My wife and I went to Juno for Valentine's Day.
The entrees are well portioned and are seasoned perfectly and extremely well.

However, we were overcharged AFTER THE FACT on our credit card, so we will never return, and strongly advise anyone who goes there to verify your bill with your credit card statement.

The food was mediocre and the service was poor. As a business lunch, this did not impress.

Went here for dinner with our niece who was working in DT Seattle. Not too busy. The server (there was only one) said they had run out of rolls but made up some garlic bread. Soup of the day was gone also. We ordered the Seafood Penne which was loaded with seafood and an incredible sauce. We would order that again in a heartbeat. We found it odd that they ran out of rolls and soup of the day - at 5:45 pm. Otherwise very pleasant atmosphere and warm environment

Great, quick but attentive service with a smile. Great food at good price comparatively with other "downtown" nicer lunch restaurants. My new favorite take-a-customer/client-to-lunch place.

We were ignored at the host desk for about 6 minutes, the server walking by multiple times without so much as a hello. We were then seated right next to the door in an otherwise empty dining room and ignored some more. After another 8 minutes of nothing, we left.

Typical restaurant bar/dining room experience. Food was good as were the bloody mary's but the service was lack-luster and there was nothing notable about the experience. Good for a quick bite before leaving the hotel, is all I can recommend it for.

I am a single woman age 72, most of my working career has been downtown; I did and still do quite a bit of work for the City of Seattle at City Hall (fourth & cherry), so many times my coworkers and I chose Juno for lunch, quick service, excellent location, etc. On a few occasions I am dining by myself and at Juno I never feel rushed or that the waitperson if not all that happy to have a single woman who probably will not be leaving a generous tip get the feeling that the waiter is not all that attentive and is probably thinking a single woman no big tip, let's get her out of here so I can concentrate on a larger table of patrons. The food is excellent and you certainly do serve a very nice glass of house white wine. I just wish that soon you will offer Mussels & Clams again, they are the best in Seattle. I certainly will not hesitate to book a reservation again soon. I think I will need to opt for brunch/breakfast next time.

Tomatoes on my crab sandwich were not ripe. Since, at another restaurant, I'd recently been offered heirloom tomatoes as a breakfast side instead of potatoes, and they were great I was super disappointed.

I work just across the street and Juno is close for me to go to for business meeting. Good food and reasonable price. I've been there 5 times in the last month since McCormick & Schmick closed their 4th Ave. restaurant. My concerns is their service is slow and the staff are not friendly.

Juno is consistently a good business lunch spot for me. The food is good, with a menu that changes during the year. I appreciate the large booths and spacious seating that makes it ideal for private conversations with colleagues and friends.

This experience at Juno was very disappointing. We have had several excellent meals here but this was not one of them. We went on a Sunday evening and were the only diners in the facility. The service was attentive but not overbearing. The seafood, however, was all overcooked. The hotel lobby bar has been closed on Sunday evenings which we did not know either and this was very disappointing. The Arctic Club is a fabulous boutique hotel but it is obvious that they are having a hard time competing with the very vibrant foodie environment in Seattle.

I discovered JUNO while working downtown; it quickly became the place I took co-workers and friends for lunch. Our most recent visit was a dinner for family from out-of-town, and it was a lovely idea. Our guests were impressed, the food was excellent, and the staff was attentive but not in a hurry to usher us out, which is good because we happily lingered. JUNO is a keeper!

I think Juno has gone downhill. I had the Nicoise salad and it was covered in this goopy yellow dressing that bordered on unpleasant. This place used to be pretty good, but one bad meal is enough for me to give it a thumbs-down....

Juno is a hidden gem in the heart of the high-tech area of Pioneer Square. Nestled in The Arctic Club, Juno is open long hours, has great food, good seating, a nice ambience, and great wait-staff. I love to bring co-workers there for lunch away from our usual desk-side dining. I highly recommend it.

 (Seattle)·Dined on May 25, 2016

Seattle reporters missed the stories of camaraderie that took place during the May 25, 2016 big power blackout in downtown Seattle. Three of us had just settled into one of our favorite places - Juno, the restaurant in The Arctic Club - for a birthday lunch when the world went dark. We had a ball. One of us had survived the Northeast blackout of 1965, and a second one had survived NYC's blackout of 2003. True, we weren't stuck in an elevator and we could sip Pinot Grigio while we waited it out. But kudos to Juno. We eventually had some lunch and a birthday dessert, some of it complementary. We will be back.
