Excellent food, excellent service

Good Restaurant!

I love this restaurant. The staff is so professional and friendly. Food is fantastic.

Cozy ambience, wonderful service, big steaks. Perhaps when there is not a pandemic the food is better. My ribeye was a strange texture and lacking of flavor. The filet mignon was much better but needed a lot more salt.

Our reservation was at 5pm but there was some confusion as the Restaurant didn't appear to be open but was. After we entered, we were allowed to sit inside (there was no one else there which made it even better) and it was great. we initially were going to sit outside, even with the weather being cold because they assured us they had heating lamps outside but the restaurant allowed us to dine inside. The waiter, hostess, staff and manager/owner really made us feel safe and welcomed. They did temperature checks as soon as we sat down. There was no time limit and since my guests and i had not seen each other in almost a year, they allowed us to take our time with the ordering, not making us feel rushed at all. The food was amazing and well done and i am still thinking about my Steak. Overall, I enjoyed my time at K Rico. It was intimate and quiet, even once other guests arrived. I look forward to returning in the future.

Food was phenomenal. Had been day dreaming about the mix plate since booking the reservation and was certainly not disappointed. My chicken was dry but that isn’t the star of the plate honestly.
The ceviche had a great light flavor. The horseradish was fresh. And the steak was well seasoned.

During these eventful times I was not only seeking for a place that follows all CDC guidelines and puts it's guest safety first. But for a good meal. K Rico meets all this. We celebrated my husband birthday over great drinks, delicious steak dinner accompanied by good sides and delicious octopus appetizer.
Do not pass on the tres leches dessert - yummy. Will certainly return!

We loved our evening at K Rico's. The food was wonderful, as was the service and atmosphere. We ate outside in the garden with a heater...and our waiter couldn't have been more attentive and kind. Great place. Our favorite restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. A gem....

Upon entering we were greeted and seated right away. We were seated at the 6 feet apart distance. Our server , benjamin was very kind and helpful. During our stay we were greeted by various managers supervisors of the restaurants and engaged in brief conversation. My steak was a bit under cooked but my boyfriend enjoyed his very much.

The steak was sizzling and super tender with flavor that melt in your mouth. Great music in the background. The service was really good, you can tell the server has been working there for a while and was very attentive.

We had a great time. Food was delicious. The steaks were sublime. The octopus, mussels and ceviche apps were great. The sauce that came with mussels was addicting. Couldn’t get enough. Servers were friendly and attentive. Everyone was super proactive with all the COVID measures and we certainly appreciated that.

Thank you to all at K Rico! I brought my boyfriend there to celebrate my birthday weekend and he asked me where I wanted to go and K Rico was the only place I wanted to go to dine.
I had been there before many years ago for my best friends birthday brunch and I remembered how great the food and service was. I am happy to say the food has not changed. It’s still as delicious as it was many years ago.
In closing, I’d like to say that I’ll be coming back to K Rico and that I am really grateful to everyone there that made my little old birthday very special.

Amazing service and great food... staff is very accommodating. My second time being there and they surely do not disappoint... definitely a restaurant I will return to time and time again.

The restaurant was awesome the food was incredible the service was awesome the owner Tommy stop at our table several times asking if everything was ok he was very friendly I would definitely go there again I can not say enough good things about it.my husband really enjoyed the music

I think is very overpriced, plus we had to ask for the check several times then we waited for them to pick up the cc and we had to get up and bring it to get charge.

Steak is ok but to be called steak house must be much much better. Wine list is ok. Very noisy outside sitting, more for casual night but don’t expect too much from food

Went for dinner with family. The empanadas were delicious and the steak was tender and delicious. The drinks were very good. Service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Will definitely return for dinner.

We were able to get seated early and beat the rush. The steak was perfectly cooked and the queso app got devoured. We would definitely stop by when in the area.

Eating outside in the back garden of K Rico was very pleasant. The Tres Leches cake was great.

Very nice. Had the Octopus appetizer which was splendid. Rib Eye and NY Stip. European style chef - order one heat above normal preference. My date sent hers back for a little warmer prepare and no problems!

Shared Rib Eye, broccoli with bacon and lovely red wine in outside patio. Lovely night out in time of COVID-19. Steak was perfect at medium rare.

We enjoyed our first time at K Rico. The back garden was lovely, the service very attentive, and the steaks were delicious.
