JT Schmidt’s is one of my favorite restaurants, I love their double ahi salad and clam chowder (Fridays only). My hubby loves their fish and chips. The ambiance is also nice, we prefer the patio during summer nights.
Anaheim’s gen for stadium, convention center, Honda center or amusement park dining!
It’s alright, nothing special.
Good place to go before a game. Service is great, geared toward getting people to their game on time.
My son went. He said that they enjoyed it a lot as well as the food.
Poor service, mediocre food.
Menu had good variety, food tasted good, and service was on point!
Alex was the best. Kept all our orders in on time and the food was great. Offered us recommendations from the menu and made sure that we had all that we needed.
Also great venue for our football game watching.
Excellent atmosphere. Great variety regarding food and drinks. Great place to go to pre or post game at the Honda Centre!
Jill was our food server and she was fantastic. Friendly and full of smiles.
Excellent product knowledge.
She made my business guest just feel right at home prior to going to the Ducks game.
Thank you Ms. Jill!!
Everything was great besides the drinks, that may have been because of how busy they were. But you should still get what you paid for.
This place is amazing.... but it’s really the service that makes the difference... we have been to two games in the last two weeks.... both times the servers were on the spot with quick service and very attentive.... when you have a short time to eat be carful what you order..... most of the meats come out a little undercooked...... can’t really blame them.... lots of people to feed in a very short period of time.
Eaten there many times, this was the worst. Took forever to get our food. Server never said anything until we asked, said he didn't know what was wrong with the kitchen and couldn't tell us when our food would arrive. Food came and steak was cold. Should have made it to Ducks game in plenty of time but missed the start. Will eat at Shock Top Terrace next time.
First time here for the Ducks game.Definitely will be back.
We were a little disappointed this trip in. We came there before the hockey game to grab some drinks and snacks. Unfortunately there was no propane for the tanks on the patio and it was cold (the inside was packed due to the hockey game). Then I had made a reservation for a table at 9 pm for the game and stay for NYE. I had called to confirm that they would be open until 12 pm. We ended up getting a bar table after the game so opted to stay there and chat with all the patrons. About 10:15 we wanted to get some appetizers/snacks only to find out the kitchen was closed? So disappointing as we knew the bar was open until after midnight so why would the kitchen and no one ever came by to say the kitchen was closing and did we want anything. And at that point no where else we could go.....
From the moment we called in, we were greeted by couple young women, looked up our reservation&seated us promptly. Our main waitress was wonderful, pleasant, very professional!& so were all the other personals we interacted with, made our New Year eve dinner&drinks so enjoyable&fun...thank you everyone. We will certainly be back again soon&tell& recommend&invite our friends&family.
Server was great . But the worst tasting chicken wings I’ve ever had. Server was kind and took off our bill and our other appetizers were “ok”.
Was Anaheim Ducks game literally across the street so very crowded with fans. Very busy and good waitress!
Food was OK, not great. Had spinach dip, tortilla soup and wedge salad with hubby. Overall ok for the proximity to the venue and convenience but would not go out of my way to eat here.
Great service and choice on menu. Convenient for sports venues. Alex was the best- great service and special touch for lemon for water. Orders were on time and just as we wanted.
Pre-Ducks game day dinner.
Reservations here are a mystery to me. Reserved a table 10 days in advance and on the early side (4:30 for a 7:00 Ducks game). Restaurant was 1/3 full at most and we were given no choice of table. Even asked a manager. Not that big of an issue, but we were expecting a little cooperation.
The front desk was very helpful as our party number had changed and two people were late. They were very accommodating. Our waitress was incredibly friendly. The food was about a 7/10. The restaurant looked like it was updated since the last time we were there, I was pleasantly surprised.
The food never disappoints! And Brandi and Erika are the best. They take the time to know their customers and help to create a welcoming environment.
This was a revisit from cold food served on Mothers Day. This visit was even worse than the first. No signs upon arrival that the outside bar was out of service. 4 of us waiting to order, when I asked a waitress and she informed us it wasn't open. Although TV's were on, Lights were on? My pizza was cold wet mush, our drinks were not served correctly or made correctly. After we sat outside on the patio for an hour and not one person checked to see if we wanted a refill. I'm not sure how this place stays open. Will not be back.
We had our office Christmas party there. It was a great experience. Great food great drinks. Definitely wil return
We went before a concert at the Grove. The waitress was very nice and did a good job with service. The beer was good. The food was average. We had the spicy poke salad , which my husband said was good. I had nachos the were PACKED with stuff except for chips and the chips that were there were so soggy. My friend had chicken wings and they were average.
JT's is our "go-to" before Ducks game to fill up! It is a long drive from Ventura County, but worth the drive.
The place was humming. Great for a Ducks pet game get together. Service is good. Food is average for price,. Make a reservation for sure..
We had reservations and we were put in an overflow section which was awful. The waiter couldn’t be bothered to serve or be present. The food was cold. There was no server interaction. Took over an hour to get water to our table. Awful and won’t go back
We have been here a few times and food has always been good. However, this time our food was served cold and my husband had to send his burger back as it was raw and he ordered well done. We go out to enjoy a hot served dish and were very disappointed!
Had the ribeye and it was great!, it’s appears they went back to a better grade of beef!
Went prior to the Anaheim/Leaf game and they were prompt. Made it to the game on time. All good. You can also leave your car on their facility for $25 and quick departure after the game
Awesome service , great steakhouse
Terrible beer selection! Food was fine for bar food.
Quick service, friendly and great food. The place to go before Ducks games.
Our server was so rude! He told my girlfriend and I “I have things to do” as we were asking questions about the menu.
I believe Megan was our server and she was awesome. We got a complimentary order of thin/Tuscan bread due to the wait.
I would think the parking price would be less since we ate there. $25 is too pricey, especially for a handicap person.
Went here for a nearby concert. Had the Mahi tacos and glass of wine. Food was ample but is not a cheap place. Make reservations if you want to eat preconcert or you won’t get in
Delicious burgers and beer. Great place to eat before a Ducks hockey game or an event at the Honda Center.
