JORY, the signature restaurant at The Allison Inn & Spa, now offers the option of an exquisite multi-course dinner tasting menu—available in 4, 5 or 7 courses—celebrating the region’s seasonal bounty. Each thoughtfully crafted dish tells the story of this remarkable place, with curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar.

In addition to our tasting menu, à la carte Brunch and Dinner menus are offered throughout the dining room and living room seating areas. Reservations are highly encouraged, and are available up to 90 days in advance.

Chef's Table - PNW Seasonal Garden Menu

The PNW Seasonal Garden Tasting is a nine-course dining experience led by Chefs Andrew Toombs and Dan Henley, celebrating the Pacific Northwest’s seasonal bounty. This experience is 3 to 3.5 hours and $225 per person, with a minimum food and beverage charge of $1500. Please submit your reservation request via our website: https://theallison.com/dining/jory/menus/chefs-table-tasting/ or by calling our restaurant at 503-554-2526. ** Requests must be made a minimum of seven days in advance. The food and beverage minimum for a Chef’s Table reservation is $1,500, plus automatic gratuity. To meet this minimum, we recommend a group size of six to 10 guests. For smaller parties, we invite you to explore our seven-course chef's tasting menu available in the JORY main dining room.

Friendly service but the kitchen was off during our visit. Our server was kind and did his best to make things right, but my steak was significantly overcooked—twice. It took quite a while to get water and food, and by the time the replacement steak arrived, the other dish was cold and the steak was even more overcooked than the first. The server comped the steak, which we appreciated, but the experience just didn’t come together. Hoping it was an off night.

Without hesitation, excellent food and service. Set in Willamette Wine Country, Jory equals many of the fine dining experiences in the Napa region. I might even go further and say exceeds! The ingredients are garden and farm fresh, and visually breathtaking. The staff was professional and welcoming, all while exhibiting personable and charming personalities. Whitney took care of our dining experience meeting every expectation. She was very thoughtful and has mastered all the professional aspects while keeping the atmosphere grounded. That’s a rare quality for any professional. Obviously we’ll be back to Jory.

We partook in the four course tasting menu and had a wonderful experience! The food was perfectly prepared and exquisitely presented. Our waiter was delightful, and super accommodating after I made an ordering error. I appreciated the freshness of the ingredients the multiple seafood options. My friend and I left feeling just the right amount of full--not stuffed but certainly not needing anything else. The Allison Inn and Jory restaurant were definitely worth my six hour drive to Newberg!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our time at the Jory! Appreciated that the entire staff knew, recognized, and celebrated our anniversary. Besides that, the food was delicious and so filling! The staff was so polite and knowledgeable about all of our wine questions.

LBrunch at Jory was an absolute delight! Every dish was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The pricing felt very fair for the quality, and the excellent service truly made for a perfect experience.

Atmosphere and service always excellent as usual. However, no lunch menu any more, only brunch menu, kind of a shame since the old lunch menu was very good. Hope the new manager will consider bring back the lunch menu.

Waitstaff attentive throughout the meal and helpful when ordering wine for the table. The caviar appetizer was a perfect beginning and theCrème brûlée dessert topped off our night beautifully. Highly recommend!

The wait staff was extremely slow and forgot things several times over and over again. The food came out cold. Not a great experience for what we paid at all.
