The food quality is quite good but it is not exceptionally good.. No surprise to any dishes and I think dishes are too commercial. Atelier their second line restaurant is more interesting than the original.

The tasting menu was absolutely worth it. Standouts for the food included the caviar, frog leg, and the steak with the legendary mashed potatoes. For the service, they were very attentive and even gave us a tour of the kitchen! Loved it!

JR is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The ambiance is cozy and warm, the staff is professional and friendly and the food is delicious and looks like a work of art.

Highly recommend.

The service is great (sommelier, maitre, waiter, etc) but it took two hours to start serving the main course. Probably a problem in the kitchen as the restaurant wasn’t full and my previous experience was perfect. Very nice place!

From the outstanding service to the overall experience, we were wowed by everything. Definitely a special occasion place as the prices are quite high. But they take care of you and make the visit feel special in every way. Absolutely gorgeous interior.

Everybody at least once in a lifetime should visit a Joel Robuchon restaurant. This is the very art of dining. The food is not only great but also beautiful. The 15 course tasting menu is 445 $. This might sound shocking but it is worth every cent. There is a Vegetarian tasting menu too and one can eat ala carte.
A wonderful experience!

Amazing! After eating at Picasso’s this was a reminder of how it should be done. it was classed as a better restaurant anyway but the difference was far greater than their respective awards. Never seen a bread trolly or petit fours trolley quite like it. It was an experience of a lifetime. Very generous portions as well which is not something you often expect with fine dining.

This is a truly special dining experience but with some flaws.

For our 17 course tasting menu, the desserts are far outshine the entrees. I must say these desserts are truly original and delicious. The best I ever have.

The entrees did have some issues. The caviar did not taste anything special. I have had many outstanding caviar dishes but the taste was just ok.

My other quibbles are the salmon and the langoustine. Both meats were a bit mushy and not firm as they should be. They should have a very firm crunchy quality but lacking here.

Overall it’s excellent, but for $3400 for dinner of 4, I expect perfection.

Okay, my first experience with Joel Robuchon was like question marks. Who gave them the three stars? I don’t agree with Michelin Guide. The appetizers and bakeries were good but the main dishes were horrible. I’m sorry to say that but my favorite restaurant in my town is much delicious than here. Anyway they asked us to change the dishes to new menus but then they gave a wrong dish that I didn’t order. When I explained this, the manager doesn’t believe my saying LMAO I spent almost 1 hour to wait the final dishes. The servers were nice even they never clean my table until I finish my second main dish. I don’t know how to describe this experience. Just feel sad. It ruins our anniversary.

Robuchon is the best gastronomic experience in Las Vegas. It is consistently excellent year after year. The kitchen technique is flawless, presentation is precious, the flavor combinations eye-opening and occasionally challenging, exactly the way it should be. Wine flight pairings are spot on, adding new layers of flavor to each course. The bread cart and fresh butter service could be a satisfying meal all by itself. The cheese cart selections are the best of any Vegas restaurant, interesting and always perfectly aged. The mignardise cart is a study in chocolate-making perfection. Service is always excellent from a front of house team that clearly love their jobs and want your dining experience to be memorable.

Wow! Our top dining experience when in Vegas was always Le Cirque, but this has now changed after our first visit to JR.
While the cost was quite exorbitant, the experince was unparalleled and unprecedented. We went with the full out degustation menu. One of us had the “standard” wine pairing, while another had the top end wine pairing to compliment the exquisite meal. Everything was just perfect....indulgent and blissfully decadent! The setting was divine, the service was exceptional and the presentation was off the charts. We are not easily impressed, yet we were completely blown away.
Bottom line, if you have the means, they have the meal....of your lifetime!

We visited for our 10-year anniversary splurge. With a 17-course tasting menu, it was the indulgence we were after. We've never received such dedicated service in any dining experience - amazing on every level. Every single member of the staff was operating at exceptional heights - no need unmet, no question unanswered, and no room left for another bite! If you're after a one-of-a-kind experience (or perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime extravagance) this is the place for you. Not inexpensive, but hands down, worth every cent.

This is our fourth time dining at Joel Robuchon and as always the food and the service were outstanding. My husband is vegetarian and they are always able to accommodate his dietary needs. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. It is an experience for the senses.

A world class dining experience. Certainly one of the top 3 lifetime meal I’ve had in the world. It’s expensivev but appropriate for the service and cuisine. The sommleier help pick out a mid range wine that was on a par with wines that cost twice as much. The setting is stunning ; like being in a Paris mansion.
This is unique experience; don’t miss it .

All service people were on point and extremely polite, as you would expect in an establishment this formal. One notable presence was Michael Rone, the Sommelier and Assistant Manager. He was a welcome "down to earth" figure during our entire four hour meal. We had read the reviews ahead of time and did not want to get stuffed, so we skipped the 17 mini-courses and opted for the 5 course meal (2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and one dessert each) and we added on a couple supplements and both had the wine pairings. Our check totaled $1,226.00 BEFORE we added tip. Service - excellent, no suggestions there and recommend they give Michael a bonus, if anything. Atmosphere - you either will like it or not...it is fancy, quiet, proper... not necessarily our jam, but certainly no complaints or suggestions from us here...they achieved what they are going for. Wine Pairings - Michael Rone did an excellent job of reading us, our tastes, and the experience we were hoping for ...and he delivered. He made our evening more enjoyable and fun. Food - this is the one area that we both agreed could use some help, again, especially for the price. There were dishes and aspects we LOVED and wowed over and there were areas that we felt they fell short or were just very ordinary (besides the plating, which was ALWAYS excellent). The bread and dessert cart were an awesome touch - unlimited variety...more restaurants should incorporate this! Definitely pace yourself and save room for both. The actual desserts were nothing short of stunning. Get the miso fish entree - AMAZING. Get "The Sphere" dessert - so pretty and equally delicious. The rest of the dishes were very pretty and tasty enough...but I would hope to be wowed at the price you pay. Overall...we did it once, likely would not go back due to value, UNLESS we had friends that wanted to go, but I would get an even smaller tasting menu. We were full after the appetizers and stuffed after the first entree and could not finish everything.

Dinner at Joel Robuchon is not just about a nice meal in a pleasant restaurant. It’s a full experience. It’s a special occasion that you will remember for the rest of your life.
The restaurant, the ambience, the music, decoration, staff, the food. EVERYTHING is special and then after all of it, you’re able to understand why they have so many Michelin stars.
