Food was extremely delicious and the restaurant is kid-friendly. Plenty of options for vegetarians, which can sometimes be hard to find in a pub. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely plan a return visit.

It was excellent! It ‘s low key with good food, a chill atmosphere with tv’s around, it was great for watching US Open with friends. Service was excellent and I enjoyed my salmon burger. We had a fun evening. We will go back.

We had Fish & Chips and Steak & Kidney Pie. The Fish was fried to perfection, and the pie was very tasteful. We shall definitely return to try the Sunday Roast when it returns to the menu in September !!

I’ve come to JWF many times and always had good quality bar food somewhat unique English twist. But his time my wife and I along with a friend all three dishes were way off. Burger, salmon burger and my shepherd’s pie. My pie was cold in some areas perhaps recently thawed? Not sure why such a bad experience perhaps a Monday night in August? But I will give it one more try and if not up to par that will be it ! Sadly

We go to this English pub frequently. They have an energetic vibe. The ambience is very close to that of a traditional pub in England. The people are really nice and service is fantastic. The food is fabulous!

Good authentic English food in a comfortable English style pub. Great selection of beers including a rotating cask. Bar service is friendly and attentive but table service has been very poor.

The quality of the Shepard's Pie was poor. The potatoes on the top of the pie had no taste and the meat was just okay.

The hostess was awesome and friendly but the server obviously wanted to be somewhere else. Kind of rude, basically said all the drinks were “wine” based which none of us understood (margaritas?) Our starter arrived with our entrees and server never came back to see if we needed anything. I had to flag him down to tell him we needed 2 more drinks which ended up taking more than 15 minutes. I know brunch sucks for restaurants but the food was great so not sure why the server had to be so unfriendly and made us feel like we were the annoying ones. Won’t be back.
