WOW! I do not even know how to express our experience at Joel Robuchon’s into words! AMAZING! INCREDIBLE! First, the entire staff was the absolute best you could ever hope for, from the lady at the front that greeted you, to every single person that brought things to our table. In trying to count all of them at the moment, I believe there were at least ten different people servicing our table. We were given a complete description of every single item we tasted, from every bread to choose from on the bread cart, to the butter that was prepared table side, to the cocktails we had, to the bottle of wine we had, to each dish brought to us, to the petit four cart at the end. The wine the sommelier picked out for us was “nectar of the gods”! It paired perfectly with every dish we had. Each and every plate that was brought to us was indescribable. The presentations was beautifully done. They each tasted amazing! I could go through them one-by-one, but the descriptions would be redundant because they were simply amazing, including desert. My wife and I have enjoyed many of the finest restaurants across America through the years. But Joel Robuchon’s, in the MGM in Las Vegas, is not just the best dining experience we have ever enjoyed, but it is actually in a category all by itself. That is true when it come to every aspect of the dining experience: food presentation, quality and taste, service, friendliness of the staff, wine menu, cocktails, ambience, cleanliness, and anything else you want to judge a restaurant on. Next time you are in Las Vegas, treat yourself to the best dining experience you will ever have.....Joel Robuchon’s!
What an amazing dinner. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to plan a special dinner. WOW! This did NOT disappoint. The staff was friendly, professional and even arranged a visit for us to the kitchen when we finished. We both had the 17 course menu with the wine pairings. My husband had the "medium" level wine pairing and I stuck with the basic one. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience for us as it definitely was the most expensive dinner we have ever had. Thanks to all that made our experience possible.

As always, Joel Robuchon does not disappoint. The staff did an amazing job welcoming us for our 8th visit. We are always so happy to have old favorite dishes along with new and creative bites on the tasting menu. We had a great bottle of chablis recommended and a Malbec for the end of the meal. We were happy that we chose to stay for a glass of champagne after dinner with some fun conversation with the staff. Always a favorite, will be back again and again!

Went and tried the 16 course tasting menu. Great food wonderfully plated. Attentive service. Pricey but great value must try. Loved the desserts and at the end came with yummy pistachio loaf with golden pistachios. Great experience!
Joel Robuchon is literally of the finest restaurants in the world. Not stuffy, but sublimely comfortable with exquisite flowers that become the design, not the bouquets de jour. Accent furnishings look as if they’re from lovely homes and even present some personal photographs in small silver frames. There is NOTHING ostentatious about the design.
It would be hard to find more delightful and knowledgeable staff, both accommodating and unaffected. Without a doubt, the tasting menu is more than worthy of any investment. Plating is extraordinary and each is beautifully original. Several special notes—the cuisine is not nouvelle extreme, only extraordinary, and the staff and chef will generously share intricacies of their work.
Without spoiling the myriad surprises, let it be said that JR is by far and away better than any other restaurant I’ve patronized in North America and almost all anywhere in the world. It has only gotten better, if possible, since we last visited ten years ago.
This is the best restaurant in Las Vegas, hands down there is no comparing, the food is incredible, and the service is like no where else! The staff is impeccable always on top of everything!

Wow. This is absolutely amazing in every possible way. I never thought I would have a better overall meal than at Per Se, but this was it. The food was amazing, the service was incredible and the ultimate winner was the wine pairing. My wife is very picky about wine, but the pairing was perfect in every way. Will have to diet for a week after sampling six of the closed to 20 unique and delicious breads they offered. Overall just fantastic!!wish there was an extra star.
Excellent food and service throughout. Everyone was very helpful and attentive all night. Due to our time constraints, we opted for a tasting menu that included two appetizers, one main course, one dessert, and sweets. Outstanding presentation and well-balanced flavors. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, a night to remember.
Date night with my husband. Had the 2 appetizer one main course tasting menu. Food was lovely. A couple dishes were quite similar (lobster/langoustine w truffle). I would have liked to see more vegetables present or a salad. Bread cart had a dozen choices. Service was impeccable. Best part of the meal was dessert. I’m not a sweet eater but it was suggested to try the chocolate cherry. Chocolate mousse and whipped cream “toadstool” with a kirsch mousse cap. Just beautiful and not sweet.

