Seated on time; excellent waitstaff, delicious food, wine and beer with dinner. Beautiful walk after dinner along Darling Hill Road while the sun set.

Juniper's has become much more of a "pub" than a formal dining experience, (we hadn't been there in many years). It is essentially called "Spoke Easy's", in reference to the Kingdom Bike Trails just outside. It was good, but not what we expected.

Service was slow and server acted like she did not want to be there. Food was so so. Not nearly as good as before it changed ownership. Everyone else said theirs was good…steak and cheese sandwich, ribs, tortellini. My salad was charred apple and avocado. Apple was more mushy than charred but tasted ok. $14 Pasta, main dish side, was served cold and was a surprise. Would’ve been much better hot and wasn’t indicated that it was cold on menu. Lukewarm grilled chicken didn’t have much taste and even that was drowned in a big slab of semi melted mozz cheese over the top. $24. Cocktails were sort of watered down. Desserts, flourless chocolate cake and banana split ice cream cake, were good. $10 Prices were high and I didn’t consider it a good value since it wasn’t very tasty. View is beautiful. Will try it once more since, in the past, it has been great. Maybe the new owners will figure it out.

We had a very nice dinner. Our server did a great job! The tuna poke bowl & Brussels sprout salad were excellent!

We went for our twins 4th birthday dinner. One of our twins has allergies to tree nuts and gluten and the whole menu can be made gluten free. She never gets to choose from everything and generally has limited options. So happy we tried this out and will definitely be returning in the future!
