JOY Asian Cuisine - Fantasy Springs Casino & Resort Ratings and Reviews
I told my brother and his girlfriend " let's go to one of the best Asian restaurant in the valley"
He said he's not fond of Asian food but his girlfriend is so we dragged him over anyways. Let me tell you, this is one of his favorite restaurant now. The food was delicious, everyone was friendly and great service.
Thank you Joy restaurant!!!
Delicious food. Best Asian Cuisine in the Coachella valley. Best by a mile. Love the service. Ambience. And worth traveling to from anywhere in the Coachella valley. A solid 10. From the hostesses in red to the mater dei to the wait staff. A shout out to Nick the server. Awesome guy!!
The fried rice was a little too mushy for me! The walnut prawns and green beans were delicious!!! I wouldn't take my kids though. I've been here many times before (no kids) enjoyed the quietness, without having a kid screaming the whole time while having dinner. Felt a little rushed by servers but he was nice and attentive!! I would be back though!!
They failed to honor my request for table service in the bar area. I made this request when I made the reservation because the restaurant is inordinately loud. The bar area has a tolerable noise level.
The waiter was friendly, helpful and did a very nice job for us.
The food was tasteful, well-prepared, well-served and abundant.
The cocktails were tiny (I never saw such small cocktail glasses!) and expensive.
I would only recommend Joy if the folks don't mind eating in a very noisy place, don't care where they are seated and don't mind high priced drinks.
Always eat here before a show. Food was excellent.
Our waitress was the best -- since they give you generous
portions, she boxed up the leftovers along with utensils and
sauce. The meal was even better the next day. A must try
for anyone looking for good food at Fantasy Springs.
This place is an incredible find! I live in Indio and there is nothing comparable--not even close! Great food selections, spirits, wonderful ambiance, and the service is five star! This is our new favorite...hit the slots after an amazing dinner and won $450! Will be back very soon! :-)
Was extremely disappointed!
The soup had no flavor limited amount of veggies & small portion for two. The main course ingredients tasted old, like it had bee sitting around. Meat was tough, no pork & limited seafood. I was also sick the next day!!
Will not eat there again!!
Our server was very attentive, however the food was NOT good. We ordered spicy cucumber appetizer, the cucumbers were cut very large and had a bitter taste. For entrées we had Pan fried noodles with chicken, not crispy at all very soggy, and The Mongolian beef had no flavor at all, however the meat was tender. We won't be going back, SORRY.
The food was amazing! The best Chinese we have ever had. Our Server, Paul was perfect-friendly, professional, attentive to our needs. The glazed walnut shrimp was really terrific. We also really liked the Joy Share appetizer. Looking forward to more dinners there.
As we waited on our meal , the couple sitting next to us was leaving the table, the woman said "This was a wonderful dinner. We saw the sign and decided to eat here after checking into the hotel. Woe, are we glad! It was the best asian meal we have had in years." I said, "We know excatly how you feel!"