After cooking from Joël Robuchon’s cookbook I made the special trip to eat at his restaurant. I’ve eaten at a three star Michelin restaurant before in France. I am nothing remotely close to a food critic but really enjoy good food and have been to some restaurants worldwide that have knocked my socks off. The service, attentiveness and food knowledge at Joël Robuchon was beyond reproach. The ambience was designed to simulate eating outside on a patio at dusk inside the MGM Grand. The flowers gave off a pleasant but powerful smell which unfortunately obscured the aroma of the food a little. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the dishes were truly haute cuisine, flavors that you wouldn’t put together at home which was the purpose of the visit. The butter, bread and desserts were incredible. The appetizers were an unusual stimulation of the taste buds and the four main courses that we shared were good but not great. Unfortunately these flavors were not spectacular and did not leave me with the amazing experience that I would expect from a three star Michelin rated restaurant with an exorbitant price tag. I was unable to associate the value with the quality of the experience. Furthermore, although my spouse ordered choices from a Prix fixé menu, a number of options had significant upcharges which were not well explained by the staff. Thus a $250 meal became a $320 meal. I didn’t quite understand the need to nickel and dime the customer at these prices. However, if money is no object, then it was a titillating tickle of the taste buds.
Just amazing. The food was delicious, different flavours and tastes. The service is courteous and helpful during all the time! We really aprecciate and recommend.

Great service and wine list
Chef Christophe's tasting menu is an experience that every person that can afford it should have at least once in their lifetime. We are repeat customers, and every time is as good or better than the last time. The staff is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. It is worthy to note that the staff is stable and does not change every 6 months. Idriss, Andrew and Michael (sommelier) have always been amazing. Thank you, Hadi
If you are going for an experience, I believe the value was well worth the price. If you are going for the food... I believe the price can be a sticker shock if you are not used to 5 star dining experiences.
We would visit here again. Being able to take time to enjoy well thought out and artistically crafted plates of deliciousness was something that Joel Robuchon has more than mastered... he seems to have authored it.
Here's the personal experience of our visit: YES! YES! and YES! I was in Vegas for CES and I have the luxury of bringing my wife. We had planned ahead to make this year's visits filled with some memorable dining experiences. After reading a number of reviews, we added Joel Robuchon to the list. We researched and discovered the price of their tasting menu. And automatically our expectations grew higher than we both have ever considered. At $495/pp for the tasting menu and $265/pp for the paired wine, we felt we had a "demand" to be blown away. We were. Apparently, it is designed to have you leave beyond full. We did. A special topper to the evening, the Chef (Christophe) came to our table and aside from us praising him for the masterpiece, we actually were able to give him an honest critique of one of the plates. The eggplant, while delicious, the texture was too soft for our liking - he actually listened and said he would take our suggestion and add more "fried eggplant" to give it more crunch. Wow. We thought that made our night... nope. They invited us to the kitchen to see the magic come to life. Every member of the staff had a personality and life that expressed the love they have for culinary success and perfection and that made our night and truly transformed our experience.

The menu could have been more clearly written as far as prices. We had no idea "suppl." meant there would be an additional charge. Sparkling water and flat water was very over-priced and we didn't know we'd be charged for a new bottle every time we got a refill on water. Service was very slow as well...maybe they were understaffed? Overall the food was good but very over-priced!
It’s a gastronomic production line! Mostly excellent flavours on beautifully presented plates. Gorgeous dining room (though we were put on the somewhat less gorgeous “terrace”). Service is professional but a little impersonal - hence the production line feeling.
Loved the menu arrangements - can build your own meal based on your appetite starting with their full 18-course tasting menu ($500) down to an entree and dessert.
We went for the $200 menu option and were very satisfied by the quantity and variety of food.
Extensive wine list, but hugely expensive with BIG mark ups.

We have ordered the full tasting menu. The dishes teased very good. However some of them not looked good. Especially not good for photography. The service was very good and the server took a good care of everything.

What an amazing place. I took my wife ther to celebrate her 40th birthday. It was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.
The decor was beautiful in a quiet elegant way. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and expertly served. The variety and creativity of the bread and mignardise carts just blew me away. The wine pairings were excellent, but expensive, actually as much as out dinner. In fact, we felt the prices were way too high in general despite offering several options.
The food was exceptional at every level and met every expectation. The problems we had were with service. Repeated problems occurred throughout the evening. Main courses were sent from the kitchen without garnishes and sauces that took minutes to appear. It took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to receive our menus. The one saving grace to our service was our waitress who was so far above average in addressing our needs, and repeatedly recovering for other staff members missteps, otherwise my rating would be lower, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. It is solely due to her work that I didn't get up and leave due to the early inattentiveness of the staff and if it wasn't for the outstanding food, and her outstanding interactions, I likely would be unable to recommend Joel Robuchon to friends. As it is, go for the food, but lower your expectations of a 3 starred restaurant's service, lest you be disappointed.
One additional note. The chairs are incredibly loud when being moved on the floor. It was impossible to sit or stand without the entire section of the restaurant being aware of the movement. For want of a 10 cent felt pad, a quiet and romantic dinner was interrupted repeatedly by the comings and goings of anyone seated in them.
The restaurant and the food were, simply put, spectacular. Probably in the top 3 restaurants that I’ve eaten at. Everything, from top to bottom, was superb - Joël is by itself a great reason to visit Vegas. It was very expensive, but if you have the money this is so worth every dollar.
