Jonathan's has been in the catering business for over 25 years now, hosting a variety of off site events in the region from political gatherings, to family reunions, to wedding receptions! For off site catering, a typical catering fee will be applied varying from 10-20% additional fee.

Jonathan’s was such an amazing surprise to us!! I cannot say enough about the enchanting garden room, the amazing server, and the food was over the top!! I cannot wait to go back to enjoy it again! Highly recommend!!

We are first time visitors from NY and enjoyed dinner very much. Our waiter was great, very kind and attentive. Food was delicious, fresh ingredients and nice sized portions. They very thoughtfully wrote out a birthday card to my husband and it was a nice touch! Will return!

We always enjoy dinner at Jonathan’s en route to the Ogunquit Playhouse! The service was outstanding and the baked stuffed haddock, amazing! We arrived early and they were so nice to accommodate us!

We had a terrible experience at Johnathan’s. The food and service were mediocre at best and very over-priced. (I live in the metro-NY area and am used to high prices!) The stuffed mushrooms were just mushrooms smothered in cheese. The ambience was the WORST ever that I’ve had in a restaurant. Everything is dirty, beat up and just plain ugly. There were many open tables the whole time we were there AND they still sat us right next to the kitchen door. I’d give it no stars if I could.

Jonathan‘s is always a great place to eat when in a gun quit. This time I noticed that the chicken marsala was not the usual marsala flavor. It tasted like soy sauce. It was definitely tender, and there was plenty of it, but it did not have a good marsala taste. I’m guessing either old wine was used or The wine was cooked off too much. Other than that always a great experience and a reasonable place to eat.

Seated promptly. First table very very noisy. Manager generously reseated the two of us in a table for four. Noise was slightly better. Food was fabulous, short ribs were outstanding and stuffed haddock was delicious. Blueberry crumble was great. Experience was delightful, but they really should try to mitigate noise level.

Been coming to Johnathans for years and this time was for a Bob Marley Comedy Show. Dinner and cocktails prior to the show were excellent along with the service. The restaurant was very busy and the main dining room was a bit noisy but our group of four did not have any issues carrying on conversations. The room upstairs for the show continues to be improved. There is now a full bar serving beer, wine, specialty drinks and cocktails. As the room size is relatively small I don't think there's a bad seat and we were able to reserve a table for the 4 in our group. Highly recommend Johnathans for their restaurant and entertainment venue.

Food was very good. Service was a little slow (for drinks). We had early reservations for a Comedy show after dinner so we had more than enough time. Very loud (not my thing). First time there and I would certainly go back. Transition to Comedy show upstairs after dinner was seamless and the bar was set up and ready. We got "premiere tickets" that included a $25 voucher for dinner and a credit for drink or dessert before the show along with preferred seating. That seems like the way to go.

Had a great dinner. My husband had the salmon and I had the stuffed haddock, both delicious. Our server Joel was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Our 3rd time at Jonathan’s and it was an excellent experience again!! Our waiter,Jesus was on point timely. Food and wine were 1st rate. A must visit if you’re in the Qgunquit area
