overall, excellent meal and service- we will certainly return
I have food allergies and they were very accomodating
First time eating here and we were impressed by the quality of the food and the service!
There were 4 of us for dinner. When we arrived the owner, Juliette, greeted us & took us to our table. She is a very gracious lady. We started with the charcuterie with 4 cheeses & 4 meats. The presentation was so pretty. It came with almonds, olives and charred bread. We then ordered 3 different appetizers. We had the octopus, pork cheeks and king trumpet mushrooms. Everything was delicious. The serving size was ample and none of us had room for entrees or dessert. This is a very good restaurant and has never disappointed each time we have been there.
Great place for a business lunch meeting. Staff was professional and the food was amazing.
Love this place!
Our server had a polite and positive attitude. Checked in regularly but not obtrusively.
Lovely spot. We sat outside on the patio which we enjoyed, but inside has a fab ambiance as well. Our server was amazing. The menu is great. I didn't love the bruschetta order, and our server quickly replaced it. nice hidden gem.
It was good to revisit Juliette and bring friends to try it for the first time. We had a great time. The Southern Hospitality cocktail was a hit at our table. It was a refreshingly well-balanced drink especially on a warm night when we were there. We ordered a few small plates to share before having our main course. We were happy with the portions and food presentation. The food came out at the correct temperature and they were all delish. The music playing in the background was pleasant and inviting. As one of our friends described it: " It made my body parts move!" All in all, this made for a wonderful evening out with friends. Thank you.
How have I gone for so long without knowing about this place? This is a must for anyone looking for a new restaurant option. I easily ranked this place with bistango and Water grill, so the menu is a bit more limited. I had the Juliet Burger for lunch and it was worth going back for again at dinner. Friendly and informed service staff and surprisingly uncrowded. The only complaint is parking can be a little tough. Those with me had the ocean trout salad and the swordfish. They both also said their meals were great. Will definitely be back.
We have been going there last 5 years. As alway every thing was as we expected, great services good food.very friendly good ambiance. Wine selection is good good quality food good price. Will always go there when we feel like, also recommend many of our friends.
Great food and service
We enjoyed the patio which is perfect for the summer. The service and food were both excellent.
Amazing experience. Sat at the bar as a single diner and received phenomenal service (and wine education) from Andrew. Will be going back for their unique wine list and the cauliflower (blew my mind!!). Amazing experience highly recommend.
Overall we had a great time and dinner at Juliette. Our only complaint was that there was significantly too much sauce on the Hanger Steak entree and the Halibut entree was very good but on the salty side. The burger was fabulous!
We really like Juliette as a rule, but I wasn’t as happy this time as usual. The mussels were super tiny, and the kale salad was just average. The best thing was the peach tart. The service was a little slow at first, but later it was fine. We will return and hope for an experience like we usually have next time.
Efficient service. Good food.
One of the best food experiences in California. Perfect!!!
The cauliflower appetizer was delicious! And the house salad was enough for a meal. They had a small but affordable wine list and the service was perfect. Well he back !
I could live on the Roasted Cauliflower dish alone, yum. It was unique and absolutely delicious!
My 4th or 5th visit to Juliette....just a great overall experience each and every time...wonderful, creative and fresh food. Amazing desserts and always very good service. Love this place
Excellent food. Me and a friend had a couple craft cocktails that were incredible. Then we shared 3 small plates which were all delicious and interesting takes on the format (pork cheeks, grilled squid, steak tartare). Highly recommend. I’ll be back. Well worth the price tag.
Among other things had the beet salad as an app. Was drenched in dressing. Would be good to go at about 40% of what they used that night. Also, could use some goat cheese and a bit more beets. Both of which I've had before when that salad was better.
Superb food and service!
Great food and great service as always. Thank you Tatiana!
Server was polite and attentive. Food was great.
The food was amazing...Everything was wonderful, thank you!!
We have been to Juliette multiple times. The food and service is usually really good, so that is why I wanted to return for Mother’s Day. It was a huge disappointment, however. We had a reservation and the restaurant was not packed, yet we were not offered dining room seating and were asked if we wanted a high table or patio seating (which isn’t much in terms of ambiance) and had to wait a while for that. Once seated, the waitress asked us to order, and it took literally a full hour to get our food. In the meantime, there was no bread or anything brought to the table nor compensation offered for the long wait. I had to ask for my complimentary champagne as it was not offered. I asked if it could be a mimosa but was told no. The waitress never asked again if we wanted anything else to drink. She did not check on us. When she finally did come around, she let us know that another table had to wait an hour for their food since someone else was mistakenly given their items instead. Hmmm - why did it take an hour for us to get our food? Same type of error? And why was the waitress never attentive other than to complain to us? Regarding the food, while my husband was satisfied with his entree and my short rib was delicious, it was only slightly warm. My daughter and her fiancé had large salads that were sparse on avocado and other ingredients. My son’s hamburger was good, but no one liked the homemade catsup that went with his French fries. Juliette is not as good of a restaurant as it once was. I do not know if we will ever go back again. There are too many other restaurants to visit where one can dine and feel special on a special occasion. Nothing was special about this Mother’s Day visit. We were all annoyed when we left and wish we had gone someplace else.
I'm not sure how to review this restaurant. I like the food and we keep returning when we have tickets to a show at Zach because it's so close to the theater. There does seem to be a constant stream of problems: last time they lost our reservation and seated us outside and then delivered one entree 15 minutes after the other three. The time before that the waiter spilled wine on our friend. On another visit they spilled olive oil on my blouse. None of these problems seem to concern the staff. And yet we return! I do love the butter lettuce salad!
Great food and cocktails! Wish it were a little more quieter. Will go again.
They had several beers on tap, but oddly all but 1 were IPA which a couple people in our party do not like. The 1 Pilsner they had, was out. There was a lot of back and forth with the waiter to get to this point. Feel like their are a lot of other good restaurant choices in this area.
Easter. Good service as always
Excellent service, wonderful Easter day menu and the homemade biscuits were amazing . Always look forward to my meal at Juliette's Kitchen.
We visit the area once a year and always dine at Juliette. My husband has the pork shank and raves about it. I try different dishes and everything is always high quality, with excellent service. We especially appreciate Tatiana.
This was a great meal, like they always are at Juliet’s. We tend to order a mix of appetizers and entrees to share with our group. Must have items are the Brussel Sprouts and the Pork Cheek. If you like Duck, they do a great job there as well. Looking forward to trying the lamb next time.
We usually try to say hello to the chef and he is always very gracious and personable. It is great to see Juliet’s succeeding.
Try everything there. You won’t regret it!
First time for dinner, have lunch here once or twice a week - love love love it. :)
Lunch and Dinner menus are similar. A good place for a solid dinner or business meeting.
Great place for lunch or dinner. Took business clients and it was perfect
Wonderful service! Amazing food!
The food was great! There were four of us and our friends had only been there once before. We ordered the risotto, squid, beet salad, mussels, and shared the duck entree. Everything was prepared pleasing to the eye and taste. Our one friend said he really did not care for mussels but when the dish came, he said they were very delicious and the portion was very large. Our server was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine (Sean Minor) which complimented the meal.
