Great neighborhood spot for breakfast all-day!!
Good experience during COVID. Outside dining. Pets allowed. Could benefit from outdoor heaters
Food was good. Attendants could have been more attentive. We were asked about a coffee refill after 1 hour. There was only 1 other table occupied and the toilet paper was out in the women’s bathroom.
Julia’s was excellent given the current climate. Attentive and friendly staff, great service, wonderful food, and safe dining.
Our brunch was delicious and enormous ( but not unmanageably so ). Service was excellent!
This was my first time out to brunch since Covid, and Julia’s did not disappoint. Delicious, plentiful food, and a good value. Not my first visit, but it was for my friend, and he looks forward to returning as well.
this is a wonderful place where they happily and safely can accommodate celiacs disease and the food is amazing and we’ve never been sick from cross contamination. 10/10 recommend for celiacs and non-celiacs!
Excellent brunch menu with lots to choose from. Mimosa pitchers is a phenomenal idea!
Is okay experience. support the local business. not super good or bad. Average experience. Family own business so they are friendly. Food is so-so.
Great food and great service.
Returned to this Cafe with my wife after many years (we had our first date here). Remembered it as being stellar, but it was just OK. Server seemed unprepared for customers, the food was standard diner quality, and the ambiance was...eh.
It was a fine brunch experience in this neighborhood restaurant overall, though the ending was a downer. It was not terribly busy or crowded for a Sunday and when we asked the waiter to split the check 3 ways (3 couples) he acted as if it were a huge imposition (granted, it’s a small imposition) and came back twice to clarify what we ordered, complaining about the request, then brought out the wrong split anyway. We appeared to be one of very few tables and the only one closing out at that time.
Julia’s is a great little cafe for brunch. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and loved it. This a small, local restaurant that can get super packed on the weekend but the staff is always kind and fast. Expect a bit of a wait to be seated but food comes out quickly.
For a basic breakfast, this was OK but the eggs benedict sauce had a weird flavor and the fried country potatoes were mushy. Service was good and attentive, no complaints there.
This is not the same Julia's of several years ago which was very popular, the food was excellent as well as the ambience. Perhaps there is new ownership which is why they are issuing Groupons. It is fine, but I have other places that I like much better for brunch or lunch. There is nothing unique or special about the place anymore.
Julia’s has been a family favorite for thirty years. Great food and service!
Great service and good for small children.
Nice brunch- recommend making a reservation as busy on a Sunday
My salmon Benedict was divine. We were so glad they let us bring our corgi in!
Julia's is a favorite of mine for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have an extensive menu and whatever I've ordered has never disappointed. The service is attentive without being cloying. I particularly appreciate that they take reservations.
We wanted to each brunch on the 4th of Julyand we were fortunate to find out that Julia’s was open. The food was tasty and the service was quick. We would definitely come back again.
Good food, excellent service
Food was a good value. Service was a bit slow and we did not receive a specials menu that other tables got. Nice neighborhood place for a leisurely brunch.
Our server was very attentive and accommodating to all our requests. The food was good.
The wait staff were knowledgeable about the menu, the food came as ordered and the atmosphere was cafe-ish. I will definitely go back.
Great, cute brunch place. Our first time dining here -Service was awesome by my server. Another server - not so much - There was some confusion with my latte... they said the espresso machine was being cleaned out so I couldn’t get coffee...15 mins later; we can get you coffee - I ordered an extra hot latte and received it lukewarm. I didn’t say anything BC my food had just arrived and I needed coffee with my meal. If I had complained; not sure how long it’d have taken them!
Otherwise great ambiance! My server for the table was amazing (not the gal who was helping with my coffee order).
Will definitely be back for sure!
We had 5 people for Easter Brunch. The staff was polite and very accommodating to our party. They made sure we were taken care of. I like that they have GF/Vegetarian/Vegan options. It made our dinning experience very enjoyable.
3 or 4 visits, always satisfied with the choice to go to Julia’s. Good breakfast food, simple as that.
Excellent Eggs Benedict sampler. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was both gracious and attentive.
Hit Julia's on a Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly not crowded. $16 generous Mimosa pitcher. Fabulous food and big portions with friendly staff.
Nice place to meet a friend for lunch. Large menu with many different options. Very good food.
Julia's is a long-time favorite, but just recently it has been the perfect spot for catching up one-on-one with old friends. Service was very efficient and pleasant, the space was sunny, and the noise level was just right for private conversation, but you felt you could laugh out loud without worry that you might offend your neighbor. Love Julia's!
Julia’s is a quintessential diner. Large portion dishes that retain good quality per bite. Why do a Denny’s or iHop when you can get the same dish prepared better here and support a local neighborhood business.
Burnt French toast and runny eggs. Slow service and there were only there tables with guests.
Not exactly the experience we were looking for.
Eat here often and always have good food and good service. Especially like their breakfast and that they open at 7AM.
Soup was a bit salty; otherwise it’s good. Salad was fresh. Price was very reasonable. Server was friendly But after bill was paid; a lady who works there; I suppose, but not our server, came to our table and snatched the bill away without a word , which was sort of impolite
It was a very cute breakfast place. It's not a fancy place but I very cozy place to go have a wonderful breakfast to chat with friends.
Went for breakfast. Brusque, hostess sat her friends who arrived after others, first. Food was slow. Bill was slower - took 25 minutes and asking 3 times. Walkable from my home, but I won’t be back
The food was good but service felt slow. I had the Orange French toast and it was flavorful, but I don't think the syrup on the side was real maple syrup so that made me sad.
I took my nephew there for breakfast. He had two blueberry pancakes and I had one. No other drinks or coffee. The bill was $25 before tax or tip. Around $34 for three pancakes. They were large and good but it seemed excessive.
