The dinner was great, but be AWARE- IF YOU VALET, THEY WILL STEAL from you!! I had cash in my center console (about $120) that was GONE when I got the car back. Of course, when I asked about the cash - they denied it.. BE AWARE

We went for the Stone Crab Claws and they were excellent as expected. they are expensive but you get what you pay for. The Filet and lobster tail dinner was good but the Filet's were under cooked. For as much as you spend they could have been better. Service was outstanding. Cocktails at $17 were also good but a bit overpriced and not full pours. For us it will be special occasion only and stick to seafood.

I enjoyed the Alaskan King Crab sandwich, oysters (but still wondered why they did not have Chesapeake Bay Oysters) sweet potato fries, fried calamari, the steak should have been cooked with thier steak seasoning not brought out afterwards. The whale was overpriced for what was rec'd. Loved the Key Lime Pie. The service was outstanding. Thank you very much!

Ok so where do I start?!
I think I may have heard about the original joes either on social media or the food network, either way it was saved to my favorites for the longest.
Finally, I talked some friends into driving to DC to try this place... I just had to try these stone crab claws.

I made same day reservations through open table (bonus). Once we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest hosts.
We sat at a really nice table that had a nice view of the entire restaurant. It was Saturday brunch and I was pretty excited since I knew exactly what I wanted... stone crab claws lol.
Our server Arthur was so amazing, he was patient and very knowledgeable. We were a bunch of gal-pals who were catching up instead of looking at the menu and he was super nice and came back at least 3 times to see if we were ready to order (pleasantly I might add).
I ordered my stone crabs (of course) and my friends ordered a ton of brunch items, all of which tasted amazing.
One of the cool things about Joe's is that they have happy hour on Saturday starting at 2:30 which includes half price on ALL DRINKS and some awesome food items as well.
Anyways, I also ordered the Dry aged ribeye sandwich with onions (no mushrooms) and it's definitely a must try. It's so flavorful and honestly it made me wish I lived closer so I could get it more often.
I really liked our server, I want to acknowledge him one more time, super knowledgeable, very funny and extremely welcoming. He even talked us into dessert, yet we couldn't even finish our meals lol...
We had an amazing time and I'll definitely be back soon
