I wish the menu would change from time to time. There are not enough options for people who do not eat meat, chicken or shellfish. Daily options are never vegetarian or fish
We had an excellent dinner at Jump. The food was lovely - lots of it and very tasty and the service was brilliant. Eamon looked after us so well with a personable style, discretely attentive and so much fun.
Food was really good. Service was a bit slow considering that the restaurant wasn't busy. Low stars because I didn't appreciate the waiter outting me on the tip amount due to using a gift card. I didn't consider the amount on the gift card. Honest mistake. But he embarrassed me in front of surrounding customers.
Grilled calamari were tender and very delicious ; breadcrumbs pudding with vanilla ice cream was also very tasty.
Great food and service with a fun vibe on a busy Monday night. Consistently excellent restaurant. Tuna tartare, scallops, lamb rack perfect.
This was the perfect place to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. The food was brilliant, the service outstanding and the whole vibe such fun. Couldn't have asked for better. Thanks Jump !!!
I was there for lunch on a work day. It. took 50 minutes to get our food. I left before I had a chance to take the food.
Good but too loud
Excellent service, great ambience & food love dining at Jump will be back again perfect place for Business meetings
Great service, perfect ambiance and the food was good, but could improve a little. Definitely would go back
The service at Jump is amazing - the food was delicious - had the ricotta ravioli with squash, pear and goat cheese - it was magical!
I would recommend Jump to anyone looking for great ambiance and amazing flavours.
Jump never disappoints. Consistently excellent food and service. Love the atmosphere. Plenty of interesting selections and the Monday special Rack of Lamb is WOW.
What an excellent dinner. We had the Saturday special surf & turf. Amazing perfect beef tenderloin and lobster tail. Started with tuna tartare - loved it. Great service from David.
Highly recommend Jump.
Pricy, but food was excellent. Would recommend.
The Caesar salad was bland and was supposed to be a kale-Caesar with double smoker bacon. A dusting of kale and two little pieces of bacon. The Caesar salad dressing tasted straight from a store- bought bottle. A terrible meal.
Great food with amazing service. It’s very good experience.
Amazing customer service and great tasting food. I would definitely recommend !
Great food... Friendly staff... Highly recommended... We had the mushroom soup... Should be spicier but it is good...Ceaser salad was amazing! The Braised beef was very good... Not the best I've had but very good and the half chicken was juicy and well balanced.
Servers were extremely well mannered and friendly
Jump is a nice restaurant but I found it very busy and very loud to the point it was difficult to have a conversation. Portions are a little small but good and service was very good as well. A little in the pricier side but not excessive for fine dining.
Had an amazing night at Jump! My boyfriend and I went for an early valentines day and everything was fantastic. Great cocktails, really good food, and our server was top notch. I believe his name was Fred- He made some good recommendations and provided attentive and warm service all night!
It was my son’s 13th birthday and they catered to our needs, including ensuring we were fed and out the door prior to the hockey game. Service was excellent. Food was fab.
Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive
Excellent service great ambience
The service was outstanding. Got in on the last lunch for Winterlicious this year and it was delicious. Took the late lunch hour so the restaurant was a bit quieter than usual and we were able to enjoy a great lunch.
Very disappointed in the winter licious menu, food was not satisfying and in the past we loved the food selections so I would not go back for winter licious at the restaurant, bit overpriced for the regular menus. Service was outstanding that would be my only reason to go back to the restauran if menus Chang’s.
The food was excellent. Interesting ingredients with pleasant texture and seasoning. Nicely plated. The service was efficient and friendly.
Special occasion with a friend.
Both made selections from Winterlicious menu.
Starters and mains were hot and very tasty.
Dessert was also amazing.
Have already recommended it and will be back soon.
Service was great. We had winterlicious lunch and squash soup was delicious. Curry chicken with rice was a little spicy for my taste. Toffee brownie dessert was sweet and perfect end to it.
Our experience was very enjoyable
The waiter was able to connect with all of us on a personal level which we found quite fascinating
My husband and i went to Jump for two reasons. 1) it was date night and we try to go to new places and 2) the Winterlicious menu looked amazing. We were not disappointed in the food or the service. Our only issue (if you could call it that) was the fact that the tables for two were very close together so not much privacy and little room for people to get in and out of the banquette seats. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoyed the food very much. We will definitely go back.
Such delectable cuisine and eclectic ambience. I dined here for lunch last wed given its close proximity to work and Jump being one of the participating restaurants for Winterlicious 2018. It was beyond my expectations. The Lobster bisque was simply divine, the olive marinated cod was cooked perfectly and the toffee brownie with pretzel was the perfect ending to a perfect meal! the service-top notch!
Jump Resraurant was very good! The ambiance sets the mood for a romantic evening out with a companion. I had the brisket which was very tender and seasoned well.
We were there for winterlicous and it did not disappoint.
Great food, cocktails, wine and fantastic service. Our waiter was Fred (I think) and he was very attentive.
The fig and date newton was exceptionally delicious.
Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
Good but disappointing. Went for the Winterlicous menu which most restaurants use to entice new patrons. However it did not work for me.
Service was excellent food was very good but not something I would come back for. Appetizers were great. For the entree I had the BOURBON-BRAISED BRISKET beef was excellent but the choice of lightly baked kidney beans had no baked in flavor and did not work for me. My partner ordered COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY she is normally ok with chicken wings but not pleased with bones in a prepared dish.
Desert was actually the biggest disappointment. The HOUSEMADE FIGS AND DATES NEWTON was no better then two store bought Fig newton cookies with a little dressing on them to make them soggy. The BOURBON TOFFEE BROWNIE was a lot better but I would call it a one bite brownie at the most.
We had a great meal with great service from Fred. The Manager dropped by to welcome us and ask us about our meal. We talked about the cheesecake Jump is known for and she sent us home with a little sampling! It was greatly appreciated.
Went there on a dinner date for Winterlicious. Servers were very attentive and polite, and the bourbon-based dishes were phenomenal. If you have a hard time deciding what to order, just close your eyes and point to a random dish on the menu; you can't go wrong. Would definitely recommend, especially for whiskey lovers.
Great winterlicious menu. Varied and tasty. The chicken curry amazing - wonderful flavor and no heat so you could really taste the spices. Loved it. Service excellent.
Excellent staff from reception to wait staff. Food was excellent - innovative and smallish portions. Our group had the Winterlicious menu which had a good variety of dishes.
They allow you to bring your own bottle paying $30 corkage.
Good ambience - our group of 4 was able to talk easily.
All in all highly recommended
