Had to return my steak twice bc it was not cook correctly finally just gave up before they spit in my food and just thought I was complaining. Felt like cafeteria food not hotel quality. will not go back

My family and I went there for dinner and the following morning for breakfast while we stayed at the Sheraton. There was no music, not even soft music, too quiet. Lights/atmosphere was nice. Food was pricey but not good. My salmon was dry and bland. My vegetables were cold. And my mashed potatoes were extremely too mashed and tasted like instant mashed potatoes. Same for breakfast , food was ok- bland and small portions. Coffee was bad. Service was better for breakfast than dinner.

The pizza was lousy burnt edges crust like cardboard topppng were spicy and nasty tasting. I wouldn’t remind my dog let alone my worst enemy to eat here. Hostess was ok but only checked on us once. Caught her staring at us from over from the kitchen and then I seen her leave the restaurant only to return with the check. Very rude

I have been dining here for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I made a reservation on Open Table for 8 and then called the day of to change the # to 12 and they said this was ok. That evening, when we arrived and I gave the hostess my name and told her I had a reservation and she told me that they did not take reservations and asked me do I remember who I spoke with. Luckily I saved my confirmation and I showed her and she told me she would have to get the manager. She then again told me they do not take reservations and proceeded to tell several parities the same story who also had confirmations.

We eventually got seated but it took about 45 minutes longer than I expected when there were tables available. After being seated, it took a waitstaff member 20 minutes to get to us and take our drink/food order. It took 45 minutes to get a glass of wine and yes I timed it and then I didn't even get the glass of wine I ordered. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. We had to track our waitress down to get another drink which I didn't receive until I got my check. I understand that it was a busy weekend, however the lack of staff and lack of service was very unacceptable!

I have used this as an event space in years past and have had positive reviews but after Saturday evening I will never return and will be calling other venues to hold our family functions.

The food was great, our entire table had the Filet's. The cuts of meat were good, they were cooked perfect and the taste was wonderful, so my compliments to the chef!

We travel a lot for personal and professional events and I am appalled at the service.

Because our dinner reservations were at 4 o'clock we were not able to order from a dinner menu. Where to order from a small plate menu or not order at all. We chose the latter...

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this restaurant this past weekend. The service was terrible and the restaurant was sorely understaffed. This is a restaurant at a Four Seasons hotel, and quite frankly I have had better service at a TGI Friday's. There were people waiting at the front of the restaurant and the few waiters working walked right past them like they did not see them. I heard the bartender straight up refuse to make drink the way a guest was asking for it because she did not want to make the olives - SO RUDE. The quality of the staff is not indicative of a 5 star hotel at all. We will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Our family went here for Easter Breakfast after church. The menu was complete and the service and food were excellent. I was surprised that the hotel and restaurant were not busy but this suited us fine and allowed a nice relaxed meal with good conversation.

Had occassion to have a business meeting in this area to reduce the drive from Charlotte and Raleigh where the principals were coming from. The Hotel is spotless and the dining room enormous so it was easy to find the right table to conduct our meeting.

The staff are well trained and know when to come and when to stay away from folks conducting business.

Very pleasing environment with a good balance of tables and booths. Would highly recommend and will use in the future. Both of the business parties were of the same opinion and neither had ever stepped foot in the hotel previously.

Had Open Table reservation confirmation but Joseph's didn't have us down for a reservation at all. Luckily they could sit our party of 9 but took forever to get our food and we ended up rushing to eat as we were picking up children from dance convention banquet in the hotel.

THIS WAS OUR 2ND DINING EXPERIENCE AT JOSEPH'S RESTAURANT. WE RETURNED BECAUSE OUR FIRST VISIT WAS BERY GOOD. THE FOOD THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE WERE ALL GOOD. THE 2ND VISIT WAS EQUALLY AS SATISFYING. THE MENU HAS VERY GOOD ENTREE' CHOICES. WE ATE THE RIBS WITH POTATOES AND VEGGIES. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN SOON.

Great service. Food was good, everyone was pleased but I wouldn't call it GREAT. Still, my Father in law wants it to be the preferred location for the family - 7 of us are hard to seat. The restaurant is in a convention hotel so it's off the beaten path. WIDE open for Mother's Day! Will definitely go again. Surprised and pleased that they had a kids menu - NOT expected.

Arrived for breakfast at 6:45. Only two other tables occupied and we were seated at a prepared table but it had food crumbs all over it. Placed our order and watched people arrive at the table next to us. They placed their order and received their food (which happened to be the same menu items we ordered) and their food arrived 5 minutes before ours. Waitress got our order wrong and I told her we were in a rush and I still had to wait for bill after requesting it. Watched people at the table next to us pay and leave while we got to deal with incorrect order that took forever to arrive and then wait to receive our bill. Food wasn't worth the effort.

