Awesome Food and the service was great. I will be recommending for a birthday brunch.
Brunch. The food was excellent and plenty. The service was excellent. Their mimosas are yummy too. I would recommend to friends and family.
For a Sunday Brunch not what I would expect. Food was just average. Meat was tough. No fruit and the layout made it hard to navigate through the buffet. We had a reservation; however, we were not in the best location.
The food was absolutely excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The service lacked tremendously. Waited almost 30 minutes to get a drink, the restaurant was not busy at all only two tables besides us. The table next to us cashed out before we even got our food. Not what I expect when paying $100 for a meal for two.
The food was delicious, however waiting for our check for 20 minutes was not good. We had a show to get to and the long wait put a lot of stress on the evening. Then some of us waited 10 more minutes for our change. We asked anyone who passed our table for our checks including the manager.
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY BEST BUFFET IN JACKSONVILLE
Sunday Brunch: The food was delicious however we placed our reservation 2 months in advance when we arrived we were seated in a corner by the kitchen nowhere never the buffet area. I asked the hostess why we were seated so far away I was told those were for “other” reservations....? Disappointed with our table, but our waiter and food were good. FYI parking is NOT validated when you come here only to eat.
We enjoy Juliette's every time we attend the symphony or theater events at the Moran theater. Great atmosphere and very convenient.
The Sunday brunch was great! A lot of selection and the bottomless mimosas were very good.
We were greeted in a friendly manner and immediately seated. It took a few minutes before our waiter came to introduce himself and get our drink orders. The timing to get our food was acceptable; the food was great and overall. The service was outstanding!
The restaurant's ambience was inviting and beautiful and I would highly recommend it to others.
I’m accustomed to great food here, but I was disappointed this time. I sent back the soup of the day because it tasted spoiled. They brought me their regular bisque, which I always enjoy, and it wasn’t good, either. I don’t know if it was just an “off” day or if there’s been a change in the kitchen, but I was very disappointed.
Small restaurant feel with adjacent bar. If you are at the Omni for a conference it’s worth stopping by to check this place out.
We are never let down by this establishment. There are times when things get busy and that's when everyone there helps out. We will continue to patronize this bistro. Erin is a sweetheart of a hostess.
Lovely setting and very convenient for attending a performance at the Times Union Center for the Performing Arts. The Italian Buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. Salad, chicken, pasta, vegetables and dessert are included.
Delicious specials, open modern ambiance with very personal wait staff.
. It was quick and convenient to the theater.
Preplay cocktail and appetizer. Our server was perfect. He even gave us a military discount...ooorah!
Always a pleasure to have a fabulous dinner prior to going to the Times Union for a show. Service and dinner was top notch!
Juliette’s is located in a hotel lobby. Servers seemed inexperienced. Our server told us about the special menu offerings without asking if we wanted a drink; we had to ask for the wine/cocktail menu. Our soup was delivered to the table almost instantly after we ordered; for a crab/corn chowder, it looked like and had the consistency of melted Velveeta.
Before we finished our soup, the entrees appeared at the table. We sent them back to the kitchen and were promised we would be given fresh dishes, not the previous ones warmed up. Which is exactly what we got.
The beef ribs were heavy and unappetizing. The salad was sad and wilted.
Won’t be going back unless it’s just for a drink at the bar.
last Play of our season tickets
Celebrated Betty’s 86th birthday before attending the Price is Right!
Service was outstanding. Management taking personal interest in making sure all went well. Manager was always on the go, ensuring a wonderful dining experience.
Food was perfectly prepared; presentation was well done.
This was a pre-theater stop and we will return in the future.
It was our first time dining at Juliette’s but it surely won’t be our last. The buffet was full of many options and included true bottomless mimosas for a total of $28. The service was expeditious and kind. We are already planning our next visit.
We stayed at The Omni for Elton Johns farewell concert and decided to eat here for the convenience of it! It was delicious!!! The shrimp appetizers were better than any we've had from 5 star restaurants and the service was great also!!! The fish sandwich was awesome and very fresh!!!
