We went out with another couple and got everything to share. It was delicious!!!!! So happy we went. Of course it’s a bit pricey but you pay for the experience as well. Super trendy in there. Loved it and will be back.

This isn’t my 1st time at Jue Lan…it’s always a great time. I love the drinks and vibes. Service was amazing but the food was ok. We ordered lettuce wrap, pork dumplings & sweet & sour chicken. My least favorite was the lettuce wrap…the meat wasn’t hot & tasted old. Everything else was really good. Also when we received the bill at the end of the night we were charged for an extra drink. They corrected it. Still was a beautiful night.

Went with two girlfriends for Restaurant Week. Food was excellent with very large portions, which is sometimes not the case during Rest Week. Also had a decent number of appetizer & entree choices. Only down side was the noise level which was truly excruciating - somewhat surprising since we ate early, at 5:30. Service was pleasant, if a bit amateurish. Would like to give it another try - maybe for lunch when it wouldn't be so noisy.

We were 20 minutes early for our reservation but were seated immediately. The servers were warm and friendly and food and drinks came out quickly. The restaurant has a warm, chic vibe. The green couches are very comfortable for dining and we loved the art on the walls. The hip- hop music playing was at just the right decibel level and added to the urban chic ambience. The food was excellent. My favorite appetizer was the deviled eggs with caviar. Their Lo Mein with lobster was also very yummy. Altogether this was a very pleasant dining experience and I look forward to going back.

I had been to this place 2 years ago while on the pandemic and it was really nice. I was here last night and the wait to get in and waiting to be seated even with reservations were ridiculous. They were over booked I had reservations for 8:30 didn’t get seated til 9:40pm. The staff were trying to do their job but they were very disorganized. The excuse was that it’s restaurant week and tables were booked but very unacceptable. Ppl were being rushed out of their tables to accommodate other. Never again!

They OVERBOOKED for restaurant week. We arrived promptly at 7:45 where there was a line outside to just simply check in. The security picked and chose who he let skip the line. Finally after being fed up, I went in and checked in where I was told there was an additional 30 minute wait after waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes. At this point, it’s 8 PM. 8:45 comes, an HOUR after our initial reservation time and I go inquire upon our reservation and was told it was 4 tables in front of us and it would Definitely be another 30 minute wait. Which was a lie. After being fed up waiting an hour 15 minutes, we left. They didn’t care nor did they apologize to the patrons of the restaurant for their greediness and inconvenience. I’m glad this wasn’t a special night because it would Have definitely been ruined. If you’re thinking about coming here for a special night or simply a bite to eat, don’t!!!

We were seated in the bar area and the music was really loud and the lyrics were not dinner-appropriate at all. This was my first time dining at this restaurant and while the food was good, I would not come back as the ambiance was not for my taste. It may have been different if I was seated in the main dining area.

For a party of 4, they charge a mandatory 20% gratuity. We ordered the sesame chicken dumplings (good), crab Rangoons (delicious), sweet and sour chicken (meh), Beijing chicken (okay), chicken fried rice (good), shrimp fried rice (good), 2 virgin drinks and a Shirley temple. The bill with gratuity was $247!! Definitely too costly for the quality of food. The waiter was not attentive, the food came out super fast which is a plus, but we waited forever to pay the bill. The atmosphere is nice if you're into hip hop/rap music, but if you are traveling with small children or adults who are offended by uncensored music be warned...the music isn't censored. The atmosphere is social media worthy and that seems to be their goal. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience just too expensive for the quality of food. I believe I would have gotten better value at a spot that wasn't as popular. Also, note they say the entrees are shareable. Of the menu items we ordered only the fried rice feeds more than 2.

Made a reservation for 9:30 I was on line at 8:40 waiting until 11 pm o’clock every time I asked how long the guy just told me well idk if we have space for just one person dining in and he didn’t know what to tell me which is crazy cause I mad reservations so that shouldn’t matter if it’s just one person very rude so many people were sat before me I was as patience as I can be until one of the hostess saw me and told the guy why am I waiting there so long it’s just me by myself she literally sat me down in 2 mins!! So thankful for her after that the waiter was super nice and food was great I never had a problem coming here before so I was very disappointed at first just the way the guy handled everything in the front was not great the wait was not ideal but I always have a great time and the food is good

Had a reservation and was never let into the restaurant had to wait outside in the cold on a super long line. They obviously overbooked & everybody on line was angry. Reservation was not honored. Ended up leaving and had to go for dinner somewhere else. Terrible service!

We really enjoyed our experience. The Restaurant Week menu was a bargain and so much food. We were surprised with an extra dessert and song for my birthday. My favorites were the shrimp appetizer and the salmon entree. Don’t miss the chocolate lava dessert.

I had the broised or braised however you spell it oxtail buns & the oxtail was a bit salty & greasy. I also had the Jue lan special fried rice that was good. They give you enough to feed two people. & I had the Pork fried dumplings which was good as well. The setting & ambiance was really nice. The owner was kind enough to turn up the heat because it got really cold. All in all it was nice.