We chose Josephs for Valentines Day dinner. It was excellent food and price. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The service was more like Cracker Barrel rather than a restaurant with a Chef.

We dined here for Valentines Day. The entree selections was adequate. My wife and I had the filet mignon which was very tender and tasty. I enjoyed the asparagus while my wife had the mixed veggies. The costs are very reasonable compared to other Greensboro restaurants. I plan to return for lunch or dinner soon.

THE hostler was rude, the service slow, we asked for desert and the waitress served it without take the dinner plates out of way, I had to ask her to do that

Enjoyed a dinner with business colleagues. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and was complementary about the quality.

Enjoyed breakfast the next morning and had the same experience. Great food and service.

the dinning room was very nice but, I could not believe there were TV's throughout the dinning room. The service was very slow. there was not even much of a crowd at the time we were their. food was fare but very over priced for what you receive. I would not recommend unless it was a very late night when nothing else was open. they are open till midnight. probably would not visit this restaurant again.

We made a Sunday brunch reservation. We got there to find to exterior making on the hotel to allow us to find the restaurant. Once we finally just parked we went into the hotel and the way to the restaurant wasn't marked. At 11:30 our choices were to have lunch or an omelet. The omelet came with French fries or mixed fruit that was mostly out of season, flavorless honeydew melon. Although the kitchen was cooking eggs in omelets we were told corporate policy did not allow those same eggs to be scrambled. Our omelets did not come with any kind of toast or bread. I happily paid extra for my toast--unfortunately I was almost finished with my omelet by the time I got it. Since we were the ONLY customers in the entire restaurant I was hard pressed to understand the dely. Oh, and after I got my toast--which I paid extra for--I was told corporate policy said I could not have any jelly. For 2 omelets, 2 teas, and my toast plus tip I paid $42.00.

Joseph's Restaurant is in the Koury Convention Center which is almost always filled with people. But the restaurant is tucked around the corner in a very quiet spot making it an excellent venue for a business luncheon or dinner. We shared a Caesar Salad and we both chose the Filet of Flounder.
It was outstanding. the Flounder was marinated in fresh lime‏ and cilantro, seasoned with a lemon pepper blend and seared with extra virgin olive oil. Served over a smoked bacon and shrimp risotto, haricot verts and a Dijon hollandaise. The wine list has a nice variety; we chose the Trefethen Cab. Add to this the outstanding service from our server Kirby and we had a very enjoyable dinner meeting.

Went two nights in a row, as it was in my hotel. The service was decent, but better the second night than the first. The food was excellent. I had the filet one night and a pasta dish the second. Both were delicious and reasonably priced.

I took a group of 7 to Joseph's to dinner while attending a conference.The menu offered promise but didn't deliver. Although the restaurant wasn't busy the service was very slow. The calamari resembled cheerios and were only slightly larger, chewy and tasteless. The crabcakes were missing the crab and tasted similar to the polenta. My wife's pasta was overcooked and mushy. My friends salmon was dry and, following a common pattern, tasteless.

This was our 3rd year eating Mother's Day breakfast at Joseph's. My family drives in from Raleigh and my mom and dad drive in from Lexington. It's a great place to dine with a nice atmosphere, good food and service; with the convenience of being right off the highway. The best part of all, we practicaly have the entire restaurant to ourselves. Our food comes out quick, the wait staff is very attentive, etc. It's like I reserved the entire restaurant. We'll be back next year

Place was mostly empty on a Friday night, which seemed odd. Appetizer list was nothing special. Menu was sticky and had crumbs all over it. Waitress was polite, patient, cheery, and gave us great service. Salmon was good but not fantastic. Filet was cooked appropriately and tasted good.

We had dinner with a group on Christmas night. The restaurant was quiet but the sevice was excellent. The menu was varied, althouth most of the dishes were fairly typical hotel restaraunt fare with no special features. Everything was well prepared and there was no problem getting special menu accomodations for a 6 year old. This restaurant sometimes has a holiday bufffet that is outstanding when it is available.

I found that their menu was not the best. Not much to choose from nor appealing. I was with a party of 6 and I did not order anything but a glass of water. It took them a long time to prepare and serve the food since we were the only people in the place. When I did decide to order I waited 30 minutes and never received the item. All I asked for was half a crab cake and nothing else. After waiting and never receiving it I just asked for the check. No explanation was given by the staff as to why it took so long. Prices were too high for what was offered.
