Great food and service.....highly recommended!!!!!
Everything was wonderful
I can see why this restaurant is rated number 6 in all of DC on trip advisor. Wonderful.
Have been there a few times. Well run. Food excellent. Not cheap but well worth it. Will come back again.
Excellent service & food. Highly recommend
Excellent as always. Fried chicken is perfectly cooked. Angie was great.
Good vibe in the place and they are definitely COVID savvy.
This place was gorgeous! Nice and spacious good music playing in the background food somewhat reasonably priced great menu options and customer service was top tier! I’d visits again as well as recommend.
Thanks for a great meal. Everything was so delicious!!!
Excellent service and fabulous food in a welcoming yet refined atmosphere
It was lovely. The food was good. Our waitress was funny. Joes is never a fail for us.
Server was really nice
Outstanding service and the food was delicious . Will be back again and will recommend this restaurant to others.
Great service! The waiter was very attentive to us through the entire dinner. The food was delicious and come out hot. Also, I liked how they had partitions up between booths. I felt very safe and comfortable eating here.
Good experience overall. Felt service was slightly rushed. $340 with tip was pretty expensive for dinner for two with one glass of wine.
The atmosphere was clean, classy, and quiet, the food and service was impeccable.
First time at this seafood restaurant & we were disappointed. We made our reservation a few weeks ago. We checked in at the front & waited for our table. We were taken to the bar area. Not sure why bc it did not look like the dining area. Waitress came over we ask to be moved. Then as we walked into the dining hall it looked a bit pale. YES....pale!!!!!! A sprinkle here and there but not much color. Everyone don't like to watch sports and eat food. If I wanted to sit in the bar I will go to a sports bar. 😏 Unfortunately, there were more blacks in the bar the if not all but majority whites in the dining all. My crab soup was luke warm...not HOT at all. I was fishing for crab bc it was more like bisque soup. Either way I tried to work with it but was in need of some salt and pepper. My hubby signaled the waiter. He took so long the soup was bout gone. He came over after waiting on 3 other tables. My hubby told him well my wife wanted some salt & pepper but I don't think she need it no more. Of course he says I can get it if she need it. So I said yes, because I knew we had to eat the main course & wasn't sure he would get it to us in time. Hubby had the maryland clam chowder, it was okay. His soup was smokin and mine was a bit chilled. I ordered the grilled seafood platter and it was GREAT!!! The hubby had the sea bass and he said it was GOOD!!! The mash potatoes were good but was just not hot. So the mash was okay. It could've been better if it was HOT. So upon wrapping up we had a lil left over. We took it with us but our waiter disappeared and never returned once he dropped the check back. This same waiter gave the other tables around us bags but we had to stop a waitress to get a bag. Just disappointed for our first and last visit. The main course was great but the service out weighted it and our waiter wasn't that friendly either unless we orderes more food....huh!! He felt it in his tip!!
Excellent experience. Great atmosphere, the food was amazing & the service was great. I visit every time I’m in DC.
Excellent food and service from the first cocktail through dessert!
Overall, the dinning experience was decent. Our server was attentive and prompt, with the exception that we ordered the strawberry ice-cream pie and waited for a bout 1/2 hour and it was not delivered to the table. We ended up cancelling the order to avoid being late to our next reservation. That was a bit disappointing, but did not appear to be our server's fault.
The food was pretty good; we really enjoyed our entrees (seafood platter and turf and surf with the lobster) however, we were a bit disappointed in the creamed spinach, which we were told is the signature house dish. It really lacked flavor in comparison to Mastros' and The Grill's versions of the dish. The shoe string onion rings were a bit salty as well. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the DC area. Food and service were excellent as always. I will definitely return.
One of my family favorite places to eat for steak and seafood! My family loves it! Service is very professional and attentive. Food is phenomenal and the best oysters. Highly recommend it!
Service, Ambiance, and food were superb
