Surprised over how long we had to wait to get our order in, made, and especially concerned with the wait time on getting the check and getting out of there. Not a full restaurant and Friday business lunch time, has to be better
The server seemed unaware she was working. She had no knowledge of specials and seemed uninterested in even helping us order food.
Fantastic customer service and excellent food. I love bring my friends to Juno's!
We had a wonderful lunch. Our first waiter was a bit slow. But about 3 PM - a waiter came on who was surperb! Wish I had written down his name.
Juno has original menu options as well as more traditional selections, and always avdining adventure.
Ambiance, service, drinks all good. Food was o.k., depending. Curry Beef soup was great, lamb and steak just o.k. Great place overall, but would not recommend for the food in general.
Our visit went from bad to worse. It took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. It was nearly 40 minutes later before we got our meal. We had theatre tickets and figured having almost 2 hours to have dinner would have been enough - wrong. Once we received our dinners, we had to rush through our food and really couldn't finish them. Also, although a Seahawks game had just finished - the restaurant was not crowded.
I had the grilled pork chop which the menu described as: "Pan Fried Pork Chop, roasted apples, tamarind glaze, toasted spinach dumplings, sautéed greens". One would assume singular and it did not state it was boneless which in fact was 2 boneless pork chops that were overcooked. There were no apples to be found on the plate and if someone toasted those dumplings, I was hard pressed to see that - they were doughy. There were no sautéed greens but rather a squash medley which restaurants are so fond of. The plate was also a mess - you couldn't tell where one side was from the other with the Tamarind glaze from the pork chops over everything - not appetizing at all. My dinner date had a sautéed chicken and no where in the description did it say it included raw tomatoes which to which she is allergic. Again, the plate was a mess but at least hers tasted good.
We used the Valet parking for the hotel and was told we could pay with our dinner check and get a discount on the parking. We asked twice to have it done and it was never done - we had to leave to make our show time and had to pay for the full parking at the hotel. The waiter never checked on us after he delivered our meal. There didn't seem to be an urgency to anything even after we stated we needed to make a performance. I would not recommend or return here.
Admittedly, I went on Xmas Day -- I appreciate them being open -- but was disappointed because they were sold out of a few items on the prefixed menu. The food was good however, and it was a cute space. I would like to go back when it isn't a holiday.
Big plates and good service
Food was great, service was not. Never asked us if we wanted drinks or how the food was. When we asked for some cold water they added 2 small ice cubes to existing drink.
Last year, we celebrated our son’s move from Washington, DC to a large law firm located in the Columbia Tower next door. We decided to celebrate again this year at JUNO and had the same amazing waitress and great food. Waited too long to get a table fireside as there was a Christmas party, and ended up with a nearby booth. Plan on making this an annual event.
Halibut was over cooked and fishy, Cesar salad was overdressed and over cheesed. No pepper offered, Had to ask for bread 3 times, it came with entre not salads.
Waiter did not even comment about how little I ate nor that I refused to take it home, pasta dish was better, but paying $19 valet on top for a terrible meal adds insult to injury. Won’t be back.
Thanksgiving menu wasnt yhr best. But the service was good and restaurant had a good atmosphere
Juno is ideal for a quick business lunch - service was prompt and efficient and food is good so long as you don’t go too fusion. The decor needs a bit of an update but it is comfortable and quiet if you want to have a good conversation.
Loved it ! Way to many choices to choose from ! The crab melt was great and the steak salad was huge
Everything way wonderful. Our server/bartender (Phil) was the best. Cocktails were well balanced. Food was beyond expectation. I wish I could have had a to go box, but was off to the theatre. Will definitely revisited this place!
the food is always excellent quality and the wait staff are always wonderfully attentive and helpful. great lunch spot!
Aside from the two musty-smelling cloth napkins I was given, the food and service were good.
JUNO has become my go to restaurant as it is close to my office. I have done breakfast, lunch and HH there. All have been good experiences. The service sometimes is hit and miss but the food makes up for it.
We went here based on a Yelp review. We did not know that it was in a hotel. Enough said.
Menu looked promising. However I made a bad decision with the mahi mahi fish tacos. Crumbly bits of fish in a thin sauce with a bit of cabbage. Even tortillas were limp and flavorless. And it was served with French fries??!!
