Delightful!

Not what I expected for a Bartolotta restaurant. We had very good drinks at the bar, but once seated the service went way down hill. Our waitress seemed like she was expecting someone else to do her job. We never got veggies and bread, and when brought to her attention, she did not even apologize. The French onion soup was good, but not great. A little mushy. Flavor was fine. The meals, 3 steaks and a prime rib (beef rib was on the plate, not needed) were excellent. Then I ordered an after dinner drink that was never brought to the table. Unfortunately, I did not double check my detailed receipt. I was charged for the drink. Seems like this is a training restaurant for the other Bartolotta restaurants. Next time I will eat in the bar area and see if the service is better.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Joey's. The food is always delicious. What makes the experience so great is the staff. Be it the bartender or your server, they remember you from previous visits and treat you like family.

Would have appreciated a baked fish available for the fish fry since deep fried fish has quite a heavy breading. A lightly breaded pan-fried cod would be nice. Otherwise food was wonderful.

Joey’s is always a good go-to location for a special family dinner or business dinner. The food is excellent and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter Matthew did an outstanding job talking care of my elderly parents. He made us all feel very special.

We absolutely loved Joey Gerards! The music was delightful and set the mood for the night. The food was amazing and took us back to a simpler time, which was much needed this week. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made some suggestions that were delicious. We will most certainly be back!

I would recommend your restaurant highly. Food and service was so good. I took my grandson there for your steakathon. He will be graduating from college and I couldn’t think of a nicer place to treat him. Also, your old fashions are the best! Thank you for a lovely evening and the steaks were tender and delicious!

Food was overpriced for quality- sides were served cold. Tuna steak was over cooked. Management and wait staff were very good- noticed my meal was overcooked upon service and rectified the problem without me having to ask.

This was our second visit. Everything was really good. My only other comment was that my steak was under cooked a bit. I ordered medium but it was much closer to rare - however, I didn't mind. The flavor was terrific. I do realize that I could have sent it back, but saw no need.

We ordered one of the Lazy Susans. It was abundantly filled for two people, could have overfed four. It was wonderful. We took our dinners home. we had schaum torte, one of the only places that have schaum torte. Restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs, just did not try the restroom. Service was top notch, never wanted for anything.

Matt was a great waiter very talkative and friendly.Cod dinner was great very lightly breaded and potato pancakes just crispy enough.Will be back again for cod dinner.

We came to celebrate an 80th birthday, the manager kindly opened the doors early to take a cake and balloons we brought. When we came we were promptly seated, they sat us in a quiet area of the restaurant as we were a larger group. The popovers were excellent, we also ordered the happy hour chips and onion dip which were fabulous. Overall everyone was happy with their steaks and sides, the buffalo ribeye was tough and not enjoyable, it seemed oddly more like a NY strip. I would highly recommend JG for any special occasion.

The food and service were terrific. My husband made reservations for my birthday celebration. Everything exceeded our expectations.

We always like going to Joey Gerard's. This time however we ordered their fish fry and both my husband and I thought that the fish was a too salty. It wasn't just my order but his as well. Everything else was great.

We had a fish fry On a Friday night & it was great. We did feel a little rushed through our dinner, though.Would’ve been nice if happy hour wasn’t just in the bar. Otherwise very enjoyable evening!

The food was DELISH! We started with the bacon, then had the rib cap steak that was the special. One of the best steaks we have ever had. The veggies as sides were very flavorful. The server Jason made the experience even BETTER! They brought out a complimentary Schaum torte since it was my birthday. Tasty !!

Very loud family restaurant atmosphere with children and crying babies. Nothing like the Supper Club atmosphere I was expecting, more like a Ground Round than a steak house.

This wasnt our first time their and it won't be our last, however I will probably never go back on a holiday as it seemed to much for the kitchen staff to handle properly. We ordered 2 steaks medium rare, the smaller one came out medium and the larger one came out rare. Very disappointing especially when you figure the price point of the restaurant. The appetizer shouldn't have been the highlight.
Our server was excellent though.

Great food and superb service. They accommodated modifying our Valentine's Day reservation 2 days ahead of time. Server was very attentive to food allergy at our table and time constraint we communicated upon sitting down. Food was fantastic. We had steak, lamb and salmon at our table and all agreed the meals were excellent. As with other Bartolotta restaurants I've been too, highly recommended.

Our favorite restaurant ever!!! Try the lamp chops, chicken piccata, raw beef and onions and schaum torte!!! Our favorites each time!!

Great food, great service. Never had to wait for the waiter to come by he was extremely attentive. Felt very catered to. Wonderful place.

A quintessential supper club. Staff was friendly and attentive, the food was great, the setting comfortable and well-maintained. We would definitely go back.
