Joe Vicari's Andiamo Italian Steakhouse @ The D Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
We got there about 20 minutes early but was seated right away. Miguel our waiter was awesome knowledgeable and very pleasant. We had the homemade pasta, filet and rib eye and all were perfectly cooked and very tasty. Desert was cannoli which was excellent also
Would recommend this resturant and Miguel to anyone
Only complaint was let the waiters take off their white jackets they look fine but not very functional for them
We will be back
A superb evening. We were looked after by John the Greek. He recommended at the right time he was never pushy but listened to our tastes and what we would like. He steered us in the perfect direction. The food was superb and the wine compelemented our food throughout. We are so glad we found here to dine...please don't miss out visit Andiamo!!
It was my first time dining there. It was recommended to me by the friend I was there with. Absolutely spectacular, the service first and foremost was perfect. Attentive, respectful, quick and knowledgeable. Next, the food was spectacular. Lobster bisque was the best I’ve ever had hands down. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
We've been twice now and the service and food is beyond expectation. This time, our server was Miguel and he was very personable and knowledgeable. His suggestions were spot on. If we lived closer, we would go more often. As it is, we go every time we are in Vegas. Worth the trip.
Food and service were both excellent. Salad. shrimp cocktail, shrimp scampi appetizers were all served at proper temperature and were very tasty. We had steak pizziola and chicken under a brick as main courses. All were cooked properly and were very tasty. Our waiter, Marco, was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Excellent experience for all of us. I highly recommend it.
Somewhat disappointed. The house made bread, asparagus and complimentary housemaid pasta were all excellent. However, we ordered their signature Aged Tomahawk which was good but not great as you would expect.
Our server initially seemed a little pompous, but warmed up as the meal progressed and was very personable when the bill was presented.
Did not order dessert for fear they would not taste as good as they looked.
No plan to return.
Food was absolutely wonderful! We indulged in several appetizers...escargot, portabella & tenderloin tips, & a meatball. All 3 were enjoyed although the portabella & tips was probably our favorite. The meatball was tasty, but could've been warmer. Our entrees consisted of steaks, surf & turf, and crab legs. Everyone raved about their meal. The sides are definitely shareable - as mentioned by the waiter. The pace of the meal was good. We'd definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to dining there again.
The ambiance was great for the occasion and Nolan, our waiter was very entertaining and friendly, but the food wasn't that great and the location of the restaurant was not the best. The jumbo lump crab cake appetizer did have crab meat, but it wasn't jumbo. The sauce served along side the crab cakes was overpowering. I ordered the lobster risotto for my entree and it did not meet my expectation. The lobster risotto comprised of one small piece of a lobster paw placed on top as a garnish. The lobster baked ziti was good and consisted of more lobster meat than the risotto and it was just a side and cheaper. They NY strip was also good, but a good steak should be able to stand alone and not be doctored up to taste better with various sauces.
Our experience was just OK. We chose this restaurant based on reviews. We were seated promptly drink order taken in sufficient time. Waiter seemed to be rushed as he had other tables.
Food was OK. Restaurant is small. We all felt somewhat cramped and uncomfortable Wouldn't go back. Probably won't recommend to anyone
This was one of the best meals we have had in the 4 years we've lived in Las Vegas. Definitely the best dinner that was under $200, including drinks, appetizer and dessert. The steak was superb. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the lobster risotto divine. A great find!
