Always delightful in every way very sorry your closing you will be sorely missed
The food was dated and many of the items on the website were not on the actual menu. The drinks we had made us feel like we were at wedding with an open bar. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
We had a lovely lunch celebrating a friend's birthday. Our first time there. Sorry to hear they'll be closing soon.
Great place. Service was a bit slow but they are closing permanently in a week
Great food and service as usual
Been here a few times. Nice for lunch. Good food and reasonable prices. Sorry to hear they're closing.
A bit of a downer. While the food was very good, the service was so bad, it tarnished the whole experience.
Excellent food and service. Always enjoy the escargot and duck. Sadly it is closing its doors on April 8
This restaurant is a true gem in a little shopping Center in Boca Raton. Service was attentive, the food was prepared beautifully. Appetizers of PEI mussels were delicious and beet and goat cheese salad VG. My Wiener Shnitzel was perfectly done and tender. Loved the spätzle and red cabbage. My friend had the trout and she enjoyed it. Desserts equally good. Great deal for $38.95 for 3 courses.
Love this new find for me. Bringing new people to it all the time. Great! Wonderful food in a very nice environment.
Service was pathetic. Took 20 minutes for server to come to table for drink order. House white wine was not available, more expensive one was available. Took 10 minutes for server to return to table with order. Entree took 30 more minutes to arrive. Too bad. Used to really enjoy the restaurant. Heard that they are closing in April.
We had a very good dinner. Only suggestion would be not to serve Dover Sole
table side since when we got it. it was not hot. We mentione it to the waiter.
Your gelato is surpurb
As usual, a fabulous meal, beautifully served and great bang for the buck. I recommend Josef's all the time and no one is ever disappointed.
Ambience was terrific as was the service.
The food was good but not outstanding.
Red wine had been chilled.
Overall very satisfied but not "blown away".
It was our first time here and we all had different dishes which were all excellent!
We waited 10 minutes to be seated. The seater was nowhere in sight. A couple came in just as the seater was about to greet and seat us . She told them to follow us. She directed us to a table, and then proceeded to seat them with Menus. We had to wait another few minutes til she walked by our tables to ask for Menus. I watched her in the restaurant and she was more interested in a waiter of the same persuasion then the front door. In spite of the good food and waiter, I will not go back.
We are never disappointed when we dine at Josef's Table. The food is always delicious. The menu choices are outstanding and appeal to everyone. It is an elegant restaurant and we love dining there.
We were guests for the early menu. Soup and dessert were excellent. Main dish was just ok.
I wonder if the regular menu is better.
Celebration spirit excellent, service very good, food mediocre at best.
Great place! Sunset special offers a wide variety of starters, entrees and desserts. The Apfel Strudel is outstanding!
We were there for the early prix-fix before an early art show. The food was very good and our waitress was delightful. Do not order the salmon well done, it was dry. My husband had it as it came and it was moist and cooked through.
I would like to see this lovely restaurant remain in operation. The food is always enjoyable. The lobster and chocolate, chocolate chip ice cream are wonderful. Always a pleasant evening out.
We found this restaurant very friendly and the wait staff attentive, conversation friendly and the excellent $10.00 lunch selection.
Will came back again.
Chalked with elders, food was fine, youngest person in the room was 60.
Incredibly diverse menu and great prices, combined in an attractive setting
Very enjoyable lunch. Good food ,excellent waiter, quiet environment!
Each of our visits has been very good - service is extremely good and food is consistently good.
It is always a special experience when dining here as the food is always very fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. The wine, The Riddler, is my favorite red blend by the glass. The service is gracious although it always seems to take a long while. It's always worth waiting for, so what's the rush, right??
Love this little gem.
Lovely neighborhood restaurant
Food was only warn when it arrived at the table. We have dined there many times ,today for us was not up to their usual standards. Service was very slow,an exceptionally long wait.Disappointing dining experience. We will try again hopefully with better results.
Josef's Table continues to provide good food at great value. Their $38.00 three course prix fixe dinner menu offers large portions of interesting choices.
The onion soup, mussels, scallops and fish are well prepared. The apple strudel and flourless chocolate cake are the best desserts.
The overall experience was very nice and the cost was reasonable. My only negative was that I ordered a $36 bottle of wine. A few minutes later the waiter came back and told me that they were out of that particular wine and offered a $44 substitute. I thought that they should have offered the substitute at $36 - but, they didn't.
Excellent restaurant it tends to be. very noisy. Ask or a table against the wall or window.
Three out of the four dinners had to go back as they were overcooked. One dinner never made it back to the table despite the fact that we kept asking where the meal was. As everyone else was finishing, they brought it. Needless to say there was no more desire to eat it. They did deduct it from the tab.
The restaurant was not at all crowded the evening we dined there. The soups were very good and I enjoyed the scallops. It is very pleasant dining there when it is not crowded. Guests enjoyed the fish dishes.
Good dining experience. Terrific waitress. Great choices on menu. Price points good
Like this restaurant - have visited several times. Do not understand why it is difficult to get a reservation on Open Table when there were many tables available the night we were there. Tried several times before I was successful. Good for social dinner with friends.
Cannot believe I am the only one of my friends that has never dined there. What a wonderful, delightful experience. Service was friendly and attentive, presentation was great and food was perfectly prepared It will definitely be on the top of my list to experience again.
my chicken schnitzel was over cooked and the edges of the meal were obviously burnt. but i ate around it.oriel cohen.. waiter benji ,, great
We were there for New Years - the food was quite good - but there were notable lapses.... things we asked for that were never delivered, like olive oil [for the bread], dressing for one of the salads, tea.... Since they were full and it was a very busy night, we won't hold it against them.
We'll be back [but maybe not for New Years Eve]...