We always have dinner here before going to the theater at the Times Union Center. The food is good and the service responsive. They always get us served and out the door in time for the theater.
OK,IF NOT GOING TO SHOW WOULD NEVER GO THERE
POOR SERVICE AND VERY LOUD
Perfect for waiting to attend theatre event at TimesUnion Moran Theatre. Reservations made it easier for pre thetre drink appetizers.
Service and food was excellent. Only recommendation is include 2 dishes of sauce with the Calamari instead of one.
Busy night and understaffed. Risotto was delicious. Husband's braised short ribs were good. By the glass wine selection was limited. The appetizer selections featured 2 shellfish choices. Difficult for allergy sufferers. The third choice was calamari that was quite good.
There isn't much atmosphere. For the prices the menus should not be on dirty paper and there should be tablecloths covering the fake wood tables. Just not very good
Only for convenience if going to the theatre. Otherwise no. Food was ok, nothing stellar for the price. Calamari was greasy, could have used a lighter batter, maybe panko. Crab cake appetizer was a surprisingly good combo on flavors with the corn topping and aioli. Short ribs with grits was flavorful, not a fan of blistered Brussels sprouts, think they are much more flavorful just steamed. The special of lamb and lobster was pricey and unremarkable. My cocktail (ameretto sour) was weird, tasted like someone added cinnamon. But it was replaced with a new one of just ameretto and sour mix, no orange slice or anything to make it appealing. House Chardonnay at $15/glass was over priced. Didn’t order coffee or dessert.
Ate in the bar. Good service from our waiter. We live in Jacksonville but conversed with several other diners who were here for work. Had fun eating and communicating. Ruth Chris lives up to its reputation of having the best steaks in the world. Their crunchy salad is large enough for two ladies to share, which we did. Great wine completed the dining experience. Great night.
I ordered Flounder. It was tasty, but I was surprised at the size. It was the thickest "flounder" I have ever had. I suspect it was really Halibut, also a member of the flounder family.
My sister had a steak and was happy with her meal.
My wife order the ribeye medium rare, roasted asparagus, and mushroom ragout. Her steak was the thinnest I've ever seen and came well done. Her asparagus was limp and over cooked. She said she thinks it was blanched too long or was not put into an ice bath when prepped. The grilling afterwards did not help. The ragout was a grey paste with a couple a mushrooms.
For dessert we ordered the bread pudding. Our server, David, went on about how it was prepared in house and came out very warm with a luscious gooey caramel topping. It was room temperature at best on the top and cold everywhere else.
The coffee was good.
We had a friend visiting from out of town, and tried the Sunday brunch for the first time. Enjoyed everything about the experience.
In hotel dining has really upped its game lately. Juliettes is no exception. No need to wander off site to find better options. The food here was fantastic. Ambience, service and drinks were up to par as well. We will return whenever in Jax.
Excellent overall. Outstanding crab cakes and filet. Only criticism is long delay for dessert. Would recommend
Me and two of my friends ate there before the Carol Burnett show. Everything was fantastic...food, coffee, ambiance, our server. Planning on going back for Sunday brunch.
We sat at the bar and ordered brussels sprouts for an appetizer and salads with grilled chicken for dinner. Our drinks came quickly and the brussels sprouts came in a reasonable amount of time. BUT...We sat for 20 more minutes before the salads arrived. When they were delivered, the saladS were skimpy and tiny - on very small plates and the chicken was pounded thin and served on another tiny plate - for $16 each. So for two drinks, two tiny salads and one order of brussels sprouts our bill was $66! NEVER AGAIN
Food was exceptional, as one would expect from such a classy establishment. Disappointed we weren't offered a dessert menu, however.
Overall, all 5 dinners were fabulous! Three of us had the salmon. Fantastic! The lamb risotto and snapper specials were great! All of us are now members of The Clean Plate Club🍽 David, our server, was also excellent! We will definitely be back!