But thank goodness the French fries were great. Could not finish the tacos so basically had french fries for lunch.
Wait staff was friendly but our server tried to bring the wrong meals twice to our table.
Can’t believe how cold this place was. Had to be 55-60 degrees in there. We were one of 3 tables. Asked a twice to raise temperature...but it never got better in almost 2 hours. Service was very slow despite a virtually empty restaurant. Food was OK but over priced for the quality. I can see why this place is empty. Management...please do something to turn this around. Arctic club is a nice property and the Polar bar is very cool. I won’t return to Juno. Really disappointed.
Great food & service by Max
The Juno Burger is why we return. Great service and food delicious.
They did not register open table booking and told us that our food may come in 45 minutes after getting us table. We decided to leave rather than wait for a dinner that may never arrive
Here’s the thing about Juno- let me start by saying this review might be unfair- it was the night of the Ed Sheeran concert and maybe they didn’t know there was a concert. From what we could see there were only two servers the whole night and both of them kept saying how sorry they were and they didn’t actually work there (that they worked in the bar upstairs) and something about a manager running out... The whole thing was actually very bizarre. It took ages to get a drink and our meals, but once it came the food was fantastic and the drinks were very strong. I’m not sure what happened that night, and I’ll probably give them another shot in the future, but it was a very weird night.
Knowing there was a concert they should have better staffed the place. Food took 45 minutes and we only ordered appetisers
Food was ok, the tortilla soup inedible.
When we valet parked they told us the restaurant would validate. They didn’t know how...and didn’t try and figure it out.
Will not be returning
Service was friendly but it took 45 minutes to get our food even though we put our food in quickly. The site is clean and looks great but the food is just meh. I was not happy with the meal whatsoever.
Everything about our visit was terrific
The food and service was good. However, I made my reservation through Open Table and received a confirmation. When I arrived at the correct time, I was told they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them the Open Table reservation confirmation I still had in my emails and I was seated. However, I was told they would not have a way of crediting my 100 points to my Open Table dining reward account.
Was staying at the Arctic Club Hotel and sort of “had to” eat in the hotel restaurant, the Juno...well, very GLAD we did! The scallops and mushroom risotto with veggies was delicious, and the special pork chops with sautéed broccoli and spatzle had my taste buds dancing a jig! A very pleasant surprise!
Staff of 2 wasn’t terribly attentive, despite only having 2 tables & 1 person at the bar.
Food was surprisingly good. Everyone’s entree was great. Only one server, but he was very pleasant.
I had the Niçoise salad and it was terrible. I would eat there again as my friends all liked their meals.
Lunch was just OK - my Nicoise salad was good, but one companion was missing the ordered protein in her pasta, another ordered the seasonal special - grilled cheese and tomato soup which arrived as un-melted cheese chunks and a thick tomato-paste like soup. When the sandwich was sent back for more melting - it returned as if it had been microwaved and then burnt on the grill. This was my second basically disappointing visit to Juno. I would not return.
Had brunch on the way to a Day game at Safeco field. Thoroughly enjoyed the French toast, Northwest seafood omelet, and crab cakes Benedict and Bloody Marys. Good hash browns, too. Large shareable portions. Good service and good food. Very walkable from the ferry and then on to Safeco Field.
We had a welcome lunch for a new business associate here. The ambiance was perfect for this type of meeting.
As always the service and food are outstanding. Best value in downtown Seattle for lunch.
Pretty sizeable group attended. We were seated right away, server arrived immediately for drink orders and menus. We were on our lunch break and we were provided with quick efficient service. The server also went out of his way to allow us to pay by separate checks, which was very nice of him.
I enjoyed the mahi mahi tacos and they were very good. Would appreciate more fish though and a bit more heat.
We frequent this establishment a few times a year.
In town for a visit and this is the restaurant attached to the hotel. We weren’t expecting much and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Service was great and the food was better. My husband had the seafood pasta which was delicious, my son had the ribeye and he loved it, I had a house salad and the chowder. The chowder was incredible and the salad fresh and delicious. I strongly recommend visiting Juno. Enjoy!!
