The place was very very loud, the server was rushing around but still managed to take forever. The food wasn’t anything special.

Qvisited for Restaurant Week. Will definitely go back. The best,most tender, filet I have had in a long time. Including much more expensive places.

The service was great! However the entrees were just average. But the saganaki was really good. The decor was very nice and not too loud.

We went there for the Restaurant week special. For $10 we got a huge Ceasar salad, huge burger and frie and a dessert.
The food was awesome and the service was great. We've never eaten there and use the restaurant week specials as a way to see if the food and service is worth going back. We will DEFINATELY be going back. We were told they are changing the name to Avenue 53 Steakhouse. As long as they don't change the food or staff I'll be back

The Saganay was excellent!

We have been there before and the food was good as usual. Either the waiter or chef goofed as I didn't get my steak with the topping I asked for and my wife's dinner came with the wrong pasta. They did adjust the bill without a problem. Definitely will go back there

Standard fare at an above-average price for average quality. Both our entrées were swimming in a butter sauce that made everything taste the same. Likely not to return.

Went out for Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband. We got the tomato/basil/ goat cheese app and both loved it. Then we both had baked French onion soup that was super cheesy, and good. For our dinners we both got filets and we both enjoyed them as well. Service was great, refills kept coming and never needed anything!

We didn’t realize that Valentine’s Day fell on Ash Wednesday until after I had made the reservation. As a result, we had to resort to either vegetarian options or fish. The veggie pasta with garlic and olive oil was very tasty, and my boyfriend ordered the parmesan crusted tilapia. Both were very delicious and reasonably priced!

Very accommodating. Original reservation for 6 and T the restaurant we ended up with 12. The staff was great and we were seated very quickly.

The live music on Friday was just what we needed after a busy work week! Food was excellent and well as the service! Will be back.

Great family owned feeling. Owner stopped and asked how was everything! Felt good and the food was great. The hostess was fantastic and had to reseat us because of a wiggly table...no problem.

It was a Wednesday just after the New year so I didn’t expect a crowd and there wasn’t any considering it was below 0 temps.
But the food was okay. I had a chop salad it was average I also had the French onion soup it was good . My wife had the Talapia elmondine it was fair at best and kind of dry with too little sauce. The bread as just okay , my daughter had a veggie/ pasta dish that was ok ,
All in all not a memorable dinning experience , the waiter was nice and the manager was genuine nice .

Food very good as usual. Server was not very good took too long go salads . We got salads 5 minutes before main course. I had to go looking for the server for our check. I will try again one more time

We needed to remind the waiter a few times to bring the kids drinks. The last drink my husband had was made by someone other than the bartender and the drink was not good. We had two American Express gift cards which they said they couldn’t take. That was quite an inconvenience. Those are generally accepted anywhere. Not such a good experience. I would think twice about visiting again. We spent a lot of money that night we went

The waiter we had was amazing. It was busy Christmas Eve night and the kitchen was super busy, but the food was worth the wait!! We got the prime rib special and the lamb chops! Soooooo good!! We will definitely be going again!

We went to Jimmy’s Charhouse early on Saturday. The service was excellent, the manager and our waiter were very attentive and personable. The restaurant has nice ambiance and is comfortable.

The food came out quickly and was very delicious. My daughter had the filet , and I had the pork chops. Both fabulous. I like that you get a lot of food with your meal. We had plenty of leftovers for the next day.

I would definitely go again.

Very much enjoyed the Charhouse. Nine business Execs traveling and we needed some private space and accommodations were perfectly complete upon arrival. Tom the owner came over and checked in with us as well. Steaks were very tender (and we all eat out a lot). I would recommend some wine choices on the higher end as well, selection was mid range and could have sold us more premium wines to complement some very tasty and tender steaks. Thank you Charhouse!

Lovely dinner for 9, no problems with getting seated or served! Food was very good, can be counted on for delicious.

The hostess was friendly and accommodating. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. They had quality entertainment so much fun, listening and dancing to Sam Savage. I will recommend this to friend's and family we surely will be going there again and often.

Warm beer, bad wine, out of several major brands of liquor, poor seating arrangement, asked for ez on parmesan, not even close, will not return given the higher price point.

We started out with Calamari as appetizer which is the best in town. The salad was huge and more like a meal in itself. One of the specials of the night was Chicken Marsala. The Chicken Marsala was smothered in sauce and mushrooms. Delicious!!!!

Very accommodating when I had to change reservation time & the number of people in our party. Ken, our server, was terrific!!

Nice place for lunch and dinner. Great menu and food. Excellent wait staff along with very nice ambiance.
