   Dining at Joso’s is always a delightful experience; the seafood, fish and risotto dishes are some of the freshest and tastiest I’ve ever had at a restaurant; and the restaurant decor is truly unique. Overall a lovely evening celebrating a birthday.

   Always a wonderful experience and super delicious meal. The John Dory fish was incredible -- grilled to perfection! Octopus salad, always a "got to"! Incredible cocktails and wine! And the service was impeccable and amazing, as always!! :) It was my guest's 1st time at Joso's and he will DEFINITELY be returning for more special dinner experiences there.

   The food was good, but we had to ask the server multiple times for water, and the bread wasn’t served until we specifically requested it. On top of that, two out of the four people in my group experienced stomach discomfort after the meal. While the vibe and decor are unique and create an interesting atmosphere, the service and other issues made it unlikely I’ll return.

   Our meal experience was extremely good as far as the food was concerned. The service started out very great, but as the restaurant started to get busier, the service started to lack. Even to the point where towards the end of our meal, when we wanted to order some more food, we were met with a bit of hesitation, resistance, and to be frank some snarkiness. Our bill was almost $500 for four people, and I do believe a high-level of service should come with that kind of transaction. It is not the customer’s fault that the restaurant is getting busy nor is it the customer’s responsibility to order all of the food they are desiring upfront as many times you may want more or less food as a meal goes on. If this was an expectation, that should have been set with us at the beginning of the meal. There was also a hair in my squid in pasta. I actually didn’t feel comfortable bringing this up to the servers as they were already seemingly frustrated enough with what was going on that I did not want to tip the scales anymore.

   The wonderful ambience is second to none. The squid ink recipe has been passed down from Joso himself, and is a must try.

   It’s like no other place in town and we loved it. Fabulous seafood and Croatian wine to accompany it. Greatest ambience and people. Well’ll be back!

   Excellent food and table service. Especially enjoyed the prawns and shrimp. Croatian wine and beer tasty too. Attentive wait staff.

    This restaurant has specialized in serving the authentic Croatian Dalmatian dishes. The food is superbly prepared and served, superior even to the best restaurants in Croatia. It is so unique, and it is decorated with the exquisite art made by the owners. It's like dining in an art gallery. The staff and the owners are always very nice and friendly. We love it there!
