                                                                                              We ate there 3 times in the last 4 weeks and their food is the best. Number one is their fish and chips. The cod is perfect and the batter is the best I have had in a long time. Shepherd’s pie made with lamb was very tasty. Hamburger nice and juicy. Highly recommend this restaurant. Friendly staff and nice ambience.

                                                                                              I went out with my husband, and we had a craving for a Sunday roast. We arrived and were not seated for quite some time, and the server we ended up having, Farek, was not the best. Then we tried to order our entrees and everything was virtually sold out. Ended up eating a burger and hubby ate a fish sandwich. Food was great, what they had not sold out of, and the service needs improvement.

                                                                                              The menu was so interesting, and the food looked so good, we kept ordering starting with the Yorkshire Pudding Popover, Welsh Rarebit (OMG), & Scotch Egg. Then we went to the Fish & Chips & Bangers and Mash. For dessert, we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Service was professional. Place looked great. The Bar, and Dining Rooms, were nearly full so I'm glad we made a reservation on OpenTable. This is definitely, now, our 'go-to' place on the Upper East Side of Manhattan!
