Opened in August of 2012, JoJo’s Restaurant & Tap House quickly became a staple in Downtown Frederick. JoJo’s offers a unique new-American style dining experience with both a casual dining room and cozy tap house. Our menu features 26 rotating beers on tap, and a full bar with an excellent selection of wine, whiskey, and craft cocktails. We had the southwest salad and the steak. Both were well prepared and tasty. The service was excellent, and the bartender did a great job with drinks. We had a post-theater reservation but arrived a half hour early. They kindly seated us, which was also very nice. We will absolutely go again!

I am gluten free. We have been to JoJo’s before and did not realize their extensive GF menu or GF modifications offered. Also they have some really good non alcoholic cocktails. It was the reason we went back this past weekend. The GF carrot cake they had special was fantastic! I like a good spiced carrot cake and the clove used I. This made me very happy. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Will be our go to when it comes to wanting to go out.

Great atmosphere, very friendly service. The Truffle Fries with home-made ranch dressing were fantastic. Was really looking forward to the Acacado Wedges, but they fell flat. Nicely crisped, but the coating was bland, & seemed like it needed salt. The Crab Dip was very well seasoned & a generous portion. The Salmon Bowl was good, particularly the salmon itself (perfectly seasoned & cooked), as was the rice. However, unseasoned carrots, just thrown in there for color, didn’t really add anything. Good Crab Cake sandwich & fries; Tuna Tacos nicely done. The restaurant is actually bigger than it appears-nice room in the back, lovely atmosphere.

We went for brunch on Sunday and had a wonderful meal, so hard to choose what to have from the many offerings. Everyone enjoyed their choice. Mellisa was very attentive and we had lots of refilled water glasses. No rush to leave, comfortable seats and a very pleasant morning.

The issue that we had was it when we ordered the vegan meatloaf. Multiple times people stopped by to tell us it would be a few more minutes we ended up, waiting, at least an hour longer than normal to receive our entrées. We were not offered any reduction in cost or a complementary dessert or drinks in spite of the continual delays. The server was wonderful and the manager did stop by to tell us that our food would be a few more minutes, but it was still at least 45 minutes after he stopped by before we got our entrées

We enjoyed the ahi tuna tacos and the Chesapeake chicken. It seems like the menu has changed since we were last there and we were sad to see a few dishes that we liked had disappeared. Our server was excellent and very personable and attentive.

This place was just fantastic. Ryan our server was incredibly nice and he seemed to genuinely care about our dining experience. His suggestions were spot on. His enthusiasm for Jo Jo’s was infectious! Truly! The cocktails and food delicious-great place!

I had a wonderful time at JoJo’s! I went there to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so polite and attentive. They constantly checked on us and made sure everything was satisfactory. The food was delicious and in good portions. They even let me choose my table because it was my birthday. I would 10/10 recommend JoJo’s. You will not be disappointed.

We had brunch there after a college graduation and had a lovely time. The complimentary appetizer was great, the sweet tea was delicious and our meal was superb! I cannot recommend Jojo’s more.

My son was very pleased with the chicken sandwich. Since being diagnosed with Celiac he has wanted a good breaded chicken sandwich at a restaurant. At JoJo's he got an amazing one. It is our new favorite restaurant!

Food and service were excellent. Two of us had a crab cake, one had the carnitas and one had salmon on a salad. I also had the maryland crab suit. All we very well prepared. the service was excellent and the dishes came in a timely manner.
