I was very disappointed in my entree, the lobster pot pie. The sauce was simply the lobster bisque. It was like veggies in lobster gravy vs a rich all encompassing sauce and puff pastry crust; not very good. I really should have sent it back. AND, the lobster was overcooked and tough. Everything else was great; but if your entree is not good, it detracts greatly.

I've had business dinners here several times over the past few years. The food this time was not the greatest. My filet was tough and slightly over cooked. Our food was not terrible but it was also not the usual great food that I've experienced in the past.

We were celebrating my wife 61st birthday and overall I was mildly satisfied with my dinning experience but we didn't feel like our presence there was appreciated. I was forced to sit a a table I didn't want sit at and when questioning the seating, was told sorry this is the table we have for you. I thought the food servings was extremely small for the price but our server was excellent. On the way out a manager type asked how was our experience but didn't care to listen to the an answer. The question was asked as part of a routine with no interest in our reply and no one said thank you when we were leaving out the restaurant. However, I still would dine there again but this time with lower expectations.

Over charged, oysters Rockefeller too much cheese way way too much spinach. When they got busy the service got worse and worse. They add 20% service to the bill and then ask if you want to ADD more. My advice. If you go check your bill. Don’t go with any recommendations without asking the price of it. Or better still go somewhere else. As a PS to this I raised all my concerns with the management over a week ago and have heard nothing from them at all. That’s the level of service they give !!!

Always enjoy the service and view at Muer’s. Not to nitpick, but the fish and chips crispy beer batter was soggy. Also an error on the receipt, in the restaurant’s favor. Err.

Our experience was wonderful. Server was attentive, food excellent and the atmosphere was delightful. It was my granddaughter’s birthday and they went above and beyond to help her celebrate. A wonderful time was had by 3 generations. Kudos to all!

Very poor server...After waiting 15 minutes to be greeted, drinks and appetizers served were ordered and arrived 30 minutes later, and main orders given...Another 30 minutes and server returned asking if we were ready to order....forgot that she had already taken it....Another long wait, food eventually came and served to three of the four guests while the server spent 10 minutes filleting dover sole. By that time, all meals were cold. Having been a regular diner at Joe Myers over the past 50 years, I believe that the restaurant has completely changed....not in a good way. Service used to be their hallmark. 20% automatic gratuity was also cringe worthy at the end...

On November 10 I took a friend to Joe Muer. The view was wonderful and the service was five star. However, that’s all the good things I can say…the lettuce in the salad was turning brown and should have been thrown away days before it was served. The snapper was very dry and the Thai sauce was watery and not seasoned correctly. The crème brûlée and Key Lime pie were both excellent. For a $300.00 I expect much better entrees.

The food was not up to part. The explanation of the menu was not made clear. The food was not cooked thoroughly which it should have been especially by it being sea food. That was my first experience there and i will not be returning.

Had a late evening seating, although it was a weekend night it was obvious that the restaurant was quickly slowing down. So, with that said, the view was fantastic overlooking the river and towards Canada. Certainly watching a few freighters go by was the highlight, not much else was overly memorable.

This establishment charges a premium for credit card use. Giving a discount for cash. Sure, cash is king but the future is here. If you are in to saving a few dollars a trip to the bank before dining may be worthwhile.

The rainbow trout and perch were very good, but the bread and carrot cake was bland, tasted a little stale. The gentleman playing the piano was very good, and I enjoyed the ambience. I found a waiter to be a little stuffy, not friendly.
