a reservation with Kabuki in Glendale for a Sunday evening, about 4 weeks before the date. It was also an NFL game day at the nearby stadium - I was aware of this and wanted to make sure our party of 6 had somewhere to eat that night. The day before our reservation, the manager called and told me that they don't take reservations for weekends or on special event days, because it was too busy. He said it was Kabuki policy too refuse reservations on busy days. Do not bother making a reservation for a weekend - even though they allow it on open table.
We ended up making it back to Glendale just before the end of the football game, so were able to get a table just before the crowds arrived. The sushi was decent but the hot food we received was lukewarm at best, tempura was soggy and cool, and side dishes were unappetizing. We sent the first entrees back and asked for fresh and hot food, but it was more of the same. Each food item (rice, meat, tempura and cold broccoli?) was on a separate plate and served on what can only be described as hospital trays. Everything seemed like it had been prepared well in advance ( I believe in preparation for the large crowd from the football game) and then doled out cafeteria style. I can honestly say I have had much better food at front counter griddle type Japanese fast food restaurants.
When we complained about the quality of the food, the manager blamed us for asking to have our food served as it was ready, claiming it was ready to serve but they could not fit as we were still eating the soup and salad they had brought only seconds before. It could not all fit on the table, so they had to wait. This was the same manager who blamed me for making a reservation on a game day.
Don't bother going on a busy night - the food is institutional quality. And don't bother talking to the manager. He says he wants his costumers to be happy, but is not willing to take any responsibility for the poor quality of his restaurant.
Tried this place twice. Cancelled on me for Valentine's day, but decided to give it another shot. The second time they screwed up again with our order and asked if I wanted anything else. We decided to just leave and get in-n-out.
Our Server Jasmine was the best.
A good dinning experience . Seating was quick service was very timely, and the server was very knowledgeable of suggesting what dishes we would enjoy.
Was not greeted, girl in front had her back turned and never acknowledged us it took another staff member to come over and help us. food quality was poor along with the service.
